We are living in the modern society where mass media has been quickly promoted. Especially, teenagers and university students are playing a great role in the whole field of life due to a high dependence on the Internet and smartphone. This study was intended to figure out a difference in the hair styling by the use of mass media, an interest and imitation of pop stars' hairstyle. Significant factors were the Internet use motivation and time. When teenagers and university students were mainly playing a game or shopping through the Internet, the use motivation gave them an great interest and imitation. And the more use time gave them an great interest and imitation. They placed the most importance on clothes, figure, makeup and hairstyle out of appearance management activities of those surveyed. Consequently, this study has an limitation of low frequency in analyzing the relationship with a single item of hairstyle.

미용전공 대학생의 사회적 지지가 자발적 행동의도와 내현적 자기애에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effect of social support on voluntary behavioral intention and covert narcissism of beauty majoring college students, and by verifying the effect of social support on voluntary behavioral intention and covert narcissism of beauty majoring college students, voluntary behavioral intention and covert narcissism The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve social support as a way to positively change narcissism. The survey period was from October 10, 22 to December 27, 2022, and a survey was conducted targeting college students majoring in beauty. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed, and the final 307 copies were used as analysis data, excluding 26 copies with insincere responses. The collected data were confirmed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that voluntary behavioral intention increased and covert narcissism decreased when social support was high. In order to increase social support, voluntary action must be induced through effective counseling and advice from professors, family, and friends. As a result, it is believed that job skills will be improved and successful job arrangements will be made. Social support induces an active life by reducing covert narcissism in college students majoring in beauty who are unstable, timid, and hypersensitive. It is also necessary to develop human resources by reducing job stress and depression. Through this study, it is judged that counseling with leadership can bring about positive changes to beauty majors. It was suggested that social support induces voluntary behavioral intention and suppresses covert narcissism to have the influence to succeed with a clear sense of purpose in beauty companies.

웰다잉을 위한 프로그램의 효과분석

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a welldying program on elderly people by analyzing whether it would bring any changes to the selected elderly people. The subjects in this study were 30 senior citizens who were users of A senior fitness center in the city of Gwangju. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 15 senior citizens each, and a welldying program was conducted in eight sessions, once a week. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the elderly people who participated in the welldying program felt less death anxiety. Second, the elderly people who participated in the welldying program expressed better life satisfaction. Third, the elderly people who participated in the welldying program showed improvement in ego-integration. 본 연구는 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램을 실시하여 변화를 측정함으로써 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인에게 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 광주광역시에 소재한 A노인건강타운을 이용 중인 어르신들 중에서 30명을 선정한 후 각각 15명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하였다. 매주 1회 총 8회기의 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 죽음불안이 감소되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 죽음불안 감소에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 생활만족도가 향상되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 생활만족도 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 세째, 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램에 참여한 노인들은 참여하지 않은 노인들보다 자아통합감이 향상되었다. 따라서 웰다잉을 위한 프로그램이 노인의 자아통합감 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

국제결혼 남성배우자의 역할수행과 결혼안정성의 관계

본 연구는 국제 결혼한 남성배우자의 역할수행(일상생활지지, 성생활만족, 부부간 갈등)과 결혼안정성과의 관계 분석을 위해 수행되었다. 현재 결혼 상태를 유지하고 있으면서 국제 결혼한 한국 남성을 대상으로 2010년 12월 15일부터 2011년 3월 12일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 300부의 설문지를 발송하여 247부가 회수되었고, 그중 불성실하게 기입된 설문지 27부를 제외한 220부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역할수행 중 일상생활지지가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 결혼안정성이 높았다. 따라서 일상생활지지와 결혼만족도는 관련성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 역할 수행 중 부부간 갈등이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다. 결혼안정성이 높았다. 따라서 부부간 갈등과 결혼안정성은 관련성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 국제결혼 남성배우자의 긍정적 역할 수행은 결혼안정성에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다는 것을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to make a further analysis on potential correlations of male spouses' role performance (daily life assistance, sexual life satisfaction and marital conflict) and their marital stability in international marriage. In order to meet the purpose, this study used a questionnaire form to survey Korean men who married and kept a marital relationship with foreign brides (survey dating from Dec. 12, 2010 to May. 3. 2011). Out of total 300 sheets of questionnaire form distributed to a population of those men, 247 sheets of questionnaire form were collected from them. Then, total 220 sheets of complete and valid questionnaire form except incomplete 27 sheets were finally selected for statistical data analysis. Major findings of this study can be summed up as follows: First, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more daily life assistances had higher marital stability than group with less daily life assistances. Accordingly, it was found that daily life assistance was correlated with marital satisfaction. Secondly, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more marital conflicts had higher marital stability than group with less marital conflicts. Based on these findings, it is concluded that male spouses' positive role performance in international marriage has positive effects on marital stability in relationships with their foreign female spouses.

Several studies have explored the utility of welding robots in the modern industrial landscape. As such, welding robots are being developed to perform more complex tasks. In this paper, motion planning algorithms are introduced for studying welding robots operating in a narrow space in offshore platforms. First, the forward kinematics for the developed welding robot control is analyzed, and the Jacobian to determine the relationship between input and output velocity is obtained. A motion planning algorithm that considers collision and joint limits using the Jacobian is proposed, and a localization algorithm based on particle filters is used to estimate the location of the mobile platform. To verify the proposed methods, various simulations including motion planning and localization are performed. For achieving better welding motion, simulations to find the optimal mobile platform location are performed. Finally, through actual welding experiments, the validity of the proposed welding robot system is verified. .

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the scores of job stress, self-efficacy and health promoting behavior for practical nurses and to define the correlation of three variables. Method : These data were collected by 201 subjects, using to self-reported questionnaire from September 15 to October 5, 2001. Result : The mean score of Job Stress was 3.87 and Self-Efficacy Scale was 3.58. Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile was 2.60. The relationship between job stress and self-efficacy and Job stress and health promoting behavior were not statistically significant. The relationship between self-efficacy and health prompting behavior was statistically significant(0.418, p=.000). The result of influence of self-efficacy accounted for 17.5% of variance in health promoting behaviors. Conclusion : Job stress did not affect to decrease the level of self-efficacy and health promoting behaviors. The self-efficacy is influent health promoting behavior as like previous study. However, because the average score of job stress was similar between participants so it did not affect to both self-efficacy and health promoting behavior. Moreover in clinical environment, hospital nurses are coping to their job stress adequately, so it was not affect to both variables.
