ZnO:Al(AZO) films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering on glass substrate and textured by post-deposition chemical etching were applied as front contact and back reflectors for ${\mu}c$-Si:H thin film solar cells. For the front transparent electrode contact, AZO films were prepared at various working pressures and substrate temperature and then were chemically etched in diluted HCl(1%). The front AZO films deposited at low working pressure(1 mTorr) and low temperature ($240^{\circ}C$) exhibited uniform and high transmittance ($\geq$80%) and excellent electrical properties. The solar cells were optimized in terms of optical and electrical properties to demonstrate a high short-circuit current.

Diagnosing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is challenging for several reasons: a lack of training in trauma assessment for most clinicians, underreporting and avoidance by patients, the overlapping of symptoms, and a high comorbidity with other mental disorders. Thus, a careful evaluation and differential diagnosis are essential for the treatment and management of this population. A concept of posttraumatic reaction in people with narcissistic vulnerability, called Trauma-Associated Narcissistic Symptoms (TANS) had appeared in the literature; this has not been, however, systemically investigated. This study examines three cases of TANS that developed after traumatic events such as traffic accidents and physical assault. TANS may mimic PTSD and can show similar features; however, a careful attention to the context and meaning of symptoms can help the clinicians in differentiating TANS from PTSD. Clinicians working with trauma and compensation evaluators should be on alert for this easily overlooked condition.
화염 납착법과 전기 납착법에 의한 금합금 주조체의 변위 양상에 관한 계측학적 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the displacements of cast framework by torch soldering and electric soldering techniques. Specimen had two cylinders and connecting bar that had sectioned with 0.3mm gap at mid point. 10 of total specimens were divided into two groups. In torch soldered group, soldering investment block was made and conventional torch solder-ing procedure was carried out. In electric soldered group, electric soldering was carried out on the master cast without soldering investment block by using electric soldering machine(Dentapunkt DP 7, Kulzer, Germany) After soldering procedure, three dimensional coordinates of two centroids of each cylinder were measured by three dimensional coordinate measuring machine. The intercentroidal displacement and global displacement were calculated and then, these values were compared and evaluated. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Intercentroidal distances of specimens decreased after both soldering procedures, and the decrease in intercentroidal distance was greater for torch soldered group than for electric soldered group 2. Global displacements of torch soldered group were greater than those of electric soldered group.
전산화단층촬영장비 테이블의 에어 매트리스 적용에 따른 화질평가

전산화단층촬영장비 테이블로 인한 화질 저하의 경감을 위하여 개발한 에어 매트리스(Air mattress)의 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 5, 10 cm 두께의 에어 매트리스(Air mattress)를 개발하여 적용 유무와 두께에 따른 AAPM 팬텀을 스캔한 영상을 통하여 화질을 측정하였으며 일원배치 분산분석으로 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. AAPM 팬텀을 표준 방식으로 스캔한 영상과 비교했을 때 에어 매트리스를 적용한 영상은 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 에어 매트리스를 적용하지 않았을 때의 영상은 CT Number와 균일도가 낮아지고 노이즈가 높게 나타났으며 공간분해능이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 에어 매트리스는 진단 영상에 아무런 해가 없을 뿐만 아니라, 화질을 높이는 데에 매우 효과적이며 최신, 고가 장비에 적용되는 기술을 이용하지 않고도 기존의 장비에 단순히 에어 매트리스를 적용함으로써 화질을 증가시킬 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of the developed air mattress for reducing the deterioration of image quality due to the scattered radiation generated on the computed tomography equipment table. 5 cm and 10 cm thick air mattresses were developed and the image quality was measured by scanning the AAPM phantom according to thickness and thickness. Statistical significance was confirmed by One Way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) Compared with the AAPM phantom scanned in the standard method, the image with the air mattress did not show any difference, but when the air mattress was not applied, the CT number and uniformity were low and the noise was high, and the spatial resolution Respectively. The developed air mattress has no harmful effect on the diagnostic image, it is very effective in improving the image quality and can increase the CT image quality by simply applying Air Mattress to existing equipment without using the technology applied to the latest and high-cost equipment.

The silicon thin film solar cells were fabricated by 13.56 MHz PECVD (Plasma-Enhanced Chemical-Vapor Deposition) and 60 MHz VHF PECVD (Very High-Frequency Plasma-Enhanced Chemical-Vapor Deposition). We focus on textured ZnO:Al films prepared by RF sputtering and post deposition wet chemical etching and studied the surface morphology and optical properties. These films were optimized the light scattering properties of the textured ZnO:Al after wet chemical etching. Finally, the textured ZnO:Al films were successfully applied as substrates for silicon thin films solar cells. The efficiency of tandem solar cells with 0.25 cm² area was 11.8% under 100mW/cm² light intensity. The electrical properties of tandem solar cells were measured with solar simulator (AM 1.5, 100 mW/cm²) and spectral response measurements.

본 연구는 기업지배구조에 따라 파생상품사용확률과 사용정도로 나타나는 기업의 헤징정책이 변화할 것이며, 이러한 기업지배구조의 영향은 외부대주주의 존재에 따라 달라질 것이라는 가정 하에 실증분석을 실시하였다. 표본기간은 2002년부터 2007년까지이며 비금융업 12월 결산법인으로 상장기업을 대상으로 토빗분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 대주주지분율과 파생상품사용정도 간의 관계는 지분이 낮은 수준에서는 정(+)의 관계가, 지분이 높은 수준에서는 부(-)의 관계가 나타나는 역U자형의 관계임이 확인되었다. 이는 대주주지분이 낮은 수준에서는 위험회피성향이 높음을, 대주주지분이 높은 수준에서는 위험회피성향이 낮음을 의미한다. 둘째, 공정가액을 기준으로 할 경우, 국내외부대주주 지분이 증가할수록 파생상품사용은 부(-)의 관계가 나타났으며, 계약가액을 기준으로할 경우, 외국인 외부대주주 지분과 파생상품사용 간에 부(-)의 관계가 나타났다. 이는 국내외 외부대주주가 존재할 경우 위험수용 수준을 극대화하려는 경향이 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기업지배 구조와 파생상품사용으로 대표되는 기업의 헤징정책간 관계를 파악하였으며 파생상품사용에 있어 대주주와 외부대주주간 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. Under the assumption that firms` foreign currency derivative usage depends on corporate governance and outside blockholders, this paper examines the impact of corporate governance on foreign currency derivative usage. Using non-financial Korean firms from 2002 to 2007, the results showed that there exists inverted U-shape relationship between major shareholders ownership and foreign currency derivative usage. This shows that when major shareholders ownership is low, major shareholders want to decrease risk, but when it`s high, major shareholders want to increase risk. Second, there are negative relationship between domestic blockholders ownership and derivative usage. This relationship also holds when foreign blockholders ownership was used. This showed that domestic as well as foreign blockholders want to use derivatives to maximize profits. Third, the significance of the relationship between blockholders ownership and derivative usage was different if fair market value or contract value was used as derivative usage. This paper finds that there exists different purpose of foreign derivative usage between major shareholders and blockholders, domestic and foreign blockholders have same perspectives on derivative usage.
