        BESS를 적용한 계통연계형 PV시스템의 운전특성에 관한 연구

        Photovoltaic is an attractive technology to remote power applications, because of its reliability, low maintenance, and zero fuel requirements.<br/> In this paper represents residential PV system based on BESS(battery energy storage system) for managing the electric power, a pattern of daily operation considering the load characteristics of the house, the generation characteristics of PV power, and utility power leveling. For apply to control algorithm, we consider the load on monthly power consumption trend and daily usage pattern. As for the control of the proposed system, to increase the conversion efficiency of the PV power, bidirectional converter is used for MPPT and SPWM inverter. An experimental system is implemented, and some experimental results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system.

      • SrTiO₃첨가에 따른 (x)BaTiO₃-(1-x)SrTiO₃의 유전적, 전기적 특성

        In this paper, a ferroelectric material BaTiO3 was added to SrTiO3, then (x)BaTiO3-(1-x)SrTiO3(0.7≤x≤1) ceramics were fabricated with stable electrical properties in high voltage. Microstructures and electrical properties were investigated according to mixing conditions of addition material SrTiO3. As a result of the investigation of all experiments, the shrinkage was excellent in 0.9BaTioO3-0.1SrTiO3. The grain size was increased, the curie temperature was shifted low temperature. The 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was appeared stable property in temperature vs. permittivity. Also, 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was showed stable dielectric properties at 25~85[C]. V-I properties of specimen were observed in the temperature range of 21~143[C], were divided into three regions. the region I below 10[kV/cm] was shown Ohmic conduction, the region II from 10 to 30[kV/cm] was explained by the poole-Frenkel emission theory and the region III above 30[kV/cm] was analysed by the tunneling effect.

      • 하이퍼미디어 시스템을 기반으로 하는 CAI도구의 설계 및 구현

        This thesis is designed and implemented for an authoring tool of CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) of the human body structure, by means of the Hypermedia system. Also, the stack structure of the human body structure is designed and implemented in an object-oriented concepts and in a combination stack structure that mingles a tree stack structure with a network stack structure. If an authoring tool of this CAI is enlarged, it has a wide variety of applications. It can be utilized, for example, in educations, in desk announcements, in information services, in marketings, in quick-lunch room businesses, and in entertainment businesses. Additionally, if an authoring tool of this CAI is put into practice, it will curtail expenditure on both personnel and equipment, and will save time. In addition, it will result in an increase in users' attention, understanding, memory, and concentration.

      • 원자력발전소 디지털 계측제어 시스템의 전자기파 간섭에 관한 연구

        The increasing use of microprocessor-based digital technology in safety related system has introduced concerns with respect to electrical noise in the nuclear power plant. Digital technology has been performance advancements but on the other hand, has an adverse impact on the operation of digital system in connection with EMI/RFI and power surge. Therefore, digital equipment is needed to minimize an electrical noise from the first design stage and to ensure EMC design in the final design stage. The purpose of this study is to assist the engineer/designer in minimizing the EMI problem and establishing equipment qualification for EMI/RFI by presenting a discussion of technical sound alternative for EMI and analysis of related requirements, Mil-Std-461D and EPRI TR-102323. And also, this paper suggests the EMI/RFI requirements for digital control system design based on the Mil-Std-461D and the EPRI TR-102323 to site mapping.
