        초등학교 스포츠강사제 운영에 대한 개선방안

        This Study was to perform in order to present an improvement plan regarding the sports instructor management system for homeroom teacher and head teacher of sports conducted in elementary schools. For achieving this purpose, total 212, head teacher of sports(71) and homeroom teacher(141), in nationwide elementary schools were selected as a subject. The results through the data analysis are drawn below. First of all, the qualification of sports instructor must have a certificate of secondary school teacher with the expertise of elementary physical education system. Second, through the expansion of a sports instructor system, the instruction must not only be focusing on the development of students' physique and physical strength with normal operation of physical education class, but sports instructors must take a leading role in the class session. Third, sports instructors must concentrate on guiding sports club and extracurricular activities with 18 hours per week.         This study has been analyzed and examined centering on the high and low of the stress level and the fatigue destruction movement of constructive carbon steel which is actual material. The result of the investigation is as follows. 1. The characteristics of destruction side has been different in accordance with the stress level. 2. Fracture surface under high stress is more uneven than there under low stress. 3. The crack forms at a certain time regardless of stress level. But the aspect of crack Propagation differs under different stress levels.

      • 수신 데이타의 버퍼 점유률을 이용한 적응클럭 복원

        In this paper we propose a new timing recovery method by means of utilizing service data filling rate instead of timing information of transmitter. A proposed algorithm controls the phase locked loop in the opposite direction ot data filling rate of FIFO in receiver, and it is based on the fact that average of cell jitters is zero. The proposed method is simple compared with timing information method of transmitter. It can be utilized for timing recovery in synchronous digital hierarchy as well as in plesiochronous digial hierarchy without common reference clocks in end-to-end erminals. We implement the interactive video communication system and test the proposed algorithm. As a result, we hav econfirmed that it yields good perfomrnces in terms of jitters characteristics and hardware complexity.

        DS3급 영상 통신을 위한 개선된 동기식 나머지 타임스탬프(SRTS) 알고리즘

        The end-to-end service clock recovery is a critical issue in providing constandt bit rate service through ATM network. The Synchronous Residual Time Stamp(SRTS) algorithm is used to recovery the source clock using time stamp of transmitter. In thispaper, we propose a Differential Residual Time Stamp (DRTS) transmission mechanism to effectively deliver the timing information of source clock in SRTS algorithm. The RTS transmission method simple in its hardware. From the results of field trial of DS3 rate interactive video communication system through B-ISDN testbed, it can be identified that DRTS method is superior to the RTS method.

      • 재료에 대한 파괴평가선도의 개발

        The construction of a fatigue failure assessment diagram was attempted. In the application of failure assessment diagram, it is essential to adapt the J-integral by using the two-parameter approach. The diagram has been validated by using ?? and ?? data calculated and obtained on the carbon steel for piping. Comparison is made with the modified failure assessment curve recently suggested by Harrison, Milne, etc. The Deformation Plasticity Failure Assessment Diagram approach is more convenient for quick assessment of the integrity of the cracked structures.

        유역 분할을 고려한 유출량 산정

        The purpose of this study is both the variation of hydrologic topographical informations extracted by using WMS and the quantitative effect of rainfalll-runoff simulation due to dividing watershed. Miho stream basin in Geum river was selected by this study. Watershed dividing method are determined by area, channel slope and channel length. Hydrological response of divided watershed using Clark method, SCS method and Snyder method was compared with actual measured flood hydrograph. As a results, area-based watershed dividing method are particularly suitable the hydrologic applications using SCS method. This study can be used as basic data for the phase of the runoff variation in Miho stream basin. 본 연구에서는 WMS를 이용하여 소유역 분할에 따른 수문지형정보의 변화와 강우-유출모의를 통한 효과적인 분할방법을 제공하는데 있다. 대상유역은 금강수계의 미호천 유역으로 선정하였으며 유역의 분할 방법은 유역면적, 하천경사, 하천연장에 대하여 분할하였다. 소유역 분할 방법에 대한 유역의 수문학적 적용은 Clark 단위도법, SCS 무차원단위도법, Snyder 단위도법으로 실제 관측수문곡선과 비교하였다. 적용결과 유역면적에 의해 5개의 소유역으로 분할할 경우에 SCS 단위도법이 가장 좋은 결과를 나타났으며, 본 연구는 미호천유역의 유출변동에 대한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

      • 疲路限度 變動에 관한 統計的 硏究

        The results of experimental review of the fatigue limit are summarized as follows : 1) Macro crack comporatiuely exists on the surface of necking phenomenon in fragment. 2) The mode finalfracture in view of micro-scopic observation is found out of characteristic of ductile Fracture. 3) In case of dynamic loads, the fatigue strength of original materials was high. 4) The fatigue process itself under alternating shear stress is not changed by residual stress, therefore, the effect of residual stress on fatigue can be regarded as that of mean stress.
