        서원 중정공간의 폐쇄성 분석

        This study deals with the degree of enclosure on the Court Space in 'Suh-Won' that has warious perceptual composition elements. 1. The size of Court Space in which we can read the complexion of others and easily understand every behavior of them is similar to that of the 'Madang' in the Korean traditional houses. 2. The angles of elevation are within the range of suitable enclosure as going from the center of the court Space to 'Kang-Dang' and the space -from the center of the Court Space to 'Kang-Dang'- is restricted and surrounded. It is also within the range of the least enclosure as going from the center of the Court Space to the 'Mun-Ru'. 3. The degrees of enclosure based on the horizontal angle are within the degree we can perceive the objects of structure easily. 4. The degree of enclosure based on the ratio D/H is increased as approaching from 'Mun-Ru' to 'Kang-Dang'. The distance as approaching from 'Mun-Ru' to 'Kang-Dang' is changed from social distance to personal distance. To conclude this the Court Space in 'Suh-Won' represents the hierarchical system with variety and the degree of enclosure and the size of space are within the range of human scale.

        The reconstruction of the suborbital area followed by resection of skin cancer has been used many methods including skin graft, local flaps, free flaps, and skin expansion. The radial forearm free flap has become a workhorse flap in this area because of its lack of bulk, ease of dissection, malleability, and hairlessness. When the suborbital defect especially including full-thickness defect of lower lid was reconstructed with many free flaps, the ectropion and the deformity of medial and lateral canthal area were common problems encountered as late complication due to gravitational descent. To improve the final aesthetic result in patients with suborbital defect, the radial forearm free flap was elevated as a composite radial forearm - palmaris longus free flap, in which the vascularized palmaris longus london was included and anchored to the periorbital bone with $mitek^{(R)}$ as sling, to suspend the flap against gravity and inferior descent, and thereby creating a more natural cheek contour. Two clinical cases were presented as an example of this procedure. Postoperative results emphasize the importance of suspension sling with palmaris longus tendon using $mitek^{(R)}$ in reconstruction of the suborbital defect with radial forearm free flap.

        일천궁에 발생하는 오이모자이크바이러스의 현장 검출을 위한 Lateral Flow Reverse Transcription Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (LF-RT-RPA) 개발

        Background: Quality and quantity of Cheongung (Cnidium officinale Makinoi) is reduced by plant viral infections. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective detection methods for diagnosis of problematic viruses in Cheongung farms. This study aimed to develop lateral flow reverse transcription recombinase polymerase amplification (LF-RT-RPA) assay for the detection of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) in C. officinale. Methods and Results: Total RNA was extracted from CMV-infected Cheongung plant and subjected to RT-RPA reaction with RPA_CMV-CP-F1/R1 primers targeting the CMV RNA3 sequence. When specificity was examined using lateral flow Immunostrip, experimental and control lines were generated only in the sample from the CMV-infected plant, while control lines were observed in samples from cnidium vein yellowing virus-1, cnidium vein yellowing virus-2, and apple stem grooving virus-infected Cheongung plants. The optimal temperature and reaction time for LF-RT-RPA assay were determined to be 37℃ and 15 min. On-site diagnosis carried out to detect CMV in 7 Cheongung plants showing viral-infection symptoms, confirmed six of the plants infected with CMV. Conclusion: CMV, one of the prevalent plant viruses, was effectively detected using LF-RT-RPA assay without the need of any equipment on farms. Detection limit for CMV in C. officinale Makinoi was up to 100 fg of total RNA, suggesting that the LF-RT-RPA assay developed in this study is suitable for on-site detection of CMV in Cheongung farms.

        Fabrication of Micro/Nanostructures is come into the spotlight because of its potential at healthcare, electronic device and military related applications. However, existing fabrication processes contains limits in terms of rapid prototyping, due to its complicate manufacturing process, difficulties in achieving complex structure and limit of available materials. Herein, we developed novel nanoscale 3D printing system by integrating nanoparticle deposition system and focused ion beam.

        비오톱의 자연체험 및 휴양가치 평가모형 개발과 적용

        본 연구는 지구단위 차원에서 자연체험 및 휴양 가치를 평가하기 위해 객관적인 평가지표를 도출하고, 이를 토대로 체계적인 평가모형을 설정하는데 가장 큰 목적을 두었다. 우선 문헌분석 결과, 자연체험 및 휴양가치 평가를 위한 평가지표 들로는 층위구조, 포장율, 헤메로비(hemeroby) 등 총 10개의 항목이 도출되었다. 또한, 전문가 설문분석 결과, 평가지표 항목 모두가 4.4 이상으로 높은 중요도 평균값을 나타내었다. 특히 헤메로비 및 독특한 경관요소 항목은 5.8 이상으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 더불어 평가지표들을 특성별로 유형화하기 위해 요인분석을 수행한 결과, '경관구조 및 자연체험 질', '일반적 이용성', '미 시각 질' 등 총 3개의 요인으로 구분되었다. 이상과 같은 설문분석 결과를 토대로 각 요인별 가중치를 산정한 결과, '미 시각 질' 요인이 3.510으로 가장 높은 값을 보였으며, 이에 반해 '경관구조 및 자연체험 질' 요인은 3.035으로 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 이들 결과를 종합적으로 분석하여 체계적인 가치평가 모형을 설정하였다. 또한, 도출된 평가모형의 타당성을 검증해 보기 위해 실 사례지를 선정하여 적용하였다. 우선 사례지의 비오톱 유형분류 결과, 비오톱 유형군은 유수지 비오톱 등 총 13개로 분류되었으며, 이에 귀속되는 비오톱 유형은 총 61개로 구분되었다. 마지막으로 기 설정된 평가모형을 적용한 비오톱 가치평가 결과, I 등급으로는 식생이 풍부한 자연형 하천, 산림과 접해 있는 소규모 수림 등 총 16개 유형으로 나타났다. 반면 II 등급은 9개 유형, III 등급은 8개 유형, IV 등급은 8개 유형, 가치가 매우 낮은 V 등급은 19개 유형으로 분석되었다. The main focus of this research is the establishment of a systemic evaluation model based on objective evaluation indices, which are drawn to assess the experiencing of nature and recreational value at the level of the district unit. First of all, as a result of a literature review, a total of 10 indices can be drawn including vegetation structure, pavement rate, and hemeroby to evaluate an assessment of natural experiences and recreational value. Also, as a result of expert survey analysis, all evaluation index items were above 4.4, which is a high importance average. Hemeroby and unique landscape factor items in particular were above 5.8, which is very high. In addition, as a result of implementing a factor analysis to classify evaluation indices according to characteristics, three factors arise: 'landscape structure and quality of natural experience', 'typical availability', and 'quality of aesthetic and visual sense.' Based on the above survey analysis results, the 'quality of aesthetic and visual sense' was the highest, at 3.510. The classification 'landscape structure and quality of natural experience' was the lowest, at 3.035. A systemic value evaluation model was established by comprehensively analyzing these results. To verify the validity of the evaluation model drawn, real sites are selected and applied. First of all, as a result of a biotope types classification of sites, biotope type groups are classified into a total of 13 including the stream biotope while its subordinate biotope types are classified into a total of 61 groups. Lastly, as a result of biotope value evaluation, which was a previously established evaluation model, there are a total of 16 types including vegetation-abundant natural rivers and small-scale woodlands near forests in grade I. There are 9 types in grade II, 8 in grade III, 8 in grade IV, 19 in the least-valuable grade V.

        종과 비오톱 보전을 위한 가치평가 모형 개발 및 적용

        This research This research aims at developing systemic evaluation model in terms of biotope preservation through reports, literatures, and expert survey analysis by implementing biotope structure analysis in area level with selecting Hyunpoong and Yuga-myeon, Dalseong county, Daegu metropolitan city as a site. First of all, as a result of biotope type classification of research site, biotope type groups are classified into total 13, and its biotope types are divided into total 61. Also, as a result of literature analysis, total 18 items are drawn such as diversity of biotope typical species as a index item to assess the preservation value of biotope, and the first evaluation index are divided into 10 and the second ones are divided into 8 according to characteristic of index items. As a result of expert survey analysis, All 10 index items, first evaluation index, show high importance average (above 4.7). As a result of implementation of main cause for categorizing evaluation index by characteristic, there are 3 factors such as `obstructive factor.` Based on above survey analysis result, as a result of estimating the weight of each item, `restoration factor` showed the highest, 3.4541, but `factor of habitat stability` showed 3.1468, which is the lowest. The systemic value evaluation was set by comprehensively analyzing these results. As a result of biotope preservation value evaluation through applying research site, total 19 types which are abundant in vegetation are classified into I class, 12 types in Ⅱ class, 5 types in Ⅲ class, 10 types in Ⅳ class, and 15 types in V class respectively. Lastly, as a result of second evaluation, it is analyzed that there are 17 special meaningful space to preserve species and biotope(1a, 1b) and 61 meaningful space to preserve species (2a, 2b, 2c).
