본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 에서 QoS(Quality of Service)를 지원하는 환경에서 낮은 우선순위를 가지 는 트래픽이 무선매체를 점유했을 때 TXOP 시간을 동적으로 적용하는 방법을 기술하였다. 본 논문 에서는 IEEE 802.11e 환경에서 AP 가 Beacon 메시지를 통하여 TXOP 시간을 통보함으로써 매체 접근 시도에 발생하는 충돌 감소와 낮은 우선순위 트래픽의 처리량을 증가하는 기법을 제안한다.

A new current controller implemented in a-b-c frame for AC- DC converter is proposed.<br/> The proposed MTPWM(Modified Trapezoidal PWM),Which is quite suitable for three phase AC-DC converter. It is known that MTPWM has good harmonics characteristics for high modulation index. It is very simple and requires no transformation in it. The results of computer simulation are shown for the validity of proposal.

A new PWM method for voltage source inverters is described. The switching instants determination of the proposed PWM scheme is simple. Therefore, hardware Implementation with a microprocessor system is easy and high frequency operation of an inverter can be obtained. The maximum line-to-line output voltage of a 3-phase inverter with the proposed scheme is larger than that of the SPWM inverter under a linear modulation region Principle of the proposed PWM method is described and harmonic characteristic analysis is carried out.

Law policy about industrial complex and management which made primary contribution to Korea"s economic development which is role model in world history, should change in accordance to the industrial structure and characteristics of the time. Industrial complex which was made in order to push forward the economic development since the 1960s had played a pivotal role of Korea"s manufacturing industry and had led economic growth as a major industries. As time goes by after the completion of construction, industrial structure had changed from the large-scale equipment industry to the small-scale and high-tech knowledge industry. Industrial complex needed change and response in accordance with this change, but because of the deterioration of infrastructure competitiveness of the complex is getting reduced. And it also raised urban problems like air-pollution, noise and traffic jam as industrial complex had incorporated into the city. Re-establishing an decrepit industrial complex to competitive industrial can be derived from one state"s industry promotion project. Current "INDUSTRIAL SITES AND DEVELOPMENT ACT", "INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT AND FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT ACT" and "SPECIAL ACT ON VITALIZATION AND STRENGTHENING COMPETITIVENESS OF DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX"(hereinafter referred to as the "DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ACT") involve Regeneration project system, Projects for upgrading structures of industrial complexs system, and Strengthening competitveness project system each, in order to revitalize decrepit industrial complex. But, Regeneration project and Projects for upgrading structures of industrial complexs deal with substantially same matter in different part of the system and legal basis, but in reality it shows similar way how to check and resolve the problem about decrepit industrial complex. During more than 20 years have elapsed after After ground was broken which decrepit industrial complex for strengthening competitiveness just as the industrial complex, The recently enacted DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ACT is limeted national industrial complex and industrial complex in general to main role of development and a healthy national economic development. DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ACT are looking to old age based industrial complex to concentrate the budget and the competence that the important role the reason for limiting the industrial complex as a target of strengthening competitiveness to the development of the national industry. In this respect Regeneration project and Projects for upgrading structures of industrial complexs due to “INDUSTRIAL SITES AND DEVELOPMENT ACT” and “INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT AND FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT ACT” means in terms of the system that target the decrepit industrial complex that does not belong to the subject of DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ACT. In the long run, projects for strengthening competitiveness of industrial complex suited in terms of reunification of system and aspects the effective budget that allows it to be promoted as a unified DECREPIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX ACT.
ADCP와 EFDC를 이용한 아라천 유역의 수리특성과 수질변화의 분석

경인 아라뱃길은 기 운영된 사례가 없는 기수역 운하로서 유량 및 수환경 관리 등을 포함한 수질관리 상황을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 대책이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 도플러 효과를 이용하여 순간 유속을 측정하는 장비(ADCP), 전자파 표면유속계(ADV)와 수질모의가 가능한 EFDC를 사용하였다. 이는 첨단기술과 정보기술을 바탕으로 마련된 융복합 기술력으로서 굴포천이 아라천 유역에 미치는 수질영향을 평가하기 위해 ADCP와 ADV를 통해 유량 값을 산정하였으며, EFDC를 통해 수질변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 굴포천이 아라천 유역에 미치는 영향과 굴포천으로 유입하는 지천의 수질변화 및 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 귤현보의 운영에 따른 오염원에 대한 수질 개선방안을 제시하였다. Gyeongin Ara Waterway in Korea is an artificial canal recently built and being operated with brackish water. Artificial canals with brackish water are not commonly operated throughout the world thus the management of a flow regime and an aquatic environment is compulsory. This study used Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP) and Acoustic Doppler Velocimetry (ADV) for investigation of hydraulic characteristics and used Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code (EFDC) for computer based modeling of aquatic environment. Within those tools, it has been possible to investigate the influence of inflow from the Gulpo stream as the major branch of the Ara Waterway, and this study also suggested improvement measurements for management of inflow from branches, In addition, this study also proposed improvement plan for water quality management through weir structure installed in the Ara Waterway.

사람 음성 활동 감지는 스마트 홈이나 자동차 등 다양한 응용 분야에서 활용될 수 있으며, 딥러닝 기술을 이용한 연구들도 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는MobileNet 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 사운드 세그먼트에 사람음성 활동이 있는지 검출하는 모델을 제안한다. 사운드 세그먼트의 MFCC 특징 추출을 위하여 MFCC 특징을 추출하였고, CNN 기반의 모델들보다 연산 복잡도가 최소화되고 의미있는 특징 데이터를 학습할 수 있는 MobileNet을 도입하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 95.52% 정확도로 사람 음성 활동 여부를 검출하였다. Voice activity detection of human can be used in various applications such as smart homes and automobiles, and researches using deep learning technology are being conducted. In this paper, we propose a voice activity detection model of human in sound segments using MobileNet. The MFCC features were extracted as features of the sound segments. Also, MobileNet, which has lower computational complexity than CNN-based models and can learn meaningful features, is applied and optimized. As a result, voice activity detection was performed with 95.52% accuracy.
