        활성화된 골목형 도시상업가로의 가로공간특성에 관한 연구 -부산시 '전리단길'과 '망미단길'을 사례로-

        활성화된 골목형 도시상업가로는 사람들이 선호하는 장소로서 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 골목형 도시상업가로 조성을 위한 계획 및 설계방법에 있어서의 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산시의 대표적인 활성화된 골목형 도시상업가로인 '전리단길'과 '망미단길'을 사례대상지로 선정하여 이론적 고찰과 사례분석을 통하여 사례대상지 개요, 가로공간구성, 건축물 용도, 가로경관, 가로시설물에 대하여 가로공간특성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보행공간 및 환경을 개선하기 위한 가로환경의 조성이 필요하다. 둘째, 기존에 입지한 주요용도와 새로 도입된 용도간의 상생이 필요하다. 셋째, 적응적 재사용 등을 통한 가로의 정체성 유지가 필요하다. 넷째, 민간에 의한 자생적 형성과 공공에 의한 계획적 조성의 협력이 필요하다. Revitalized alley-type urban commercial streets have recently received a lot of attention as a preferred place for people. The purpose of this study is to present implications in the planning and design methods for the making of alley-type urban commercial street. For that, theoretical review and case analysis were conducted on the street spatial characteristics of 'Jeonridan-gil' and 'Mangmidan-gil' in Busan, about site overview, street spatial composition, building use, streetscape and street furniture. The implications through the study are as follows. (1) Street environment should be created to improve the pedestrian space and environment. (2) The existing main use and the newly introduced use need to be coexisted. (3) The identity of the street must be maintained through adaptive reuse, etc. (4) The voluntary formation of the private sector and the planned making of the public need to be cooperated.

        활성화된 해변카페거리의 물리적 특성에 관한 연구

        활성화된 해변카페거리와 같은 도시상업가로는 단순한 상업용도의 공간이 아니라 시민들의 대표적 여가공간이자 도시의 활력을 증진시키는 장소의 역할을 하므로, 그 특성을 분석하여 이를 향후 가로조성에 있어서의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 부산의 활성화된 해변카페거리의 물리적 특성을 고찰하여 향후 가로 특히 수변상업가로 조성에 있어서 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 해양도시 부산의 대표적인 해변카페거리 3곳을 사례대상지로 선정하여 가로현황과 가로형성과정 및 조성사업에 대한 조사?분석을 통하여 물리적 특성을 고찰하였다. 사례대상지의 분석을 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해변이라는 지역자산을 활용한 해변보행로 및 오픈스페이스를 조성하고 가로시설물을 설치함으로써 사람들의 이용과 조망에 활용되도록 하였다. 둘째, 건물파사드를 개방형으로 조성하고, 건물외부공간에 목재데크와 차양막을 설치하였으며, 조경공간을 활용하여 가로공간과의 연계를 높였다. 셋째, 가로조성에 있어서 가로공간을 하나의 단위로 생각하는 통합디자인차원에서의 공공과 민간의 협력이 필요하다. Urban commercial streets such as vitalized seaside cafe streets are not only common commercial streets but also leisure space and vitalized place of the city, so we can take basic data for street making through the analysis of the physical characteristics of them. The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics of vitalized commercial streets with basic data for street design through a case study on vitalized seaside cafe streets. A series of analyses were conducted of existing physical condition of the cases of three famous seaside cafe streets in ‘Marine-city’, ‘Gwangan-ri’ and ‘Dalmaji-gil’ in Busan City, with the framework of ‘street composition system’, ‘street space : traffic road, pedestrian walk, front space of the building, open space’, ‘street building’, ‘street furniture’ and ‘process & projects of street making’. The findings are: first, Seaside pedestrian walks, open spaces and street furnitures based on the local asset of seaside for people’s use and view; second, street buildings connected to the street space through open facade, wood deck & awning of the building and planted open space; third, street-making by the cooperation of private sector and public sector for integrated design of urban environmental design fields. Such results suggest that we can applicate those findings to the street design for vitalized commercial streets.

        노후주거지 재생을 위한 범죄예방 환경디자인 사업 사례연구

        There is an increasing interest in and efforts for safe residential environment from crimes nationwide. Many cities are making efforts to create safe residential environment by enacting ordinances and guidances on safe design for preventing crimes and implementing demonstration projects. In line with the trends of the times toward ‘improvement of living conditions’ through urban regeneration, the importance of the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED) has recently emerged in the field of residential housing regeneration. Indeed, the CPTED is included as essential factor in the recent deteriorated residential area regeneration related projects. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on the methodology of CPTED to be applied to the regeneration of deteriorated residential area in the future. To this end, this study selected three representative CPTED projects in Busan - ‘Deokpo-dong Hope and Stepping Stone Village,’ ‘Chilsan-dong CPTED Happiness Village’ and ‘Sujeong-dong Crime Prevention and Safe Village’ as objects of this study and then investigated and analyzed project contents, application of CPTED strategy, subjects who are implementing projects, and the time when they implement projects as the framework of my analysis. The findings from this study are as follows: First, the projects that were largely based on hardware should be improved by including software in the future. Second, the current Step 2 should expand into Step 3 Maintenance in applying CPTED strategy. Third, it is necessary to encourage exchange and cooperation between unit projects and subjects who are operating related projects.

        부산시 ‘산복도로 르네상스 마을만들기 사업’ 운영사례 연구

        본 연구는 부산시의 대표적인 마을만들기 사업이라고 할 수 있는 ‘산복도로 르네상스 마을만들기 사업’의 실제 운영사례인 ‘고분도리 마을만들기 사업’을 중심으로 주체, 과정, 내용을 분석하여 그 시사점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제시하여 향후 마을만들기 사업 시행에 있어서의 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ‘고분도리 마을만들기 사업’의 운영사례 분석을 통한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마을만들기 사업 주체간의 협력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 주민, 공공기관, 전문가의 소통, 협동, 조화가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 마을만들기 사업은 일회성 사업의 결과물이 아니라 일련의 과정이라는 인식과 실천이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 개별 단위의 마을만들기 사업을 지양하고, 장기적이고 지속적으로 연계되는 일련의 마을만들기 사업이 추진되어야 한다. 셋째, 마을만들기 사업의 내용은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 통합과 더불어 선택과 집중이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 시설물 위주의 결과물을 만들어내는 사업에서 탈피하여 주민을 대상으로 하는 프로그램 등에 대한 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on community making projects. For the purpose of this study, I analyzed the community project makers, process and contents of ‘Gobundori Community Making Project’, which is a typical case of ‘Sanbokdoro Renaissance Community Making Project’ in Busan City. The suggestions through the analysis are as follows : First, collaboration of community makers is needed. And we have to facilitate communication, cooperation and harmonization between the three bodies of residents, public organizations and professionals. Second, the recognition and practice that the process of the community making project is not a product but a series of process are needed. And we have to promote a series of community making projects that are long-term and sustainable, and sublate the individualized unit projects. Third, the contents of community making projects need the integration of the hardware and software with the selection and concentration. And we have to develop the program for residents, grow out of the product oriented buildings and facilities.

        도시상업가로 보행환경의 현황분석과 개선방향 연구

        The walking along the street is the basic transportation of mankind. The right of walking and the pedestrian environment are rising as important issues of sustainable development. And urban commercial streets are useful in the urban economic revitalization and the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyse the existing condition of the pedestrian environment of the commercial streets in the City of Incheon for the improvements of them. The three sites of this study are composed of ‘Juan 2030 Street’, ‘Bupyeong-ro’ and ‘Hwapyeong-dong Naengmyun Street’ those are located in the core zones of the City. The result of the analysis on existing condition that is focused on three facts of the secure of enough pedestrian space, good streetscape and pedestrian safety has a lot of problems. The pedestrian space is occupied with illegal parking cars, non-suitable street furnitures and piled up-goods on the sidewalk. The townscape is harmed by disordered signboards, sign-system and irregular set-back lines of the buildings. The pedestrian safety was threatened to the wrong street facilities. The improvements in pedestrian environment of urban commercial streets are suggested as follows ; improvements in physical environment, improvements in public system and improvements in user participation. Urban commercial streets have to be the place of the harmony of public and commercial side. So we have to make the commercial street as a public place of safety, amenity and attractiveness.

        가로수관련 문제유형의 관계론적 해석 - 인천광역시 중앙공원길을 중심으로 -

        Generally, trees lining the streets are the most easily accessible green areas in the city and constitute the smallest basic unit in the formation of the urban linear green axis. This study attempts to interpret issues related to city trees from a comprehensive and relational viewpoint. The site of this study is Central Park Street in front of Incheon Metropolitan City Hall. This street is representative of those in Incheon City. This study is an inter-relational interpretation of issues by measuring the vitality of these trees. The following are results of this study: First, the vitality of city trees is higher in those trees growing in natural ground than those growing in plant gratings. This observation can lead to budget savings and increased natural areas in the city. Also, if planter and multi-layering planting methods are introduced where damage to trees is predicted, variation to urban landscape can be achieved while linking to reinforced rearing foundation of street-side trees. Second, there is need for a holistic approach to caring for street-side trees regarding the damage caused by drastic pruning and strong street lights. The typical functions of these trees, like supplying freshness in summer, absorbing solar radiation, and controlling the urban micro-climate are closely related to the vitality of the trees. Accordingly, the function and ecology should be understood holistically, not separately. In this aspect, the functional and ecological use of the multi-layering planting method is effective in protecting pedestrians from vehicles as well. Third, the fallen leaves of monotonous rows of trees have different ecological and functional effects. Not only is the index of greenness in the urban setting increased, but there are also aesthetic and symbolic effects. Fourth, in spite of being the street along which Incheon Metropolitan City Hall, major administrative buildings and Central Park are located, this street does not have its own special identity to discriminate it from other streets. It fulfills only functional criteria based on uniformity. If there is no paradigm shift from today's street system based on vehicles, the role of landscape architecture will be very passive in regards to street-side trees, the minimum unit of urban green. Fifth, on this particular street, many trees were planted in December, which reflects a deficiency of short and long-term strategy, like a street-tree master plan. In this aspect, we still lack a mature culture concerning these trees as a basic unit in urban greenery. Furthermore, there needs to be cultural introspection concerning present administrative practices.
