This study was carried out to explore the direction of job involvement of public health nurses and explore the way for improving services of public health center in Korea. The subjects were consisted of 164 nurses who were working at public health centers in Chonbuk. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire from Jan. 15 to Jan. 27, 1996. The instrument used in this study was Likert-type scale which Job Involvement Scale developed by Kanungo. The questionnaires of organizational and job characteristic were made through reviewing literatures. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSSPC+ program. Major findings were as follows : 1. Mean scores for job involvement were 3.0879 on a 5 point scale. 2. In the personal variables, professional experience(t=-2.18, p=.031), position(t=2.34, p=.021), and age(F=-1.94, p=.038) were statistically significant in job involvement. 3. The variables to job characteristic were statistically significant in job involvement: job challenge (r=.4785, p=.000), role ambiguity (r=-.3141, p=.000), task significance (r=.2714, p=.000), and role conflict(r=-.2166, p=.003). 4. The variables to organizational characteristic were statistically significant in job involvement : formalization(r=.3184, p=.000) and human centered organizational characteristic (r=.2450, p=.001).
양호교사의 성교육에 대한 태도 유형분석 : Q방법론적 접근

This study was designed to identify school health nurses' attitudes toward sex education through a Q-methodological approach. Research was done from Apr. 3, 1995 to Oct. 15, 1995. A final Q-sample was selected to 37 statements out of initial 128 statements after consultation from counselors, educators and writers related to sex education. The P -sample was consisted with 32 school health nurses in Chonbuk province. The collected data were analyzed by Quanal program on PC. The results of the study were as follows: School health nurses are categorized into 6 types. The first type, receiving type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 4 subjects. The second type, valuing type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 6 subjects. The third type, adopting behavior type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The fourth type, receiving type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The fifth type, making sense of information type with cognition deficiency about specific learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 5 subjects. The sixth type, adopting behavior type with cognition deficiency about general learning objectives of sex education were consisted with 7 subjects. As a result of this study, we may realize necessity of prepared sex educators. Sex the educators must be fully cognitive and affective toward sex education before practicing sex education.

본 연구에서는 105명의 장애자녀 부모를 대상으로 자아분화가 우울감에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 두 변수 간에 자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의한지를 분석하였다. 회귀분석을 적용한 결과, 변수 간의 관계를 가정한 가설들이 모두 채택되는 것으로 나타났다. 자아분화는 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 자기효능감은 우울과 부적 관계가 있어 자기효능감이 높아질수록 우울 증상이 약화되는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 매개변수인 자기효능감은 자아분화와 우울 간의 관계에서 간접효과가 작게는 24% 에서 크게는 100%에 가까운 것으로 나타나 자기효능감이 자아분화 요인별로 부분 매개 또는 완전 매개 역할을 한다는 것을 말해 준다. 이러한 결과는 장애자녀 부모의 자기효능감을 높이기 위해서는 먼저 자아분화 수준을 높여야 하고, 그로 인해 자기효능감이 향상되면 우울에서 벗어날 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 자아분화 요인들 중 사회정서기능과 자아통합은 자기효능감을 높이는 방향으로 작용하는데 비해 가족투사, 가족회귀, 정서단절은 자기효능감을 낮추는 경향이 있다. 이러한 정적, 부적 관계는 자기효능감을 거쳐 우울감과 맥락을 같이 한다. 본 연구결과는 장애자녀 부모의 우울을 치료하고 심리적 재활 능력을 증진시키기 위한 상담 및 임상에 적용할 수 있는 실증적 자료와 이론적 근거를 제공한다는 점에서 의미가 있을 것이다. This study examines the mediating effects of self-efficacy between self-differentiation and depression by analyzing 105 parents who have at least one child with a disability. Regression analysis confirmed all hypothesis between self-differentiation, self-efficacy, and depression. There exists partially or complete mediation. That is the indirect effect on depression, self-efficacy explains the relationships between self-differentiation and depression to be as minimum as 24 percent to as maximum as 100 percent. This demonstrates that the self-efficacy significantly affects the relationship between self-differentiation and depression. Findings of this study recommend that self-efficacy should be enhanced through improving the level of self-differentiation. The results also imply that rehabilitation counselors need to understand the way of improving self-efficacy as well as the fact that the influencing factors of self-differentiation on self-efficacy is important. The findings of this study are informative for researchers, educators, and clinicians for mental health and psychological rehabilitation who assist the parents of children with disabilities.
