자기효능감, 조직문화 및 팀 성과의 관계에서 지식공유의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 자기효능감과 조직문화가 조직 내의 팀 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 외부변수로는 자기효능감, 조직의 개방성, 공유문화, 경쟁문화를 선정하였으며 지식공유를 매개변수로 선정하였다. 종속변수로는 팀 성과를 선정하여 외생변수 및 매개변수가 종속변수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사 하였다. 데이터는 국내 건설회사에 종사하는 임원진 100명을 대상으로 설문지조사를 통해 수집하였으며 수집된 데이터는 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 자기효능감, 공유문화, 경쟁문화는 지식공유 및 팀 성과에 직 간접적으로 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 조직의 개방성은 지식공유나 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 지식관리 활동과 업무성과와의 구조적인 관계를 파악하여 효과적인 지식 공유를 위한 전략을 제시하는데 이용될 수 있다. In this study, we analyzed the effects of how self-efficacy and organizational culture affect the knowledge sharing that facilitates team performance. Data was collected through a survey of 126 employees who work for A company and was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, sharing culture, openness, and competition culture. Latent variable was knowledge sharing. Dependent variable was team's performance. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that self-efficacy, competition culture, and sharing culture were found to have both direct and indirect impacts on team's performance. However, openness was not statistically significant in the effect on knowledge sharing and team's performance. The implications of these factors will be used to develop knowledge sharing strategies that facilitates team performance.
운용환경 및 용도를 고려한 ESS의 안전성 평가 방안에 관한 연구

Recently, fire accidents in ESS installed for various applications have been occurred constantly and particularly those of long time operated ESS have been increased. Accordingly, researches are actively conducted on risk factor evaluations considering safety standards in ESS, and operation environments and applications of ESS are evaluated as major causes of fires and potential battery safety. Therefore, this paper proposes a risk priority number evaluation method composed of severity, occurrence and detection degrees, to estimate the safety level of ESS considering operation environments and applications. Where, the severity degree is quantitatively calculated by fault cases impact of applications, magnitude of fault current and building type of ESS, and the occurrence is determined by accident rates, operation environments and degradation rates, and also the detection is estimated with engineering technology of safety devices and battery capacity. This paper also performs the modeling of the fault analysis in ESS, which is composed of distribution system, customer load, fault devices and ESS in order to evaluate fault cases based on ESS applications. From the simulation results based on the proposed safety evaluation method, it is confirmed that frequency regulation and renewable energy applications in ESS mainly installed in mountain and coast areas is adversely affected by environment factors such as dust and humidity, and detailed measures related with continuous monitoring for operation environments are strongly required to ensure the safety in ESS.

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the need to establish clear management standards as the animal food by-product market grows larger. We distributed online questionnaire links to 220 people of various ages, including men and women in their twenties, thirties and forties, showing a participation rate of 81.36%. A 68% of the respondents answered that grading and traceability system for the animal food by-product were necessary, while there was only 1% of the respondents who don't think it is unnecessary. Most respondents expected that the introduction of the grading and traceability system to animal food by-product would be effective in food quality of animal food by-product, increasing competitiveness to imported products, providing accurate information to consumer and increasing of related farm household income. In conclusion, introduction of grading and traceability systems for the animal food by-products could be more transparent in distribution system and provided accurate information to consumer such as origin, grading, cattle type and farm environment.
