조명 변화에 강인한 얼굴 검출을 위한 좌우대칭 평균화 기법

형판 정합 기반의 얼굴 검출 시스템에서 획득된 이미지에 대한 명암 정규화 및 영상 보정을 위해 히스토그램 평활화나 로그 변환 등을 사용한다. 이 방법은 조명 변화에 의해 발생한 이미지의 부분 명암 왜곡에는 효과적이지 못하다는 것이 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 부분적 명암 왜곡에 매우 효과적인 영상 보정을 수행하는 좌우대칭 평균화 기법을 제시한다. 실험 결과 이 기법은 기존의 방식보다 매우 효율적인 검출 성능을 보일 뿐만 아니라 얼굴 후보의 개수도 현저하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. In a face detection system based on template matching, histogram equalization or log transform is applied to an input image for the intensity normalization and the image improvement. It is known that they are noneffective in improving an image with intensity distortion by illumination variation. In this paper, we propose an efficient image improvement method called as a bilateral symmetry average for images with intensity distortion by illumination variation. Experimental results show that our method delivers the detection performance better than previous methods and also remarkably reduces the number of face candidates.

Simultaneous observations of SiO and $H_2O$ masers toward OH/IR stars

We performed simultaneous observations of SiO v=1, 2, $^{29}SiO$ v=0, J=1-0 and $H_2O$ $6_{16}-5_{23}$ maser lines toward 252 OH/IR stars using the Korean VLBI Network 21m telescopes. The observations were carried out from 2011 November to 2012 July for studying SiO and $H_2O$ maser properties associated with the evolutionary stages of OH/IR stars. Both $H_2O$ and SiO masers were detected from 49 sources, one-side maser of SiO and $H_2O$ was detected from 109 and 11 sources, respectively. Mutual relations between SiO and $H_2O$ maser properties are investigated based on statistical analyses. We also investigate these maser properties in the IRAS two-color diagram related with stellar evolutionary sequence.

일본어학부 일본어웹프로그래밍 융합교과 운영을 통한 일본어전공 강화사례 연구

This study is about the case of implementing “Japanese Web Programming(JWP) into class majoring in Japanese language. JWP is better for grafting to Japanese language and more efficient than other IT curriculum. JWP is applied widely and the demands of competent people are growing. And the highly competent people in Japanese language are required to be localized in Japan. Web environment needs the user-friendly composition of a picture. Web environment consists of texts and images conveyed to users as results on the screen. So it is necessary that the screens should be used for Japanese-friendly words and phrases, and images with preferred patterns and colors peculiar to Japanese. To do this, it is important that students should not only study Japanese honorific expressions but also understand Japanese culture and the expressions of contents containing that culture. Nowadays lots of Japanese IT industry needs a lot of talent. This is a great chance that many Korean IT talents with Japanese ability begin their careers in Japan. Such a social atmosphere invigorates Japanese department again through IT convergence. Therefore this study examine the case of this curriculum implemented in Japanese department since 2009 and through this shows a successful case to the organizations which want Japanese-based IT convergence.

많은 양의 유전자 정보가 유전공학의 발전과 Genome 프로젝트의 결과로 축적되고 있으며, 이러한 유전자 정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 가시화하기 위한 생물정보학 분야의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존의 많은 Genome Browser들이 완성된 형태의 툴로 서비스되고 있다. 이러한 툴들은 다목적의 많은 기능을 포함하고 있어 특정연구를 진행해야하는 연구자들은 너무 많은 정보로부터 원하는 것을 찾기 위해 시간과 노력이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 특정한 목적의 Gene 가시화 툴을 제작할 수 있는 Component Ware를 제안하고 이를 이용한 진화분석용 가시화 툴을 소개한다.

일본어학부에서의 일본IoT제어활용프로그래밍 교과 운영과 학부 융합교육과정 수립

본 논문은 자체적으로 IT융합 교육과정을 운영하고 있는 일본어학부에서 “일본IoT제어활용프로그래밍” 교과를 운영한 사례를 중심으로 교과의 운영 상황 및 학부 자체적으로 구성되어있는 IT융합 교육과정과의 연계성을 포함한 운영 방법을 소개함으로써 IT융합을 통한 일본어학부생들의 사회진출 가능성 증대를 위한 일본어학부에서의 노력과 효과에 관해 고찰한 논문이다. 본 논문에서는 4차 혁명의 시대로 불리우는 현재의 시대적 상황에 대비할 수 있는 학부생 양성의 한 측면을 실제 경험과 사례를 제시함으로써 살펴본다. 오늘날 사회진출 환경은 컴퓨터관련 분야 뿐 아니라 사무직, 영업직, 서비스직을 포함한 사회 각 분야에서 인공지능과 빅데이터를 활용한 업무로의 변화에 직면하고 있다. 일본은 상대적으로 잘 구축된 사회 인프라 환경이지만 인재의 부족현상에 직면하고 있으며 일본 또한 4차 혁명 시대의 흐름에 따라 사회 각 분야에서 새로운 기술이 접목된 직무환경이 서서히 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일본지역 진출을 위해서는 일본어능력과 일본지역 문화의 이해가 중요하며 이러한 능력을 기반으로 상대적으로 인재부족 현상이 극심한 IT분야를 위한 학생 양성으로 학부생들의 사회진출 가능성을 증대할 수 있었음을 살펴본다. 또한 IT융합 교육이 프로그래머 양성만을 위한 것이 아니라 현 시대적 흐름에 따라 사무직, 영업직 등을 위한 효과적 진출교육이 될 수 있음을 살펴보게 되며 4년간의 부족한 학생양성 기간에 있어서 현실적인 일본어와 IT융합 교육의 방안을 살펴보게 된다. This paper focuses on the case of the “Japan IoT Control Utilization Programming” course operated by the Department of Japanese Language, which operates its own IT convergence curriculum, and examines the operational status of the curriculum and the linkage with the IT convergence curriculum that the department has for itself. By looking into this curriculum in detail, this paper examines the efforts and effects of the Japanese language department to make use of IT convergence in order to help Japanese language undergraduate students start their professional career more successfully. In particular, we present an actual case and experience to understand one aspect of developing the skill set of undergraduate students so that they can prepare for the so-called 4th industrial revolution. Today"s society is facing a sea change at the workplace as artificial intelligence and big data are increasingly in use not only in computer-related fields, but also in a much wider variety of jobs, including office work, sales, and even the service sector. Although Japan has a relatively well-established social infrastructure, it is facing a shortage of talent. In Japan, too, work environment in every corner of the society gradually requires to incorporate new technologies in each field of society as the 4th industrial revolution speeds up. This paper also suggests that IT convergence education is not only for training programmers, but also can be an effective education program for office workers and sales workers given the trend of the time.

『장자』의 죽음관에 대한 고찰

오늘날 많은 현대인들이 힘들게 살아가는 것은 본질적인 문제를 외면하고 물질주의에 너무 깊이 빠져 있기 때문이다. 부귀영화만 쫓을 것이 아니라 삶의 본질을 밝혀낼 수 있는 죽음을 공부함으로써 삶의 진정한 의미를 찾아내야 한다. 장자는 죽음을 초탈한 사람이다. 장자의 죽음관은 아름답다. 이 논문은 『장자』의 죽음관을 통해서 오늘날 현대인들이 어떻게 살아가는지 반추해 보고, 그것을 바탕으로 올바른 생사관을 정립하고자 하는 목적으로 쓰여 졌다. 그리고 그의 죽음관이 오늘날 우리들에게 무엇을 시사(示唆)하고 있는지 함께 살펴보려고 한다. 죽음만큼 좋은 공부는 없다. 살아가는 데 있어서 죽음 이상의 큰 스승은 없다. 죽음을 생각하면 어떻게 살아야 할지 해답을 찾을 수 있다. 그래서 죽음 공부는 삶의 공부이다. 우리는 죽음을 통해서 삶의 의미와 가치를 발견할 수 있다. 보통 죽음에 대한 문제는 기성종교를 통해서만 해답을 얻을 수 있다고 생각을 하기 쉽다. 하지만 장자의 죽음관을 보면 종교에 의존하지 않고도 얼마든지 죽음의 문제를 해결할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 장자는 죽음을 긍정적으로 생각하게 만들고 죽음에 대한 두려움도 경감시켜 주는 역할을 하였다. 그는 자연의 변화에 순응하면서 사는 것이 가장 잘 사는 길이요, 그렇게 살면 죽음도 편안하게 맞이할 수 있다는 것을 우리에게 가르쳐 주었다. Today manny contemporaries struggle to live because they disregard essential matters and indulge in materialism. They should not pursue wealth and prosperity and ought to find true meaning of life by studying death where one can reveal the essence of life.Zhuang Zi transcended death. His view of death is magnificent. This dissertation has ruminated on how contemporaries live and established righteous view of life and death on the basis of that. In addition, this study has researched what implications his view of death suggests to us today.There is no study as good as death. There is no great teacher as good as death in life. Studying death is studying a life. We can find life meaning and value through death.The matter of death is prone to be thought that a solution can be got only though existing religions. However, when it comes to Zhuang Zi’s death, the matter of death can be resolved, not relying on religions. Zhuang Zi has played a role of our taking death in a positive way and relieving the fear of death. He has taught us that it is well off to adapt to the change of nature, leading to meeting our death in comfort.

일본어학부에서의 일본어와 IT융합 프로젝트멘토링 운영 사례와 효과 연구

This study is about the case of a management system of IT convergence in Japanese department, which supports the students to get jobs abroad. To enhance possibilities of getting jobs, not a few institutes, including private institutes, have implemented the IT convergence education with Japanese language. However, the instances of school leavers turning back occurs frequently. One of the plausible reasons for that is the institutes cannot consider the policies that enable students to stably keep their jobs in mid-to long-term, but think about only making their students get jobs just because of the institutes` performance. This study presents the case of implementing "IT convergence with Japanese project mentoring" from 2016 till now, which seems to be meaningful in that the management is carried out by the Japanese department individually. Our Japanese department itself has made IT curriculum and provide the proper educations, various experiences and solutions of problems for getting jobs in Japan. Japanese language and IT convergence project mentoring shown in this paper are arranged compatibly and keep cross correlation. This study shows the effort and the plan for the students getting jobs stably in mid-to long-term. Moreover, it should be noted that this paper is an actual proof through the trials and errors in performing the IT project mentoring, not just a theoretical treatise.

NCS기반 일본어학부 IT융합 교과과정 개발과 효과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present a current case of implementing NCS into classroom management and suggest the precautionary statements when developing a NCS curriculum. Nowadays many universities are emphasizing the practical capability improvement because of job employment after graduation. The social atmosphere is leading the universities to place more weight on the practical ability than ever. The social change like this will have an influence on the departmental organizations in universities. But the university education should not consist of only a practical curriculum without pure academic requisites. So this paper presents that through the past 6 years’ implementation in the Japanese department the convergence can be more effective when the academic curriculum is focused on together.
