The question of this article is how the single father could better minister his child’s educational? This article says that the single father needs to understand the theology of God as a single father. For the solution of a single father’s problem, this article says that it is more necessary to understand the theology of God’s praxis than the social science. And then this article states the objective of the single father’s child education. The objective is to become the partner of a relational God, meaning to be friend with his child. Educational contents of this objective are spirituality, teaching, fellowship, and service as diakonia. The single father needs to integrate spirituality from the internal to the everyday life to minister his child’s education. In addition the single father needs to teach his child emotional control by being a role model throughout out his life. The adolescent child has anger emotions and anxieties in his heart. For this reason the single father should know the method of communication with his child. Finally the single father needs governance leadership for his child’s educational ministry. The governance leadership of the single father says that he should employ all available environmental factors from his relatives’s support to the national laws.

기술로드맵을 통한 전략기술개발 인프라 구축에 관한 연구 - 한국전력의 6대 전략기술도출 사례연구를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 기술중심 조직에서 전략기술개발의 인프라로서 기술로드맵(TRM)의 도입에 있어 주요한 성공요인을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 기술로드맵(TRM)의 개념과 특성을 밝히고 실제 기술개발조직에서 추진되어지는 프로세스와 실제 추진 성공요인을 조직역량이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적 연구를 통하여 기술로드맵 도입성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 결정요인들을 도출함과 동시에 한국전력의 기술로드맵 추진 사례분석 연구를 통하여 기술로드맵 추진의 실제를 분석하였다. 이러한 이론연구와 사례분석을 통하여 기술혁신을 추구하는 연구개발조직에서는 기술로드맵 성공을 위해서는 상위경영층의 지원, 핵심기술도출 및 로드맵 추진의 적절성 및 기술정보활용을 위한 조직내 역량을 강화시켜야 함을 고찰할 수 있었다. 기술로드맵(TRM) 도입시 성공을 위한 제반 조직적 요인을 고찰한 본 연구는 향후 기술역량의 지속적 탐색과 활용 및 전략기술개발 인프라로서 기술로드맵을 추진하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This research focused on the major success factors for the adoption of the strategic technology roadmap as technological infrastructure in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related case study approaches. The major determinants for the adoption of the strategic technology roadmap can be summarized as follows;the top management support for the adoption of the strategic technology roadmap, the relevance-the goodness of the fit-of the technology roadmap and the organizational capability for the utilization of strategic technology roadmap can be the major determinants. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the major success factors for the adoption of the strategic technology roadmap in the R&D intensive organization is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

국가과학기술경영 방향설정에 관한 연구 - '글로벌 경쟁력 인디케이터'로서 IMD과학기술경쟁력 측정결과의활용을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 현재 글로벌 과학기술 경쟁체제하에서 국가과학기술경영 방향설정을 위하여 IMD국가과학기술경쟁력결과의 전략적 활용 방안을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 IMD국가과학기술경쟁력의 개념과 분석체계를 심층 분석하였으며, 현재까지의 분석결과와 대응전략을 분석하였다. 이러한 이론연구를 통하여 국가과학기술경쟁력강화를 위해서는 투자, 인력, 환경, 특허 등의 요인이 선순환체계로 구축되어야 과학기술이 혁신을 이룰 수 있음을 고찰하였다. IMD국가과학기술경쟁력결과의 활용을 위한 제반 요인을 국가연구개발혁신관점에서 고찰한 본 논문은 향후 IMD보고서를 활용하려는 연구개발 조직 및 정책연구기관에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This research focused on the strategic utilization of the IMD science and technology competitiveness measurement as a 'global competitiveness indicator' for the national science and technology management. This study was performed based on both theoretical study and 'IMD competitiveness analysis' case study. The result was as follows; for the competitiveness of national science and technology, R&D investment, R&D personnel, R&D environment and Intellectual property protection should be positively circulated and leveraged for the national R&D innovation. In terms of needs of times, this study regarding the strategic utilization of the IMD science and technology competitiveness measurement as a 'global competitiveness indicator' is anticipated to be a good reference for the strategy formulation of the national science and technology system and technology-related studies in coming years.

대리인비용 하의 기업가치평가모형과 대리인비용의 추정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 M&M모형(1958, 1961, 1963)을 확장하여, 무형자산의 자본화, 성장기 회 및 법인세, 도산확률, 대리인비용 등이 존재한다는 가정 하에서 기업가치를 평가하는 모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 모형은 다음과 같은 측면에서 선행연구와 차별적이다. 첫째, 이원흠-최수미(2002)의 지식자산가치 평가모형 및 이원흠-최수미(2004)의 가중 평균기업가치 평가모형은 무형자산의 자본화가 존재한다는 가정 하에서 기업가치를 평 가하는 모형으로 개발된 것이다. 둘째, 이원흠(2006, 2007)의 세후 가중평균기업가치 평 가모형은 무형자산의 자본화, 법인세, 도산확률 및 성장기회가 존재한다는 가정 하에서 기업가치를 평가하는 모형으로 개발된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구들에 비해 대리인 비용이 존재한다는 추가적인 가정 하에서 기업가치평가모형을 개발한다. 그러므로 본 연구의 모형은 다음과 같은 기여도가 있을 것으로 기대된다. 첫째, 기업의 내재가치는 실물자산가치, 무형자산가치, 지급이자의 절세효과와 예상도 산비용 및 대리인비용이 복합적으로 반영된 수익가치, 성장기회가치 등 모두 4요인으로 구성된다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 둘째, 세후 가중평균자본비용은 기업의 자본비용은 무 부채기업의 자본비용, 대리인비용의 조정항목 및 지급이자의 절세효과와 예상도산비용 등 크게 4요인으로 구성된다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 본 연구의 모형을 이용하여 대리인비용(agency costs)이 기업의 자본비용 및 기업가 치에 미치는 영향을 추정하고, 개별기업의 대리인비용 크기를 측정하였다. 추정결과, 기 업지배구조가 좋지 않은 기업의 대리인비용은 기업지배구조가 좋은 기업에 비해 평균적 으로 기업가치의 약 13% 만큼 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) has been reported rarely in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We report a case of a 33 year-old woman who was diagnosed as SLE 2 years ago and presented with both feet and hands tingling sensation over 2 months. She also showed clinical features of areflexia, elevated CSF protein, and demyelination in the nerve conduction study. Her lower limb weakness and ataxic gait gradually progressed. Her symptoms which had shown minimal improvement to immunoglobulin therapy responded to immunosuppressant treatment.

Atlantoaxial subluxation in undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy is extremely rare and has not been reported. We describe a case of 27-year-old man who was diagnosed as undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy with atlantoaxial subluxation with an initial complaint of painful swelling of right 1st metatarsophalangeal joint and posterior neck pain. Roentgenograms showed sclerotic change and increased hazziness in right 1st metatarsophalangeal joint. Magnetic resonance images and roentgenograms of the cervical spine showed inflammation of odontoid process and atlantoaxial subluxation. Bone scan showed hot uptakes in left sacroiliac joint, right 1st & 4th metacarpophalangeal joints and 1st metatarsophalangeal joint. HLA-B27 gene was positive. Spontaneous atlantoaxial subluxation and undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy was diagnosed and conservatively treated with oral medication. Currently, there is no definite neurological sign. Early recognition and awareness of potential clinical complications is important in preventing compressive damage on central nervous system
