An Extended Scalar Adaptive Filter for Mitigating Sudden Abnormal Signals of Guided Missile
임준규,박찬국 한국항공우주학회 2011 International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sc Vol.12 No.1
An extended scalar adaptive filter for guided missiles using a global positioning system receiver is presented. A conventional scalar adaptive filter is adequate filter for eliminating sudden abnormal jumping measurements. However, if missile or vehicle velocities have variation, the conventional filter cannot eliminate abnormal measurements. The proposed filter utilizes an acceleration term, which is an improvement not used in previous conventional scalar adaptive filters. The proposed filter continuously estimates noise measurement variance, velocity error variance and acceleration error variance. For estimating the three variances, an innovation method was used in combination with the least square method for the three variances. Results from the simulations indicated that the proposed filter exhibited better position accuracy than the conventional scalar adaptive filter.

Dengkwisoo-San has been applied to various conditions with congestions and extravasated blood in the Oriental Medicine. The effectiveness of Dangkwisoo-San on the repair of carbon tetrachloride ( CCl₄) induced-liver damage in Albino rats was biochemically and histologically studied. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Dangkwisoo-San had a reducing action of serum alkaline phosphatase, alpha-hydroxy-butyrate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, leucine aminopeptidase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyrubic transaminase activities of the rats pretreated with CCl₄. 2. Dangkwisoo-San had an action of increase in serum albumin and total protein without interference with serum globulin values of the rate pretreated with CCl₄. 3. Dangkwisoo-San appeared to promote restoration of the impaired functions following congestion, necrosis and fatty change of hepatic cells damaged by CCl₄injection, and the repair process was manifested by a slight increase in periodic acid Schiff positive substances it necrotic hepatocytes. 4. The effect of Dangkwisoo-San was observed biochemically and histologcally 48 hours after the administration of the preparation. 5. No clear-cut difference on the effect of Dangkwisoo-San was present between types (decoction or extract) and dosages of the preparation prescribed. In summary of the experimental results described above, Dangkwisoo-San appeared helpful for promoting repair of liver cell necrosis followed by congestion, and it was suggested that Dangkwisoo-San was effective on liver cell damage.
Satellite Fault Detection and Isolation Scheme with Modified Adaptive Fading EKF
임준규,박찬국 대한전기학회 2014 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.9 No.4
This paper presents a modified adaptive fading EKF (AFEKF) for sensor fault detectionand isolation in the satellite. Also, the fault detection and isolation (FDI) scheme is developed in threephases. In the first phase, the AFEKF is modified to increase sensor fault detection performance. Thesensor fault detection and sensor selection method are proposed. In the second phase, the IMM filerwith scalar penalty is designed to detect wherever actuator faults occur. In the third phase of the FDIscheme, the sub-IMM filter is designed to identify the fault type which is either the total or partialfault. An important feature of the proposed FDI scheme can decrease the number of filters fordetecting sensor fault. Also, the proposed scheme can classify fault detection and isolation as well asfault type identification.
