This research is a study on smart homes products, which interest and research are being conducted, because of the recent development of the Internet of Things. Consumer's Purchase intention was set as a dependent variable, and technological trust was used as a mediating variable. We used Technology Acceptance Model as background theory. Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Security, and Brand were set as independent variables. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and security significantly affected technological trust that consumers feel. Second, technological trust also had a significant effect on purchase intention, and it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and product security, excluding brands, had an indirect mediating effect on consumers' purchase intention through technological trust. This study is meaningful in that by conducting user-centered research, and results that are partially contrasted with existing studies are derived from increasing the interest of factors we used.
기업 수준의 사용자 주도 혁신 성공요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

In general, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners consider innovation by producers as a primary mode in a market economy. However, the recent research has shown that some of the most important, novel products and processes have been developed by users-both user firms and individual end-users. According to von Hippel [1988], he found that they were the developers who made about 80 percent of the most important scientific instrument innovations as well as the major innovations in semiconductor processing. In this research, we conducted grounded research on user-led innovation at the corporate-level. Also, we analyzed the train development project (SR000) of Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation (SMRT). We focused on identifying the success factors of user-led innovation, and development process.
정보시스템 활용 패턴이 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 많은 기업들이 SCM의 중요성을 인식하고 도입하여 활용을 하고 있는 정보시스템의 발전 단계에서 공급사슬에 참여하고 있는 기업이 어떻게 SCM을 활용하고 있는지에 초점을 둔 연구라 할 수 있다. 기존 연구에서 도출한 SCM 활용 목적에 대한 설문 항목을 중심으로 기업이 활용하고 있는 SCM 활용 패턴을 도출 하였다. 군집 분석 결과 효율성을 추구형 집단, Business Process 정확성 추구형 집단과 환경 변화 대응 추구형 집단으로 패턴을 나눌 수 있으며 활용패턴이 다른 집단간의 만족도에 차이가 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. This study has mainly focused on the company's usage of SCM that participates in supply chain entering in the development stage of information system based on the understanding of the importance of SCM. We found the SCM usage pattern by centering on the question details about the SCM usage object from the theoretical background. As a result of cluster analysis, it is classified into three patterns, such as, pursuing efficiency type, pursuing business processing accuracy type and pursuing responsiveness on the environment changes type. In conclusion, SCM performance satisfaction is different by SCM usage pattern when company uses SCM.
후계자 관점에서 가업승계에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 중요도에 대한 AHP분석 연구

본 연구는 가족기업의 생존과 미래를 결정하는 승계에 초점을 맞추고, 특히, 승계 과정에서 핵심플레이어로 평가되는 후계자의 관점을 중심으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법론을 활용하여, 후계자 관점에서 승계에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 우선순위를 파악하였다. 총 2계층으로 나누어 진행한 본 연구에서, 1계층은 1) 승계자와 후계자의 관계, 2) 후계자의 경영 능력, 3) 후계자의 자기효능감 그리고 4) 승계 계획으로 설정하였다. 각 1계층의 하위 계층인 2계층의 경우 승계자와 후계자의 관계는 상호간의 신뢰수준, 기업의 비전 공유, 상호간 대화 수준으로 설정하였다. 후계자의 경영능력은 경영 역량, 교육 및 훈련, 승계관련 주변인 관리 능력, 그리고 후계자의 자기효능감은 후계자의 승계 의지, 역경 극복 자신감, 목표달성 자신감으로 설정하였다. 마지막으로 승계 계획은 재무적 계획, 리더십 이양 계획, 인사 조직 관리 계획으로 설정하였다. 총 93부의 설문지를 배포하여 회수하였고, 결측치가 있는 표본을 제외한 88개의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과, 후계자는 1계층에서 가장 중요한 우선순위로 1) 승계자와의 관계를 선택하였고, 2) 후계자의 경영 능력을 2순위로, 3) 후계자의 자기효능감는 3순위, 마지막으로 4) 승계 계획을 4순위로 선택하였다. 특히, 승계자와의 관계를 구성하는 하위 3가지 요소 (상호 간의 신뢰 수준, 기업의 비전 공유, 상호 간 대화 수준) 모두 최종 결과에서도 가장 중요한 1순위~3순위를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. This study focuses on succession in a family business which is the crucial factor affecting future and survival of a family business. Especially, the study concentrate a successor's view which is regarded as a key-player during the succession. In this study, we used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology to identify priorities of factors influencing succession. We divided into two-tier level. The first-tier is defined as 1) the relationship with an incumbent CEO, 2) a successor 's management ability, 3) a successor' s self-efficacy and 4) succession plan. For the second-tier of each first-tier have 3 sub-factors ; 1) the relationship with an incumbent CEO is set as level of mutual trust, sharing the vision of a company, and level of communication each other. 2) A successor 's management ability is based on business competence, education and training and interpersonal management ability, 3) a successor 's self-efficacy was set as successor' s willingness of succession, confidence of overcoming crisis and confidence of achieving objectives. Lastly, 4) a succession plan is set as finance plan, leadership transformation plan and human-organization management plan. A total of 93 questionnaires is distributed and retrieved, and 88 questionnaires are used for the study, excluding those with missing data. As a result of this study, successors selected 1) the relationship with an incumbent C.E.O. as the most important priority in the first-tier. The second is 2) a successor 's management ability, the third is 3) a successor' s self-efficacy, and the last priority is 4) a succession plan. In particular, 3 sub-factors that make up the relationship with an incumbent are the most important factors. These factors rank the first to the third in the final result.

Companies need to secure strong methods of new product development in a rapidly changing competitive environment. They overly focusing on the perception of consumers can not lead radical changes. They need to generate sufficient creative ideas in the early stages of new product development to make radical change. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of a creative method on the generation of creative ideas. An enhanced creativity method was designed considering existing methodology and cognitive elements. This study specifically focused on team rather than individual level creativity. This arrangement reflects the fact that companies in practice rely on team unit in NPD process. The contribution of the study is two fold : enhancing existing methodology, and testing the effect of conceptual distance on making of creative ideas. The experimental results showed that appropriate conceptual distance help to make best creative output and that ABIS attribute is proved to be more effective than traditional association.

This research is an empirical study that analyzes the relationship of trust between an incumbent CEO and a successor during succession in a family business. We use the relationship of trust between an incumbent CEO and a successor as a mediating variable. A successor’s conversational ability, home environment, and involvement of family members are used as independent variables. A successor’s willingness to succeed is used as a dependent variable. Before analyzing the main research model, we conducted the first analysis to find the influence on the successor’s willingness to succeed, and the relationship of trust had the greatest effect among the independent variables. As a result of the main research model, it was found that the successors conversational ability and home environment affected the relationship of trust, but the involvement of family members was not. Besides, the relationship of trust was found to have a fully mediating effect between a successors conversational ability, home environment, and a successor’s willingness to succeed. This study can be said to be meaningful in that it discovered a variable called home environment that was not mainly dealt with in the business research field and reaffirmed the importance of the relationship of trust between them.
