The purpose of our study was to examine the effects of dietitians` sanitation training performance on the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. We developed a questionnaire to measure the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees and the sanitation training performance of dietitians. The questionnaire was completed by 53 dietitians and 337 culinary employees working in food service in the Chungbuk Province. We found that the sanitation training performance of dietitians had a significant positive affect on the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. There was also a correlation between sanitation knowledge and the management practice level of culinary employees. We conclude that sanitation training performance by dietitians is an effective method of improving the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. Thus, we suggest strengthening the sanitation training programs given by dietitians to improve food hygiene and safety in the foodservice industry.
입체적 도시계획을 위한 무인비행장치 기반 3차원 실사 모델의 활용성 분석

본 연구는 도시개발사업의 진행을 위한 계획수립 과정에서 현행 직접 현장조사 및 2차원 영상에 기반을 둔 평면적 활용의 한계와 업무 효율성 저하의 문제를 극복하고자 무인비행장치 기반 항공사진을 이용하여 제작되는 3차원 실사모델을 입체적 도시계획 업무에 활용하기 위해 그 활용성을 분석하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 도시개발사업 예정지를 대상으로 무인비행장치로 촬영된 무인항공사진을 획득하여 정밀 3차원 실사모델을 생성하였다 그리고 도시개발 예정지의 현황조사를 위해 현재 실무에서 활용되고 있는 평면 지도 및 항공사진을 이용한 2차원 조사방법과 비교하여 3차원 실사모델의 적용이 가능한 조사업무에 대하여 도시, 토목, 건축, 교통 등 관련 분야 종사자를 임의 표본 추출하여 단일집단 사전사후검사설계 방법론을 적용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 결과, 도시개발사업의 수행을 위한 사전 현황조사 업무에서 지장물 현황조사, 경사 및 표고 현황조사, 산림 및 생태자연 현황조사에서 3차원 실사모델의 적용에 따른 활용성이 클 것으로 예측되었으며, 그 외 입지선정 및 분석 등 다양한 업무에서 활용성을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 이로부터 공간에 대한 이해, 업무 효율성 측면과 그에 따른 신뢰도 측면에서 3차원 실사모델의 적용에 따른 3차원적 조사방법의 활용 가능성을 확인하였으며, 도시개발 및 계획분야에서 기초현황 조사의 업무 효율성을 크게 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study examined the utilization of the 3D realistic model produced from a UAV aerial photograph for 3D city planning work in the planning process for the progress of the urban development project to overcome the limitations of a flat plan based on the current direct field survey and 2D image and the problem of lowering work efficiency, For this, for the planned urban development project site photograph was obtained using a UAV, and a precise 3D realistic model was produced. In addition, a survey was conducted by applying a single group pre-post inspection design methodology by random sampling of workers in related fields, such as urban, civil engineering, architecture, and transportation, to compare and review the work efficiency of the 2D survey method used for the status survey of the planned urban development area and the 3D survey method based on the 3D realistic model produced in this study. The survey predicted the 3D realistic model would be useful in the status survey of obstacles, the current status of slope and elevation, and the current status of forests and ecological nature in the preliminary status survey for implementing urban development projects. Externally, utilization in various tasks, such as site selection and analysis, could be expected. From this, the possibility of using the 3D survey method was confirmed according to the application of the 3D realistic model in terms of understanding space, work efficiency, and reliability. In addition, it is expected to greatly improve the work efficiency of the basic status survey in urban development and planning.

This paper develops a methodology which can be used to quantify the combat effectiveness of the army C2A system by modifying C2 theory and using Air Defense Engagement Simulation. In this paper, by using Schutzer's C2 theory and Measures of Effectiveness, we modified the MOE formula he designed. Because the combat effectiveness by enhancement of C2(Command and Control) system will increase combat power of individual asset independently. In addition, we developed simulation analysis of air defense scenario by using Air Defense Engagement Simulation. The results show that modified the MOE formula is proper as compared with Air Defense Engagement Simulation method. The combat effectiveness can be obtained as a result of improved probability of detection and information accuracy through real-time information sharing and coordination by C2A system.
공기압축기 성능향상을 위한 로터 프로파일 설계기술 개발 연구

The performance of screw compressor depends on lots of design parameters of rotor profile, such as length of seal line, wrap angle, blow hole, suction and discharge port size, number of rotor lobe, etc. The optimum rotor profile makes it possible to increase the compression efficiency with low energy consumption, and to minimize the loss of power. In this research, a new rotor profile design and performance analysis are done by computer simulation. It is expected that the volumetric efficiency is improved because the internal leakage is reduced due to the minimization of blow hole and clearance, and the stiffness of rotors is increased due to the reduction of length to diameter ratio. Also, the specific power consumption will be secured for use ranging from low to high operation speed.
