골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일, 라포형성행동, 운동몰입 및 고객충성도 간의 관계 : 골프지도자의 등급에 따른 조절효과

[목적] 본 연구는 골프지도자와 고객 간의 커뮤니케이션 스타일, 신뢰, 라포형성행동 및 운동몰입 간의 관계를 규 명하는 것에 있다. 또한, 이러한 과정에서 골프지도자의 등급에 따른 조절효과를 검증하여 세부적인 정보를 창출 시키는데 의미를 두어 수행하였다. [방법] 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 189명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 통계 적 분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. [결과] 첫째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 라포형성행동에 정(+)의 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 라포형성행동 은 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 라포형성행동은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향 을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 운동몰입은 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱 째, 경로 간에 있어 골프지도자에 등급에 따른 조절효과는 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to define the influence of the golf instructor's communication style on rapport-building behaviors, exercise immersion and customer loyalty, and to verify the moderation effect according to the golf instructor's grades. [Method] To that end, 189 were selected as subjects using the convenient sampling. The data was analyzed to obtain the following results. [Result] First, in the influence of the golf instructor's communication style had a effects on the rapport-building behaviors. Second, in the influence of golf instructor's communication style had not effects on exercise immersion. Third, in the influence of the golf instructor's communication style had not effect on customer loyalty. Fourth, in the influence of the golf instructor's rapport-building behaviors had not effect on exercise immersion. Fifth. in the influence of the golf instructor's rapport- building behaviors had not effcet on customer loyalty. Sixth, in the influence of the golf instructor's exercise immersion had a effect on customer loyalty. Lastly, in the influence of the golf instructor's communication style on rapport-building behaviors, exercise immersion, and customer loyalty, in the moderating effect according to the golf instructor's grades, the golf instructor's grade (Tour Pro/Pro) showed a difference in influence, and there was also a difference in the influence of exercise immersion on customer loyalty.

기업구조조정의 현안과 전망

The paper discusses conceptual underpinnings and policy challenges for corporate restructuring, which has been carried out in the wake of Korea’s recent financial crisis. Despite the fact that corporate restructuring is essentially a micro finane problem to be resolved by the concerned corporations, the paper argues that government's catalytic role is more than justifiable. This is so because the corporations’ structural weakness and prevalent moral hazard led to market failure in Korea and the significant share of chaebols in the Korean economy posed the issue as a vital public interest. Much progress has been achieved in the implementation of drastic corporate restructuring as part of the government' s major sectoral reform under the so called "5 plus 3” principles agreed to among the government, creditor banks, and corporations. Nevertheless, Korea must maintain the momentum for a successful closure on ongoing reform programs. Reform entails cost, but it should be taken as necessary investment to bring about a sustainable and equitable growth regime, which will help to avoid recurrence of crisis in the future. In this context, complacency and reform fatigue should be averted, and likewise, the reform principles must not be compromised by political or group interest.

An Experimental Investigation on Low-Velocity Impact Responses of Sandwich Panels with the Changes of Impact Location and the Wall Partition Angle of Honeycomb Core

This paper describes an experimental investigation on low-velocity impact responses and damage modes of sandwich composites due to the changes of impact loading location and wall partition angle of honeycomb core. The sandwich panels were composed of a glass/epoxy laminated facesheet and an aluminum honeycomb core. Square samples of 100mm by 100mm sides were subjected to a low-velocity impact load using an instrumented testing machine at three different energy levels. Impact parameters such as maximum force, time to maximum force, deflection at maximum force, and absorbed energy were evaluated and compared. Sandwich specimens were cut to analyze damage modes after impact. The experimental results showed that low-velocity impact responses and damage mechanism of sandwich panels were affected significantly by the changes of wall partition angle of honeycomb core, and the energy absorption capacity of sandwich panels with wall partition angle of 45o was improved by about 25%.

The purpose of this study is to propose the pertinent plan for crack through analyzing types, styles, periods, parts and features of crack for national concrete-related pursuers in domestic working site. And this is a basic study on control of crack which is presented to reinforced concrete structure. For these purposes, as we make check-list about each cause of crack and eliminate the cause of crack in first place in job site, we can make an effective method of control the crack as a whole.

Evaluation of Tension-Compression and Tension-Tension Fatigue Life of Woven Fabric Glass/Epoxy Laminate Composites used in Railway Vehicle

In this study, the fatigue characteristics and life of two types of woven fabric glass /epoxy laminate composites with WR580glass fiber for carbody structures and GEP224 glass fiber for bogie frames were evaluated and compared with those of conventional metallic materials. Additionally, the laminate composite for carbody structures was reinforced with carbon plies to investigate the improvement of fatigue life. A fatigue test was conducted for tension-tension and tension-compression load with a stress ratio, R of 0.1 and -1, and up to endurance limit of 107 with frequency of 5Hz. In tension-compression fatigue test, the anti-buckling jig was designed to prevent buckling of specimen induced by compressive load. The Goodman diagrams were introduced to evaluate the fatigue life of laminate composites. The test results showed that the fatigue life of the GEP224 woven fabric glass/epoxy laminate composite with the stacking sequence of warp direction had a good performance in comparison with that of SM490A used to existing metal bogie frame. Also, the fatigue performance of WR580 woven fabric glass/epoxy laminate composite with the reinforcement of woven fabric carbon /epoxy ply had shown a significant improvement than that of a bare specimen without reinforcement.

골프선수가 지각하는 부모의 교육관여가 선수의 자결성 동기 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

[목적] 본 연구는 골프 선수들이 지각하는 부모의 교육관여가 선수의 자결성 동기 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향력 을 규명하는 것에 목적이 있다. [방법] 한국(여자)프로골프협회를 비롯한 대학골프연맹에 소속된 선수 198명을 대 상으로 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 다중회귀분석 및 구조모형 검증을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 부모의 교육관여가 골프선수의 자결성 동기에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 교육관여가 골프선수의 운동지속에는 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프선수의 자결성 동기는 운동지속에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모의 교육관여가 골프선수의 자결성 동기와 운동지속에 구조적 관계에서는 부모의 교육관여가 운동지속에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 선수가 지각하는 부모의 교육관여는 선수의 자결성 동기와 운동지 속에 부분적으로 긍정적 효과가 있다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of parents 'educational involvement on the Self-determination and Continued exercise of Golf Player. [Method] The collected data(198) were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, multi regression analysis, structural equation model. [Result] Firstly, Parents' involvement in education has a significant effect on golf player self-determination. Secondly, Parental involvement has a significant effect on the continuation of the athlete's exercise. Thirdly, The self-determination of the golf player showed a slight influence on continue of exercise. Fourthly, Parent education involvement has a significant effect only on the continuation of the exercise in the structural relationship. [Conclusion] Therefore, the parents educational involvement is partially positve effect on self-determination and continued exercise
