The use of roadheaders has been increasing to mitigate the problems of noise and vibration during tunneling operations in urban area. Since lack of experience of roadheader for hard rock, the selection of appropriate machines and the evaluation of cutting rates have been challenging. Currently, empirical models developed overseas are commonly used to evaluate cutting rates, but their effectiveness has not been verified for domestic rocks. In this paper, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to assess the rock cutting force, cutterhead capacity, and cutting rate to select the appropriate machine and evaluate its performance. The cutterhead capacity was reviewed based on the literature results for the site. Furthermore, a new empirical model and simplified method for predicting cutting rates were proposed through data analysis in relation to operation time and rock strength, and compared with those of the conventional model from the manufacturer. The results show good agreement for high strength range upper 80 MPa of uniaxial compressive strength.

정상배란성 월경주기에서 혈청 인슐린유사 성장인자 결합단백질의 양상

The insulin-like growth factor (IGF)s are believed to one of several growth factors that play an adjunctive role in ovarian follicular development. These factors circulate bound to a family of IGF-binding protein (IGFBP)s. It is known that circulating IGFBPs are involved in the transport of IGFs to tissues and modulate IGFs actions at local tissue. The purposes of this study were to evaluate changes in serum IGFBPs profiles during normal ovulatory menstrual cylce and to compare serum IGFBPs profiles in periovulatory phase of between normal ovulatory menstrual cylce and controlled hyperstimulated cycle. Fasting blood samples were obtained from 15 normal healthy women throughout normal ovulatory menstural cyle and on the day of aspiration of oocyte from 10 patients undergoing ovarian hyperstimuation for in vito fertilization-embryo transfer. Serum IGFBP-1 - IGFBP-4 were measured by western ligand blot and immunoprecipitation. Serum $17{\beta}$-estradiol was determined by radioimmunoassay. Type and molecular weight of serum IGFBP did not changed during normal ovulatory menstural cycle. No significant variation in the relative proportion and level of each IGFBP was found throughout normal ovulatory menstural cyle. Also, the relative proportion and level of each IGFBP did not correlated with serum $17{\beta}$-estradiol level. There was no significant difference in the relative proportion and level of each serum IGFBP between on the day of ovulation in normal ovulatory menstrual cylce and on the day of aspiration of oocyte in controlled hyperstimulated cycle. Our data indicate that IGFBPs have regulatory functions in ovary through an paracrine and autocrine rather than endocrine mechanism during normal ovulatory menstural cycle.

봉약침을 이용한 만성 좌둔 점액낭 치료에 대한 증례 보고

Objectives : This report was performed to evaluate the treatment of acupuncture Therapy. Bee venom acupuncture Therapy, Herbal medication and Moxibustion In Chronic lschial bursitis. Methods : We treated 1 case of chronic Ischial Bursitis with acupuncture therapy, Bee Venom Acupuncture therapy, herbal medication and Moxibustion Results : After 8 weeks of acupuncture Therapy. Bee venom acupuncture Therapy, Herbal medication and Moxibustion. a remarkable improvenment was made for Chronic lschial bursitis. The patient couldn't feel painful swelling over the center of the buttock and down the back of the leg. Conclusion : Acupuncture Therapy, Bee venom acupuncture Therapy, Herbal medication and Moxibustion were effective In reducing the symptoms. We think that it need the further study and clinical trial for Chronic lschial bursitis.

Simultaneous Measurement of Strain and Temperature by use of Fiber Bragg Grating Written in an Erbium: Ytterbium-Doped Fiber

단일 광섬유 격자와 Yb와 Er이 첨가된 광섬유를 이용한 스트레인 및 온도의 동시 측정을 시행하였다. 스트레인과 온도에 대해서 $1100\;{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ and $50-180\;^{\circ}C$ 범위에서 $55.8\;{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ 와 $3\;^{\circ}C$의 오차를 가지고 측정하였다. 본 센서의 소형 및 저가의 특성으로 미루어 볼 때 넓은 범위의 스트레인 센서로 활용가치가 높다고 사료된다. We demonstrate a fiber-optic sensor scheme, capable of the simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature using a single fiber Bragg grating written in an erbium: ytterbium-doped fiber. This novel and compact fiber grating based sensor scheme can be used for synchronous measurement of strain and temperature over ranges of $1100\;{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ and $50-180\;^{\circ}C$ with rms errors of $55.8\;{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ and $3^{\circ}C$, respectively. The simple and low-cost sensor approach has a considerable potential, particularly for wide-range strain sensing applications in which high resolution is not required.

식편압입의 발현에 관한 임상적 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of food impaction and to explore solutions as well. For this study, 39 patients with food impaction were selected. 77 contact areas in these patients were investigated mobility, tightness of contact area, gingival index, plaque index, attachment loss, alveolar bone loss, proximal caries, marginal ridge distance and occlusal relationships. The results were as follows ; 1. Teeth without distal support were found to be the most frequent site of food impaction (41.6%). Food impaction was found to be more frequent in the upper teeth (65.2%) than the lower teeth (33.8%). 2. Food impaction was found in tight contact cases (71.4%). Alveolar bone loss was not found in the early stage of food impaction (83.1%) 3. The distance between the marginal ridges of food impaction sites (mean=0.48mm) was short-er than that of the control group. (mean=0.77mm) (p<0.001) 4. In 18.2% of the cases, proximal carries were found at the food impaction site. 5. Food impaction affected patient's occlusion with the following frequencies, cusp to marginal ridge relationship (72.7%), cusp to fossa relationship (3.9%) and stepped relationship (23.4%).

갑상설관낭종에서 발생한 유두상암종 4예

Carcinoma arising in a thyroglossal duct cyst is a not common disease. It is detected in approximately 1% of thyroglossal duct cyst, therefore the clinical manifestation of the patient with carcinoma is undistinguishable from the common cystic lesion. Clinically, it may be confounded with a benign lesion and diagnosed after operation. The mainstream of treatment is the Sistrunk operation, however, there is no definite agreement regarding further treatment in addition to an excision of the cyst. The role of total thyroidectomy and the radioactive iodine therapy have been discussed for adjuvant treatment. We have experienced four cases of papillary carcinoma arising in thyroglossal duct cyst. In the three of the cases, the patients underwent Sistrunk operation, while the other one had additional total thyroidectomy and postoperative radioactive iodine therapy. There was no complication in the perioperative period and no signs of recurrence or metastasis during follow-up period.

거대 분자운의 원적외선 특성

Infrared color-color diagram of 10 giant molecular clouds are examined to explore the dust property from the COBE Diffuse Infrared Background Experiment of the 100, 140, and $240{\mu}m$ emission. Four of them, Taurus, Mon OB1, Gem OB1, and Chameleon, show the anti-correlation in $R_{100/140}-R_{140/240}$ plot and the horizontal distribution in $R_{100/240}-R_{140/240}$ plot, which disagree with those of theoretical calculation. These could be explained by the depletion of $100{\mu}m$ and the excess of $140{\mu}m$ emission, though no existing dust model could support them. Mean color temperature of the anti-correlation region appears to be lower than that of the linear region, whose temperatures are 15.3, 17.0 K, respectively. And the linear region shows large dispersion in the plot of intensity relation. Both imply that a star formation would be more active, but not homogeneous, in the linear region compared to the anti-correlation region.

조절 가능한 온도감도를 지닌 광섬유격자 온도센서

온도 팽창률이 다른 두 개의 금속을 광섬유 브래그 격자에 부착하여 그 온도감도를 조절할 수 있는 새로운 온도센서를 제안하였다. 이러한 방법으로 온도감도를 기존의 브래그격자에 비해 3.3까지 향상시켰으며 금속의 길이를 변화시켜 그 온도감도를 여러 가지로 조절할 수 있었다. By attaching two metals with different thermal expansion coefficients to a fiber Bragg grating, we show that the temperature sensitivity is successfully improved to 3.3 times that of bare fiber Bragg grating and controlled by changing the metal length.

In order to reduce the small scale fluctuation resulting from shearing holograpy(Park et. al. 1997), differential panel adjustments were performed for 14 m radio telescope of Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory with T2 theodolite It appears that this method improves the surface accuracy by about $50\;{\mu}m$. The measured surface accuracy is, at best, $170\;{\mu}m$. The beam efficiency at 86.2 GHz is estimated to be 44% We also found that the elevation at which Park et. al. performed holography was too low.

Purpose - This study investigate the effect of innovative capacity on corporate export performance and moderating flexibility. Design/methodology/approach - For this, hypotheses were established by reviewing previous studies and an empirical analysis was conducted for testing. Using SPSS 22.0, a frequency analysis of related variables was conducted. Through an exploratory factor analysis, validity and reliability tests of measuring tools were conducted and a descriptive statistics was analyzed for collected data result and hypotheses testing. Findings - Finally, with a verified model, the hypotheses and the moderating effects were tested. The results are as follows; The innovationa capacities have a positive effect on export performance and flexibility However, the flexbilitiy was not moderator in the relationship between innovative capacity and export performance.
