      • Silage 製造時의 乳酸醱酵에 미치는 양배추의 添加效果

        These studies were conducted to find out the effect of adding cabbage (10∼20%) to produce good quality silage on the preparation of corn or cow pea silage, and the results were as follows; 1. PH of the corn silage added cabbage were 3.7 and that of the cow pea silages added it were 4.0∼4.1 contrast to PH 3.8 and PH 4.1 of their controls. 2. The results of sensual test of the silages added cabbage were better taste and order than their controls. 3. The numbers of aerobic bacteria in the initial step of the fermenting process in the silage added cabbage were appeared more than their controls, but the rate of decrease of then in the silage added cabbage were shown faster than their controls. 4. The numbers of lactic bacteria in the initial step of the fermenting process in the silage added cabbage were similar to their controls, but the greater increase of them were shown the more amount of cabbage were added.

        국균발효사료(麴菌醱酵飼料)의 첨가(添加)가 닭의 산육성향상(産肉性向上)에 미치는 효과(效果)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        This experiment was conducted to observe the effects of fermented feed by Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger on the improvement of feed value and the effect of fermented feed additive for meat production of broiler. The results of fermented feed on the improvement of feed value were as follows; I; The effects of fermented feed value improvement were as follaws; 1) There were little difference between fermented feeds by Asp. oryzae and Asp. niger, compared with wheat bran, crude protein contents of Koji was highly increased and its nitrogen free extract and crude fat contents were decreased, but crude fiber and ash were little difference. 2) Total amino acids were highly increased as to fermented feeds but proline in Asp. niger koji feed, and proline and valine in Asp. oryzae koji feed were decreased and other amino acid were increased 2) The effect of fermented feeds on meat production of broiler were as follows; 1) Fermented feeds groups appeared higher weight (p<0.01)than weight of control on end of experimental period, but little difference were recognized between 5% and 10% fermented feed groups. 2) On the weight gain per day, highly significant were recognized(p<0.05) between control and test groups, 10% Asp. oryzae koji group was highest ($12.15{\pm}0.46g$) between all groups. 3) On the yield of carcass, there were significant highly difference (p<0.01) between control and test groups but little difference were recognized between each of 5% groups and 10% groups of fermented feeds. 4) Fermented feed groups appeared higher carcass yield (p (0<0.05) than control. But between all fermented feed groups were a little difference in partly. 5) On the influence of fowl meat composition, amount of moisture contents was a little decrease in fermented feed groups, and crude protein and crude fat were increased. 6) Feed conversion rate resulted a little amount decreasing. Specially, 10% Asp oryzae koji group was lowest (2.89) compare with control (3.35) 3. As a result of economical analysis appeared highest low income in koji groups. Low income were more gained percent of 40.22 in 10% Asp oryzae koji and 33.19 in 10% Asp. niger koji than control.

        한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 질소이용(窒素利用)의 관한 연구(硏究) I. 단백질(蛋白質) 급여수준(給與水準)이 질소축적(窒素蓄積)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 사양표준(飼養標準)을 설정(設定)하는데 필요(必要)한 항목중(項目中)의 하나인 단백질(蛋白質)의 요구량(要求量)을 구명(究明)하기 위하여 성별(性別)과 월령(月令)에 따르는 체중별(體重別)로 단백질(蛋白質) 급여수준(給與水準)에 차이(差異)를 두고 질소(窒素)의 축적률(縮積率)을 측정(測定)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 생후(生後) 6개월령(個月令)의 생체중(生體重) 13kg의 빈산양(牝山羊)은 야건초(野乾草) 40%(126g)와 압맥(壓麥) 60%(186g)를 급여(給與)하였을때 질소(窒素)의 축적률(縮積率)은 36%였고, 야건초(野乾草) 55%(226g)와 압맥(壓麥) 45%(186g)를 급여(給與)하였을 때는 질소축적률(窒素縮積率)이 25.6%였다. 2. 생후(生後) 5개월령(個月令)의 체중(體重) 11kg의 모산양(牡山羊)에게 야건초(野乾草) 47%(245g), 압맥(壓麥) 29%(153g) 및 대두분(大豆粉) 24%(126g)를 급여(給與)하여 단백질(蛋白質) 함량(含量)을 20%로 하였을때 질소축적률(窒素縮積率)은 54.2%였고, 야건초(野乾草) 42%(206g)와 압맥(壓麥) 58%(279g)를 급여(給與)하였을때는 질소축적률(窒素縮積率)이 40.7%였다. 그러나 야건초(野乾草)(조단백함량(粗蛋白含量 8%)만을 100%(328g) 급여(給與)하였을 때 질소축적률(窒素縮積率)은 -23.9%이었다. 3. 생체중(生體重) 11~13kg의 재래산양(在來山羊)은 1일(日) 5g 정도(程度)의 질소(窒素)가 유지(維持)에 필요(必要)하다고 인정(認定)되었다. This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect on different levels of crude protein intake according to sex and body weight on the nitrogen retention, and the protein requirement for feeding standard of the Korean Native Goat. The results obtained from the study were as follows. 1. The nitrogen retention rate when the female goat at 6 months age (13kg) had taken native grass hay 40%(126g) and flaking barley 60%(186g) was 36 percent, and when the intake matter was native grass hay 55%(226g) and flaking barley 45%(186g) was 25.6 percent. 2. The nitrogen retention rate when the meal goat at 5 months age (11kg) had taken native grass hay 47%(245g), flaking barley 29%(153g) and soybean meal 24%(126g) was 52.4 percent and when the intake was native grass hay 42%(206g) and flaking barley 58%(279g) was 40.7 percent. But if the in take matter was only (328g) native grass hay (crude protein 8%) it was -23.9 percent. 3. Maintenance nitrogen requirement of Korean native goat were estimated about 5g per day to 11 or 13kg live weight.

        농가부업(農家副業)의 소득향상(所得向上)을 위한 양육생산(羊肉生産) 및 모피가공(毛皮加工)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of the study was to find out possible ways for increasing farm income through the sheep and Korean native goats farming, and to investigate meat productivity, wool productivity; woolskin utility, physiological characteristics and correlation between economical college animal farm of the Chungnam National University and sample farms in the suburbs of Dae jeon City were selected for feeding 20 heads of Corriedale wethers and another 20 heads Korean native kids as research materials for the periods of 5th May-26th November, 1977. The data such as growth rate, carcass, viscera weight, blood picture and plamsa components, hebage intake and economic traits were obtained and analysed. The result of the study are summarized as follows: 1. Meat production and quality 1) After 196days of feeding, the body weight of sheep and Korean native goats was increased by two times of those at the beginning of the trial, i.e. 20kg and 8kg respectively. 2) There was no significance of growth rates of sheep in housing and grazing. 3) The growth rate of Korean native goats were excellent at the mountainous areas of Gong ju-Gun where infectious diseases were not found 4) Accroding to the body measurements of 18-month-old sheep, percentages of hip height, body length, rump length, chest depth, chest width, hip width, chest girth and forearm circumference to the withers height were 103,%, 104%, 33%, 44%, 31%, 23%, 135% and 15% respectively, and those of hip height, body length, chest depth and chest girth of 8-month-old native goats to the withers height were 106%, 109%, 46% and 122,% respecitively. As a result, it was found that the percentage of hip height, body length and chest depth of Korean native goats were higher than those of sheep while that of the chest girth of goats was lower. 5) In the carcass data, 47, $52{\pm}2.27%$ of carcass percentage, $34.61{\pm}1.62%$ of lean meat, $26.07{\pm}2.51%$ of viscera, $9.75{\pm}1.4%$ of bone, and $20.95%{\pm}2.14%$ of woolskin for sheep, and $45.58{\pm}5.63%$ of carcass percentage, $27.62{\p}3.81%$ of meat, $34.86{\pm}4.16%$ of viscera, $11.66{\pm}1.83%$ of bone, $3.63{\pm}1.61%$ of skull and $9.26{\pm}2.41%$ of woolskin for native goats were obtained. 6) The contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash in native goat meat were much similar in both plots of housing and grazing. It was, however, known that the contents of moisture and protein were higher in grazinrg than in housing, while fat content was lower in grazing plots. 7) The weights of visceral organs shown similar tendency for both of sheep and native goats. For the weights of liver, heart, kidney and spleen, significance was not reconized among the treatments. Those of rumen, reticulum, small and large intestine were heavier in grazing than in housing, while the amount of visceral fat was heavier in housing. 2. Wool productivity and woolskin 1) The wool production of sheep for 7 months was $3.88{\pm}1.02kg$, and wool percentage, staple length, straighten length, wool growth per day and number of crimps were $9.27{\pm}1.48%$, 8. $47{\pm}1.00cm$, $10.63{\pm}0.99cm$, $0.40{\pm}0.04cm$ and $2.78{\pm}0.40$ respecitively. 2) The tensile strength and tear strength of woolskin treated by alum tanning were highest on the skin obtained from rump, i.e. $1,351kg/mm^2$ and $2,252kg/mm^2$ respectively, and they are in order of loin and shoulder. 3. Utilization and improvement of pasture. 1) The difference of herbage intake of native goats was not recognized between grazing and tethering, but the intake in the afternoon was s lightly higher than that in the morning. However the hervage intake of sheep was superior in grazing and in the afternoon. 2) The cultivation effect was lower in the native goat plots due to their cultivat 본(本) 시험(試驗)은 농가(農家)에서 부업(副業)으로 면양(緬羊)과 산양(山羊)을 사육(飼育)하여 농가수입(農家收入)을 향상(向上)시킬 수 있는 방안(方案)으로 모색(摸索)하고 아울러 면(緬) 산양(山羊)의 산육성(産育性), 산모성(産毛性), 모피이용성(毛皮利用性), 생리적(生理的) 특성(特性) 및 각(各) 경제형질간(經濟形質間)의 상호관계(相互關係)를 구명(究明)하기 위하여 1977년(年) 5월(月) 5일(日)부터 1977년(年) 11월(月) 26일(日)까지 충남대학교(忠南大學校) 농과대학(農科大學) 부속동물사육장(附屬動物飼育場)과 대전근교(大田近郊)의 농가(農家)를 선정(選定)하여 양(羊)의 발육성적(發育成績), 도체성적(屠體成績), 내장중량(內臟重量), 혈액(血液) 및 혈장성분(血漿成分), 채식성(採食性), 경제성(經濟性)을 분석(分析)하고 아울러 각(各) 경제형질간(經濟形質間)의 상관(相關)을 산출(算出)하여 비교검토(比較檢討)하였다. 본(本) 시험(試驗)에서 얻어진 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 산육성(産肉性) 및 육질(肉質) 1) 면양(緬羊)고 산양(山羊)의 발육성적(發育成績)은 196일간(日間)을 사육(飼育)한 결과(結果), 시험개시시(試驗開始時) 평균(平均) 체중(體重) 20kg와 8kg의 2배(倍)로 각각(各各) 증가(增加)되었다. 2) 면양(緬羊)은 사사구(舍飼區)와 방목구간(放牧區間)의 증체량(增體量)에 유의적(有意的) 차이(差異)가 없었다. 3) 산양(山羊)의 사육(飼育)은 전염성(傳染性) 질병(疾病)의 오염(汚染)이 없는 공주군(公州郡) 야산지대(野山地帶)에서 발육성적(發育成績)이 양호(良好)하였다. 4) 면양(緬羊)의 18개월령(個月齡) 체척측정치(體尺測定値)에서 체고(體高)에 대(對)한 비율(比率)은 십자부고(十字部高) 103%, 체장(體長) 104%, 흉심(胸心) 44%, 흉폭(胸幅) 31%, 요각폭(腰角幅) 23%, 흉위(胸圍) 135%, 전관위(前管圍) 15%였다. 재래산양(在來山羊)은 8개월령(個月齡)에서 십자부고(十字部高) 106%, 체장(體長) 109%, 흉심(胸深) 46%, 흉위(胸圍) 122%로서 면양(緬羊)보다 십자부고(十字部高), 체장(體長)과 흉심(胸心)의 비율(比率)이 높았으나 흉위(胸圍)의 비율(比率)은 낮았다. 5) 도체성적(屠體成績)에서 면양(緬羊)은 도체율(屠體率)은 $47.52{\pm}2.27%$, 골격비율(骨格比率) $9.75{\pm}1.49%$, 두골비율(頭骨比率) $2.68{\pm}0.42%$, 피모비율(皮毛比率) $20.95{\pm}2.14%$였으며, 재래산양(在來山羊)에서는 도체율(屠體率) $45.58{\pm}5.63%$, 정육율(精肉率) $27.62{\pm}3.81%$, 내장비율(內臟比率) $34.86{\pm}4.16%$, 골격(骨格), 두골(頭骨), 피모비율(皮毛比率)이 각각(各各) $11.66{\pm}1.86%$, $3.63{\pm}1.61%$, $9.26{\pm}2.41%$이었다. 6) 한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)을 방목사사(放牧舍飼)할 경우 생산(生産)되는 도육(屠肉)의 수분(水分), 조단백(粗蛋白), 조지방(粗脂肪), 조회분(粗灰分) 함량(含量)은 근사(近似)한 차이(差異)를 나타내었다. 또한 방목(放牧) 및 사사(舍飼)한 면양도육(緬羊屠肉)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果) 방목구(放牧區)는 사사구(舍飼區)에 비하여 수분(水分) 및 단백질함량(蛋白質含量)이 높고 지방함량(脂肪含量)은 감소(減少)하였다. 7) 각(各) 내장(內臟)의 중량(重量)은 면양(緬羊)과 재래산양(在來山羊)이 비교적(比較的) 유사(類似)한 변화(變化) 경향(傾向)을 보였는데 간장(肝臟), 심장(心臟), 신장(腎臟), 비장(脾臟)은 비교군간(比較群間)에 유의성(有意性)이 인정(認定)되

        간척지(干拓地) 초지조성(草地造成)을 위(爲)한 도입호주품종(導入濠州品種)의 적응성(適應性) 조사(調査)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(제(第)II보(報))

        본(木) 시험(試驗)은 서해안지대(西海岸地帶)의 간척지(干拓地) 주변(周邊)에 초지(草地)를 조성(造成) 할 수 있는 목초(牧草) 선발(選拔)코저 Strawberry clover, Alfalfa, Meadow grass, Kikulyu grass 및 Pearl millet의 적응성(適應性) 시험(試驗)을 실시(實施)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 간척지(干拓地)의 염도(鹽度)가 0.4%인 토양(土壤)에서는 종자(種子)의 발아(發芽)가 되지 않았다. 2. 염도(鹽度) 0.2%의 간척지(干拓地)에서는 공시목초(供試牧草)의 생육(生育)이 가능(可能)하였으나 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)해서 Strawberry clover와 Alfalfa는 초장(草長)이 현저하게 적었다. 3 분얼수(分蘖數)와 수량(收量)도 Strawberry clover, Alfalfa는 적었으나 Kikuyu grass와 Pearl millet는 간척지(干拓地)에서도 비교적(比較的) 좋은 성적(成積)을 얻었다. 4. Meadow grass는 초장(草長)이 짧은 관계(關係)로 수량(收量)은 크게 기대할 수 없으나 분얼(分蘖)이 잘되므로 간척지제방(干拓地堤防)등에 토양유실방지용(土懷流失防止用)으로 효과(效果)가 있을 것으로 본다. 5. Kikuyu grass는 호주(濠州)와 열대지방(熱帶地方)에서는 다년생(多年生) 목초(牧草)이지만 우리나라에서는 월동이 불가능(不可能)하므로 Pearl millet와 같이 청예용(靑刈用), lage 및 건초용(乾草用)으로 간척지(干拓地)에서 재배이용(栽培利用)하는 방법(方法)이 기대된다. 6. 앞으로 본(本) 시험(試驗)에서 계속(繼續)하여 시험재배(試驗栽培)되어야 할 작물(作物)은 호주(濠州)의 사해안(四海岸)에서 시험재배(試驗栽培)에 성공(成功)한 Salt water couch (Sporobolus virignicus), Seashore Paspalum (Paspalum Vaginatum), Paccinellia sp., Couch grass, Wimmera ryegrass, Puccinella, Salt bush, Blue bush, Samphires (Arthrame num spp. ) 등으로 본다. To select some salt tolerant pasture species for grassland establishment on the west coastal saline land in Korea, this work was carried out from March to October in 1976 with 5 pasture seeds mainly were introduced from Australia. On the soil salt content was 0.4%, all seeds germination were failure, but all species were survived on the 0.2% salt content land. The yield of forage were much better from Kikuyu grass and Pearl millet but poor from other species. The Meadow grass could be used for protect soil erosion by lot of tillers. By the result from this experiment, only Kikuyu grass and Pearl millet were possible to use for forage crops. But to continue this work, it is suggested to introduced more effective species such like Saltwater couch, Saltshore ryegrass, Puccinella, Salt bush, Blue buch, Samphire and so on.

        닭의 에너지 대사(代謝)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        한국(韓國)에서 사육(飼育)되고 있는 닭의 육용종(肉用種) Hubbard bro.와 Cobb 및 난용종(卵用種) Hy line 그리고 우리나라에서 육종(育種)된 한협(韓協)325호(號)의 병아리를 공시동물(供試動物)로 하고 개방식중량측정형(開放式重量測定型) 호흡시험장치(呼吸試驗裝置)를 사용(使用)하여 에너지대사량(代謝量)을 측정(測定)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 병아리를 9 주령(週齡)까지 cage에서 사육(飼育)한 1수당(首當) 평균(平均) 체중(體重)은 Hubbard bro.가 2570.7g이고 Hy line은 776.9g였으며 한협(韓協)325호(號)는 748g 이었다. 2. 주별(週別) 1 수당(首當) 사료섭취양모(飼料攝取量)은 3주령(週齡)에서 Hubbard bro. 가 54.6g으로 Hy line의 26.7g에 약(約) 2배(倍)였으며, 8령(週齡)에서는 151.1g과 57.2g 으로 약(約) 3배(倍) 정도(程度)였다. 음수량(飮水量)은 5주령(週齡)에서 Hubbard bro.가 1일(日) 평균(平均) $226m{\ell}$, Hy line 이 $58m{\ell}$, 8주령(週齡)에서는 $282m{\ell}$와 $70m{\ell}$였다. 3. 분(糞)의 배설량(排泄量)은 4주(週)와 8주령(週齡)에서 완전건조상태(完全乾燥狀態)로 1일(日) 1수당(首當) Hubbard bro.가 18.7g과 41.5g이었고 Hy line은 6.1g과 10.0g이었다. 4. 에너지 섭취량(攝取量)과 배설량(排泄量)은 3, 5, 8주령(週齡)에서 사료섭취(飼料攝取)에너지와 분(糞)의 배설(排泄)에너지를 측정(測定)하여 대사(代謝)에너지를 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) Hubbard bro. 는 75.4~77.1%였고 Hy line은 75.0~83.5%로 난용종(卵用種)의 사료이용율(飼料利用率)이 높았다. 5. 병아리의 호흡상(呼吸商)은 육용종(肉用種)이나 난용종간(卵用種間)에 차이(差異)를 인정(認定)할 수 없었으며 0.78에서 0.97사이였는데 사료섭취량(飼料攝取量)이 적으며 0.78로 떨어졌으며 많아짐에 따라 0.97로 증가(增加)하였다. 6. 대사체중(代謝體重)에 대한 에너지의 발생량(發生量)은 83.1~123.1Kcal로서 24시간(時間)동안 사료(飼料)의 섭취(攝取)를 거의 하지 않은 상태(狀態)에서는 83.4Kcal로 기초대사량(基礎代謝量)에 근사(近似)하였고 동물상내(動物箱內)의 온도(溫度)가 $27{\sim}34^{\circ}C$로 높을 때에는 123.1Kcal로 증가(增加)하는 현상(現像)을 나타냈다. An energy metabolism study was conducted with two commercial strains of meat-type chickens, Hubbard and Cobb, and two egg strains, Hy Line and Korean-bred Hanhyup 325. The heat production of growing chickens from each strain were measured by the use of an open-circuit gravimetric respiration calorimeter. The data obtained from this study were summarized as fallows. 1. The average body weight of 9-wk-old Hubbard broilers reared in battery cages was 2,570g/bird. The average body weights of 9-wk-old Hy Line chicks and Hanhyup 325 were 777 and 748g/bird, respectively. 2. At 3 weeks of age, the Hubbard broiler chicks consumed two times the feed consumed by Hy Line chicks (54.6g VS. 26.7g/bird/day). These values increased to 151g and 57.2g/bird/day, respectively, at 8 weeks of age, indicating that the difference in feed intake between meat and egg-type chicks tends to increase as they grow older. In terms of water consumption, the 5-wk-old Hubbard broiler chicks drank $226m{\ell}/bird/day$ as compared with $58m{\ell}$ by Hy Line chicks. These values increased to 282 and $70m{\ell}$, respectively, at 8 weeks of age. 3. The excreta outputs of Hubbard broilers and Hy Line chicks were 18.7 and 6.1g DM/bird/day at 4 weeks of age, and 41.5 and 10.0g DM/bird/day at 8 weeks of age, respectively. 4. The energy metabolizability of broiler chicks were 75.4~77.1% compared to 75.0~83.5% by egg-type chicks. 5. The respiratory quotient (RQ) was between 0.78 and 0.97. There seems to be no difference in RQ between meat and egg-type chicks. The RQ tended to decrease when feed intake was low and vice versa. 6. Both meat and egg-type chicks produced $83.1{\sim}123.1Kcal/kg^{\frac{3}{4}}B.W./day$. The considerably low value of $83Kcal/kg^{\frac{3}{4}}B.W./day$ was obtained when the chicks were off the feed under the stressful conditions. The high value of 123.1Kcal was obtained when the chicken chamber temperature rose to $27{\sim}34^{\circ}C$.

        간척지(干拓地) 초지조성(草地造成)을 위(爲)한 도입호주품종(導入濠洲品種)의 적응성(適應性) 조사(調査)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (제(第)1보(報))

        이 시험(試驗)은 간척지(干拓地) 초지조성(草地造成)을 위(爲)해서 내염성(耐鹽性)이 강(强) 목초(牧草)의 품종(品種)을 선택(選擇)코져 1975년(年) 5월(月)부터 1976년(年) 3월(月)까지 호주(濠洲)에서 도입(導入)한 몇가지 품종(品種)을 우리나라 해안지대(海岸地帶)에서 재배(栽培)하여 적응성(適應性)을 조사(調査)한 것이며 그 성적(成績)을 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 공시품종(供試品種)의 발아시험(發芽試驗)에 있어서 0.5% 염분함량(鹽分含量)에서는 발아(發芽)에 지장(支障)이 없었으나 1%의 염분함량(鹽分含量)에서는 발아일수(發芽日數)가 연장(延長)되었고 발아율(發芽率)도 떨어졌다. 2. 간척지(干拓地) 재배(栽培)의 결과(結果)는 0.5% 염분함량(鹽分含量)에서 전연(全然) 생육(生育)이 안되었고 0.05% 염분함량(鹽分含量)에서도 생육(生育)에 지장(支障)이 많았다. 이러한 결과(結果)는 간척지(干拓地)의 Mg. K ion 등(等)이 상호작용(相乘作用)을 하는 것 같다. 3. 청예수량(靑刈收量)은 무염구(無鹽區)에 비(比)해서 0.05% 염분함량구(鹽分含量區)가 대단(大端)히 떨어지는데 Kikuyu는 30%, Strawberry clover는 60%, Reed canary는 68%, Orchard grass는 86%가 감소(減少)되었다. 4. Kikuyu는 우리나라에서 전연(全然) 월동(越冬)이 불가능(不可能)하며 기타(其他) 품종(品種)은 월동(越冬)에 지장(支障)이 없다. 5. 우리나라 간척지대(干拓地帶)의 야초중(野草中)에서 0.5% 염분함량(鹽分含量)에서도 생육(生育)이 되는 갯겨이삭이 있으며 화본료사료(禾本料飼料)로서 성분(成分)도 우수(優秀)하다고 생각(生覺)되나 생육기간(生育期間)이 5월중순(月中句)부터 9월중순(月中句)까지 4개월간(個月間)이므로 크게 기대(期待)할수 없다. 6. 내염성(耐鹽性)이 강(强)한 목초(牧草)를 선택(選擇)하여 간척지(干拓地) 초지(草地) 조성(造成)을 하기 위해서는 Saltgrass, Saltbush, Shad Scale과 같은 것이나 기타 몇가지 품종(品種)을 계속(繼續) 도입(導入)하여 더욱 연구(硏究)할 필요(必要)가 있다고 생각(生覺)된다. This experiment was studies for grassland establishment on west coastal saline land in Korea from May 1975 to March 1976 and used seeds were introduced from Australia. The results of adaptability were summarized as follow. 1. The seeds germination percentage was not influence in 0.5% salt included, but delayed days in 1% salt included and decreased germination percentage. 2. Any experimental grasses species were not growth on the 0.5% salt included soil and also growth was much damaged on the 0.05% salt included soil. It was suggested that $Mg^+$, $K^+$ ions involved with $Na^+$ ion. 3. The yield of grasses were much decreased on 0.05% salt included soil which compared control group. The yield rate of decrease were 30% in kikuyu, 60% in strawberry clover, 63% in reed canarry and 89% in orchard grass. 4. For winter-hardness test, nearly all the species well overwintered but except kikyu. 5. One of salt tolerance native grass (Agrostis distans crieseb var coreensis, Hackel) was discovered in saline area, and it was growth from middle of May to Middle of September. Also it was known that the native grass was good feed stuff but it was not so long in growth life. 6. It was concluded that more experimental work must be carried out to select of salt tolerance grass for grassland establishment on saline by introduce some more species such like saltgrass, saltbush, shadsclae from foreign land.

      • 한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 사양개선(飼養改善)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 제일위((第一胃)에서의 영양소(營養素) 흡수(吸收)에 대(對)하여 -

        식량(食糧)으로서 단백질자원(蛋白質資源)의 개발문제(開發問題)는 동남(東南)아시아에 있어서 특(特)히 중요(重要)하며 한국(韓國)에 있어서도 섭취량(攝取量)이 부족(不足)한 현상(現狀)이다. 이 문제(問題)를 개선(改善)하는 방법으로 특(特)히 영양가(營養價)가 높은 동물성(動物性) 단백질(蛋白質)의 증산(增産)을 목적(目的)으로 한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 사육(飼育)에 관(關)해서 연구(硏究)를 행하였다. 이 실험(實驗)은 우선 한국고유(韓國固有)의 재래산양(在來山羊)을 육자원(肉資源)으로 개발(開發)할 가치(價値)가 있는가를 확인(確認)하기 위해서 소형(小型) 제(第)1위법(胃法)으로 탄수화물(炭水化物)과 휘발성지방산(揮發性脂肪酸)의 흡수(吸收)를 실험(實驗)하였고 한편 in vivo법(法)에 의해서 제(第)1위(胃)의 아미노산 흡수(吸收)에 관해서 실험(實驗)을 했다. 이와 같은 실험(實驗) 결과(結果)에서 한국재래산양(韓國在來山羊)의 사육(飼育) 개선(改善)에 관해서 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 소형(小型) 제(第)1위법(胃法)에 의해서 재래산양(在來山羊)의 영양흡수(營養吸收)에 관하여 실험(實驗)한 결과(結果)는 영양소(營養素)를 주입(注入) 한 후 0.5, 1, 2시간(時間)의 간격(間隔)으로 측정(測定)한 V F A의 흡수율(吸收率)이 푸로피온산 70~86%, 초산 74~87%, 낙산 76~89%였다. 유기물(有機物)의 흡수율(吸收率)은 0.5%의 에칠 알콜이 29~89%였으며, 0.1M의 젖산이 12~27% 흡수(吸收)되었다. 2. 제(第)1위내(胃內)에 유리(遊離) L형(型) 아미노산을 투여(投與)하고 그 흡수(吸收)를 측정(測定)한 결과(結果)는 제(第)1위(胃) 정맥(靜脈)의 아미노산 함량(含量)에 있어서 전요(全要)아미노산구(區)에 비하여 메치오닌 결핍구(缺乏區)의 흡수율(吸收率)이 적었고 메치오닌 3배구(倍區)와 요소첨가구(尿素添加區)의 아미노산 흡수율(吸收率)이 높고 특(特)히 메치오닌을 결핍(缺乏)시켜도 점막층(粘膜層)의 함량(含量)에는 변화(變化)가 없었다. 3. 제(第)1위내(胃內)에 근육층(筋肉層)의 아미노산 흡수(吸收)도 점막(粘膜)과 같은 경향(傾向)을 보였으며 메치오닌 결핍(缺乏)에 의한 영향은 없고, 메치오닌을 3배(倍)로 첨가(添加)하면 전요(全要)아미노산구(區)에 비(比)하여 메치오닌과 글루타민의 함량이 147.44배(倍) 이상으로 증가(增加)되며 또 요소첨가구(尿素添加區)는 글루타민, 프롤린, 발린의 흡수율(吸收率)이 증가(增加)되었다. 4. 제(第)1위(胃) 정맥혈장(靜脈血漿) 중의 아미노산 농도(濃度)는 제(第)1위(胃) 점막(粘膜) 중이나 근육(筋肉) 중에서 보다 일반적(一般的)으로 낮으며 메치오닌의 결핍(缺乏)에 의해서 아미노산의 흡수율(吸收率)이 저하(低下)되고 메치오닌 3배구(倍區)나 요소첨가구(尿素添加區)는 아미노산 흡수(吸收)를 증가(增加)시키는 등 아미노산 조성분(組成分)에 따라서 그 흡수상태(吸收狀態)에 변화가 생긴다. 5. 요소첨가구(尿素添加區)는 제(第)1위(胃) 근육층(筋肉層)의 암모니아태질소(態窒素)와 아미노태질소(態窒素) 및 요소(尿素)의 함량(含量)을 증가(增加)시켰다. 재래산양(在來山羊) 제(第)1위(胃)안을 완전(完全)하게 깨끗이 할 수 없으므로 남아있는 세균(細菌)을 조사(調査)하였으며 암모니아태질소(態窒素)의 변화(變化)는 이러한 조건(條件)의 영향을 받았다. 6. 아미노산의 흡수차(吸收差)에 의한 제(第)1위(胃) 조직(組織)의 변화(變化)를 일반(一般) 현미경(顯微鏡)과 형광(螢光) 현미경(顯微鏡)으로 관 Development of protein resources as food has been a big issue especially in Southeast Asia region, and intake of protein is also insufficient in Korea. To cope with this shortage of protein resources and its improvement together with increased production of high nutritive animal protein, studies were carried out on feeding of Korean native goats. In the experiments were made absorption of carbohydrate and volatile fatty acid in miniature rumen, and absorption of amino acid in rumen as in vivo were conducted as part of studies on nutritional absorption in rumen. Those nutritional for improvement of feeding and management as described above are summarized as following. 1. According to the result of test on the nutritional absorption of native goat by means of miniature rumen method, absorption ratio of VFA measured at 0.5, 1 and 2 hours after injection of nutrition showed propionic acid 70-86%, acetic acid 74-87%, and lactic acid 76-89%. In the absorption of organic substances, ethyl alcohol of 0.5% showed 29-87% and lactic acid of 0.1M showed 12-27% of absorption ratio. 2. Result of absorption measurement in rumen from L-type free amino acid injection in the content of rumen vein showed lower rate at menthionine-free group compared to whole-egg amino acid injection in the content of rumen vein showed lower rate at methioine-free group compared to whole-egg amino acid group, and high absorption ratio was observed at methionine 3 times group and urea added group. Deficiency of methionine caused no change of the content in mucous membranes. 3. Absorption of amino acid in rumen muscular layer showed equal tendency as in the mucous membrane without exerting any influence of methionine deficiency. At the methionine3-times group, content of methionine and glutamine were increased by 14.7 and 4.4 times as compared to whole-egg amino acid group, an absorption ratio of glutamine, proline and valine were increased at urea added group. 4. In general, concentration of amino acid in rumen vein plasma was lower than in rumen mucous membrane and muscular layer. Absorption ratio of amino acid is decreased due to methionine deficiency, and tripling of methionine or urea adding caused increment of amino acid. Absorption pattern is thus varied depending on the composition of amino acid. 5. At the urea added group, content of ammonia-N, amino-N and urea were increased in rumen muscular layer. As the inside of goat's rumen was unable to clean thoroughly, investigation was made on remaining bacteria, however, variation of ammonia-N was affected by these bacterial content. 6. Variation in rumen structure by differential absorption of amino acid was observed by general microscope and fluorescent microscope. According to the result of observation in the methionine 3 times group, single cylinder epithelium of mucous membrane showed rather thin, and it was thick at urea added group though no significant differences existed among test groups in submucous membrane and muscular layer.
