This study is based on the assumption that the hedonic price model can be applied to the calculation of the public land price of the standard site. This study is based on the 17,264 sites. A multiple regression analysis was carried out for each parcel, and a price model was derived and the appropriate price of each parcel was calculated. As a result, it was confirmed that accessibility factors have a more significant effect on public announcement price in addition to existing disclosure items as a result of analyzing influential factor of standard site announcement price.In the process of hedonic price model analysis as described above, there were a considerable number of parcels those do not meet the criteria of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. This is because, although there are many limitations in estimating the actual price, establishing the fair price system by applying the hedonic price model that provides objective and quantified data is a way to improve the standard public land price system. In addition, the introduction and settlement of the hedonic price model in the official price list is the end of this study which is incomplete in several aspects such as the number of sites, independent variable, period.
Thallium(I)-Selective Electrodes Based on Calix[4]pyrroles

Thallium(I) selective electrodes based on meso-alkyl substituted calix[4]pyrroles such as, meso-octamethyl-calix[4]pyrrole (L1), meso-octaethylcalix[4]pyrrole (L2) and meso-tetraspirocyclohexylcalix[4]pyrrole (L3) as sensor molecules have been pre pared and tested. The conditioned electrode (E4) incorporating L3gave best results with a wide working concentration range of 10-5.5 ~10-1 M near-Nernstian slope of 56.0 mV/decade of activity and detection limit of 10-6.0 M. This electrode exhibited a fast response time of 30 s and high selectivity over Na+ , K+ and other metal ions with only Ag+ interfering. The electrode works well in the pH range 2.0-11.0 and can be successfully employed for the determination of Tl+.This proposed electrode was also used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of Tl+.
섬유의 적층 각도에 따른 섬유 금속 적층판의 압입 손상 거동

In this research, the effects of fiber stacking sequence on damage behaviors of FML(Fiber Metal Laminates) subject to indentation loading. SOP (Singly Oriented Ply) FML and angle ply FML were fabricated to study fiber orientation effects and angle ply effects. FML were fabricated by using 1050 aluminum laminate and carbon/epoxy prepreg. To increase adhesive bonding strength, Al laminate was etched using FPL methods. The static indentation test were conducted by using UTM under the 2side clamped conditions. During the tests, load and displacement curve and crack initiation and propagation behaviors were investigated. As fiber orientation angle increases, the crack initiation load of SOP FML increases because the stiffness induced by fiber orientation is increased. The penetration load of SOP FML is influenced by the deformation tendency and boundary conditions. However, the macro-crack of angle ply FML was initiated by fiber breakage of lower ply because angle plies in Angle ply FML prevents the crack growth and consolidation. The Angle ply FML has a critical cross-angle which prevent crack growth and consolidation. Damage behavior of Angle ply FML is changed around the critical cross-angle.

As drivers spend more time in their cars, perception of driving a vehicle turns from utilizing a transportation means into residing in a personal space or even in moving office. Such a perception renders automobile manufacturers incorporate more vehicle functions, especially in-vehicle information systems As the number of system functions increases, the complexity of control and 2 types of display menus were designed after a literature review and a market analysis. With these controls and display menus, the experiment was performed to look into the difference of driver performance and preference on the integrated vehicle control type. Finally, the study suggests the integrated vehicle control type to minimize driver's cognitive load, and to use various functions efficiently. The study also discusses the practical use of the final integrated vehicle control type.
열화학 황-요오드 수소 생산 공정의 요오드 결정화기 설계를 위한 결정 침강 모델링

황-요오드(Sulfur-Iodine, SI) 공정은 물을 분해시켜 수소를 생산하는 열화학 공정으로 공정에 사용되는 황과 요오드는 재순환된다. SI 공정 중 요오드가 분리 순환되는 Section III에서는 공정 효율 개선을 위해 다양한 방법이 개발되고 있다. EED(electro-electrodialysis)를 이용한 방법은 추가적인 화합물이 필요하지 않는 공정으로 Section III의 효율을 높일 수 있으나 공정 흐름에 포함된 요오드에 의해 상당한 부하가 걸리게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 EED 앞에 요오드제거 공정으로 결정화 방법이 고려되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 요오드 결정화 반응기 설계를 위한 기초 자료 확보를 위해 I2 포화 HIx 용액에서 요오드 결정의 침강 속도를 모델링 하였다. HIx 용액 조성은 열역학 모델인 UVa를 이용하여 결정하였으며 용액 물성은 순수한 물성들과 상관관계식을 활용하여 추산하였다. Multiphysics 전산툴을 이용하여 침강에 따른 속도 변화를 계산하였으며 요오드 직경과 온도에 따른 변화를 추산하였다. 직경(1.0~2.5 mm)과 온도(10~50 ℃)범위에서 요오드는 0.5 m/s 내외의 종말 속도를 보이며 이 속도는 용액의 점도 보다 밀도에 더 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. SI process is a thermochemical process producing hydrogen by decomposing water while recycling sulfur and iodine. Various technologies have been developed to improve the efficiency on Section III of SI process, where iodine is separated and recycled. EED(electro-electrodialysis) could increase the efficiency of Section III without additional chemical compounds but a substantial amount of I2 from a process stream is loaded on EED. In order to reduce the load, a crystallization technology prior to EED is considered as an I2 removal process. In this work, I2 particle sinking behavior was modeled to secure basic data for designing an I2 crystallizer applied to I2-saturated HIx solutions. The composition of HIx solution was determined by thermodynamic UVa model and correlation equations and pure properties were used to evaluate the solution properties. A multiphysics computational tool was utilized to calculate particle sinking velocity changes with respect to I2 particle radius and temperature. The terminal velocity of an I2 particle was estimated around 0.5 m/s under considered radius (1.0 to 2.5 mm) and temperature (10 to 50 ℃) ranges and it was analyzed that the velocity is more dependent on the solution density than the solution viscosity.

Metal hydride based hydrogen storage under moderate temperature and pressure gives the safety advantage over the gas and liquid storage methods. Still solid-state hydrogen storage including metal hydride is below the DOE target level for automotive applications, but it can be adapted to stationary or miliary application reasonably. In order to develop a modular solid state hydrogen storage system that can be applied to a distributed power supply system composed of renewable energy - water electrolysis - fuel cell, the heat transfer and hydrogen storage characteristics of the metal hydride necessary for the module system design were investigated using AB5 type metal hydride, LCN2 ($La_{0.9}Ce_{0.1}Ni_5$). The planetary high energy mill (PHEM) treatment of LCN2 confirmed the initial hydrogen storage activation and hydrogen storage capacity through surface modification of LCN2 material. Expanded natural graphite (ENG) addition to LCN2, and compression molding at 500 atm improved the thermal conductivity of the solid hydrogen storage material.
