Objectives : This paper intends to examine the essence of Joseon's cultivation techniques as written in the vast encyclopedia Imwon-gyeongje-ji. Methods : Items related to cultivation techniques in the Imwon-gyeongje-ji were brought together and analyzed through various cases that match the theme and structure of this paper, focusing on the relationship of Body-Environment-Society Results & Conclusions : Based on the contents of the Imwon-gyeongje-ji, it could be said that Seo Yu-gu consistently attempted to secure and improve health, well-being, and welfare in all levels of an individual’s body, environment, and society while stating to have integrated Buddhist and Daoist methods based on Confucius cultivation. This thought is linked to the ideals of Zhongyong, one of the main scriptures of Confucianism, which could be summarized by the concept of the Heaven-Earth Cultivation. In specific, contents within the 16 treaties of the Imwon-gyeongje-ji such as the Boyang-ji, Inje-ji, Jeongjo-ji, Yewon-ji, Yiwun-ji, Yuye-ji, Yegyu-ji, etc., that could be categorized as personal, environmental and societal cultivation has great implications for people today in that it could lead us to an integrated path of cultivation through the inter-connection of body, environment, and society.

Objectives : In this paper, We pointed out medico-historical meaning of Hyang'yak Kugŭppang (鄕藥救急方, Medical Recipes of Local Botanicals for Emergency Use), a medical book of Koryŏ Dynasty, breaking from the existing analysis view based on Hyang'yak (鄕藥), local herbs produced in Korean Peninsula. Methods : For that purpose, we analyzed the clinical characteristics of the diseases and symptoms, strategies of treatment, therapeutic tools, drug formulations, composition of herbal formulas in Hyang'yak Kugŭppang. Results : The following characteristics were confirmed in Hyang'yak Kugŭppang. First, it contained a way to cope with the diseases and symptoms that do not have to check the exterior, interior, cold, and heat. Also, it introduced basic strategies such as reducing, facilitating flow, draining downward, warming, or tonifying, etc. It mainly included herbal medicine as the therapeutic tools, and introduced formulas composed by single herb than complex recipes. It suggested external applications more than internal use, and proposed formulations in the form of decoctions or powders, etc. The herbs of formulas were used by experience without explanations of nature & taste, efficacy of each herbs. Conclusions : Hyang'yak Kugŭppang is a book of medical recipes for emergency use that has been distributed to help gentries, even if they do not have professional medical knowledge, to instantly cope with diseases and symptoms with medicines that are easy to obtain. Previous researches has analyzed the value of Hyang'yak Kugŭppang as a collection of information of hyang'yak, and used it as a historical basis of the uniqueness of Korean medicine. Since Hyang'yak Kugŭppang is not a book specialized for herbs, but rather a clinical medical book that introduces recipes for specific symptoms of diseases, if we pay attention to the clinical characteristics of Hyang'yak Kugŭppang, it will provide an opportunity to describe Koryŏ or Korean medicine in a new way.
3D TCAD를 이용한 3-㎚ node 나노 플레이트 소자에서의 OFF-State Stress 분석

이 논문에서는 3-nm node 나노 플레이트 소자에서의 OFF-State Stress(OSS)의 물리적인 메커니즘과 이로 인한 소자의 열화 특성이 연구되었다. 트랜지스터의 기술 노드가 감소하면서 발생하는 Short Channel Effect(SCE)의 해결을 위해 Gate-All-Around(GAA) 나노 플레이트 소자가 나노 단위에서의 가능성이 있는 기술로 제시되었으나, 노드가 급격히 감소함에 따라 오프 상태에서의 스트레스로 인한 hot hole 주입 및 트랩된 전하의 영향이 심화 되어 소자의 특성 변화 및 누설 전류의 증가가 불가피하게 되었다. 이에 따라 TCAD를 활용하여 나노 플레이트 소자에서의 OSS에 대한 열화 특성 분석을 진행하고 Ultra-scaled NPFET에서의 OSS로 인한 열화 분석의 중요성을 제시한다. In this paper, the physical mechanism and characteristics of OFF-State Sress(OSS) in 3-nm NPFET have been investigated. Gate-All-Around (GAA) Nanoplate(NP) devices have been proposed as potential candidates in nano-scale for the resolution of Short Channel Effect (SCE) with the reduction of transistor technology nodes. However, due to the influence of the hot hole injection and the trapped charge through OSS, it is inevitable to change the characteristics of the device and increase the leakage current. Thus, the analysis of OSS in nanoplate devices was carried out using TCAD simulation. and the importance of OSS-degradation analysis in ultra-scaled NPFETs is also presented.
