In the early days, encryption and control access techniques were used to protect the ownership of media. Recently, the watermark techniques are utilized to keep the copyright of media. Digital watermarking, a concept of embedding a special pattern. uses an algorithm of inserting a watermark to protect the copyright of media. It has recently become important in various application areas. The various watermark techniques have been proposed by many authors in the last several years. However, there are not enough analysis and comparison on the previous researches. In this paper, for the understanding of the previous works and for the future related research, we try to classify and analyze the conventional watermark techniques from the various points of view. Currently watermark techniques based on the transfer domain, are more popular than those of the spatial domain. DCT-based methods have been most widely used among the transform based methods. However, recently wavelet-based watermark techniques are becoming main research topic. With wide use of internet, effective audio and video watermarking researches are also required.

대용량 이미지 스테가노그라피에 대한 연구

Steganography, a form of data hiding, embeds secret data into digital media for the purpose of identification, annotation, and copyright. We propose a high capacity image steganography based on E. Kawaguch's method. It embeds secret data to some LSBs and selectively embed MSBs with the complexity measure. In the experiment, it presents that our scheme improves the maximum capacity by 11,008 byte, compared with E. Kawaguch's. It also shows that about 4dB improvement in PSNR when the same amount of data is inserted.

비트 플레인별 적응적 임계값을 이용한 대용량 스테가노그라피

본 논문은 비트 플레인별 적응적 임계값을 이용한 대용량 스테가노그라피 방법을 제안하였다. 모든 비트 플레인에 고정적인 임계값을 적용하여 정보를 삽입하면, 비트 플레인에 따라 화질의 열화가 생긴다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고정 임계값의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 비트 플레인별 가중치를 정의하였다. 그리고 비트 플레인의 삽입 용량을 적응적으로 증가시키기 위하여, 비트 플레인별 평균 복잡도와 가중치를 이용하여 새로운 적응적 임계값 설정 방법을 제안하였다. 실험에서는 각 표준 이미지에 동일한 화질과 정보량을 삽입하고, 이에 따른 삽입 용량과 화질을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 삽입 용량면에서 평균 약 6%의 정도 증가되었고, 화질면에서도 평균 약 2.4dB 향상되었다. In this paper, we proposed a new method of the large capacity steganography using adaptive threshold on bit planes. Applying fixing threshold, if we insert information into all bit planes, all bit planes showed different image quality. Therefore, we first defined the bit plane weight to solve the fixing threshold problem. We then proposed a new adaptive threshold method using the bit plane weight and the average complexity to increase insertion capacity adaptively. In the experiment, we inserted information into the standard images with the same image quality and same insertion capacity, and we analyzed the insertion capacity and image duality. As a result, the proposed method increased the insertion capacity of about 6% and improved the image quality of about 24dB than fixed threshold method.

멘토링 기능이 초임 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 멘토링 기능이 초임 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 대구광역시와 부산광역시에 소재한 어린이집 경력 3년 미만의 현직 초임보육교사 235명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 1월 1일부터 1월 31일 약 4주간 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 멘토링 기능은 초임 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 멘토링 기능이 초임 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 경력개발 기능, 심리사회적 기능, 역할모델 기능이 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 경력개발 기능은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경력개발 기능과 심리사회적 기능은 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 멘토링 기능은 초임 보육교사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of mentoring function upon the job satisfaction, organization commitment, turnover intention in the beginning child care teachers. The research subjects included 235 incumbent beginning child care teachers with a career in less than 3 years at child care centers where are located in Daegu Metropolitan City and Busan Metropolitan City. Data collection was carried out a questionnaire survey for about 4 weeks from January 1, 2020 to January 31. The collected data were conducted correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis according to the research problem. As a result of the research, first, the mentoring function appeared to have a correlation with the job satisfaction, organization commitment, turnover intention in the beginning child care teachers. Second, in consequence of having examined the effect of mentoring function on the job satisfaction, organization commitment, turnover intention in the beginning child care teachers, it was indicated that the career development function, the psychosocial function and the role-model function have influence upon job satisfaction and that the career development function has an impact on organizational commitment. Also, the career development function and the psychosocial function were shown to have an effect on turnover intention. The research result suggests that the mentoring function is an important factor of affecting the job satisfaction, organization commitment, turnover intention in the beginning child care teachers.

유아교육기관장 리더십 딜레마에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유아교육기관장 리더십 딜레마 발생 원인을 이해하고, 리더십 딜레마 상황에 대한 대응전략을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 유아교육기관장 10명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2019년 7월 1일부터 2020년 2월 28일까지 총 7개월 동안 심층 개별 면담, 연구자 저널, 이메일 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 유아교육 기관장 리더십 딜레마는 ‘교육과정 운영에서의 딜레마’, ‘인적관리에서의 딜레마’, ‘조직운영 관리에서의 딜레마’, ‘대외협력 관계에서의 딜레마’를 경험하고 있었으며, ‘혼란감’, ‘회의감’, ‘난감함’, ‘부담감’으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 ‘재구조화하기’, ‘소통하기’, ‘지원하기’, ‘함께하기’ 등으로 유아교육기관장 리더십 딜레마 상황에 대응하고 있었다. 본 연구결과 유아교육 기관장 리더십 딜레마가 발생하는 상황들과 그에 따른 대응전략을 고찰할 수 있고, 향후 유아교육 기관장 리더십 연구의 바람직한 방향과 리더십 개발 프로그램에 중요한 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to understand the causes of leadership dilemma of early childhood education directors and to analyze their response strategies. The ten subjects in this study were selected from early childhood education directors. Data were gathered for seven months from July 1, 2019, through February 28, 2020, by in-depth individual interviews, e-mail, and this researcher’s journal. The findings of the study were as follows: The directors of early childhood education were confronted with “dilemmas in terms of curriculum management,” “dilemmas in terms of human resources management,” “dilemmas in terms of organizational management,” and “dilemmas in terms of external cooperation.” The subjects regarded the dilemmas with “a sense of chaos,” “a feeling of doubt,” “awkwardness,” and as a “burden.” They coped with the leadership dilemma situations by “restructuring,” “communicating,” “supporting,” and “participating.” The results of this study suggest that the leadership dilemmas of early childhood education directors and their corresponding strategies can be considered to serve as important factors in early childhood education directors’ leadership research and development programs.

어린이집 원장의 갈등관리 전략이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 갈등관리 전략이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 부산광역시와 대구광역시에 소재한 현직 어린이집 원장 226명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 9월 1일부터 9월 30일 약 4주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 갈등관리 전략은 통합형, 타협형, 배려형, 지배형, 회피형 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장이 지각하는 조직효과성의 수준은 보통 이상으로 나타났으며, 어린이집 원장의 연령, 학력, 기관 유형, 운영경력 등 배경 변인에 따라 갈등관리 전략과 조직효과성에 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 조직효과성은 어린이집 원장의 갈등관리 전략 중 통합형, 타협형, 배려형, 지배형과는 정적 상관관계, 회피형과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 넷째, 어린이집 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 어린이집 원장의 갈등관리 전략은 회피형, 통합형, 타협형 순으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the conflict management strategies of childcare center directors on organizational effectiveness. The subjects in this study were 226 inservice directors of childcare centers located in the metropolitan cities of Busan and Daegu. As for data collection, a survey was conducted for approximately four weeks from September 1 through 30, 2020. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the most common conflict management strategy among the childcare center directors was an integrative type, followed by a compromising type, a considerate type, a dominant type and an avoidant type. Second, concerning the level of organizational effectiveness perceived by the directors, that was above the average, and there were partial differences in conflict management strategies and organizational effectiveness according to their background variables including age, academic credential, operating experience and the type of the institution. Third, the organizational effectiveness of the childcare centers was positively correlated with the integrative, compromising, considerate and dominant types among the conflict management strategies of the directors, and that had a negative correlation with the avoidant type. Fourth, the conflict management strategy of the childcare center directors that exercised the largest influence on the organizational effectiveness of the childcare centers was the avoidant type, followed by the integrative type and the compromising type.

초임 보육교사의 멘토링 기능이 직무만족과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of mentoring function in a newly appointed child care teachers upon job satisfaction and career commitment. Research subjects included 239 in-service child care teachers with the survival stage in less than 3 years of career who are working at child care centers in D Metropolitan City and P Metropolitan City. Data collection was carried out a questionnaire survey for about 3 weeks from January 6, 2020 to January 31. The collected data were conducted correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis according to a research problem. As a result of research, first, the mentoring function in a newly appointed child care teachers was indicated to have a correlation with job satisfaction and career commitment. Second, in consequence of examining the effect of mentoring function in a newly appointed child care teachers on job satisfaction and career commitment, it was shown that the career development function, the psycho-social function and the role model function have influence upon job satisfaction, and that the career development function and the psycho-social function have an impact on career commitment. As a result of research, there is an implication as saying that the mentoring function in a newly appointed child care teachers is an important factor of influencing job satisfaction and career commitment. 본 연구는 초임 보육교사의 멘토링 기능이 직무만족 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 D 광역시, P광역시 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 경력 3년 미만의 생존기 현직 보육교사 239명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 1월 6일부터 1월 31일 약 3주간 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 초임 보육교사의 멘토링 기능은 직무만족 및 경력몰입과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초임 보육교사의 멘토링 기능이 직무만족 및 경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 경력개발 기능, 심리사회적 기능, 역할모델 기능이 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 경력개발 기능, 심리사회적 기능이 경력몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 초임 보육교사의 멘토링 기능은 직무만족과 경력몰입에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다.

유아미술교육에서 교수 감성리더십이 예비유아교사의 학습몰입 및 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아미술교육에서 교수 감성리더십이 예비유아교사의 학습몰입과 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D광역시와 K시에 소재한 3,4년제 대학교 유아교육과에서 ‘유아미술교육’ 교과목을 수강한 예비유아교사 293명이다. 자료수집은 교수의 감성리더십 척도, 학습몰입, 학습태도 측정도구를 사용하였으며, 본 연구문제에 따라 Pearson 적률상관관계와 AOMS를 사용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조모형을 실시하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 첫째, 교수 감성리더십은 예비유아교사의 학습몰입, 학습태도와 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아미술교육에서 교수의 감성리더십 중 사회적인식능력과 관계관리능력이 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아미술교육에서 교수의 감성리더십 중 관계관리능력이 학습태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비유아교사의 학습몰입은 학습태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아미술요육에서 교수 감성리더십이 예비유아교사의 학습몰입과 학습태도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine effects that the instructor’s emotional leadership has on pre-service childhood teachers’ learning commitment and learning attitude in the curricular course of ‘art education for young children’. Participants of the study were 293 pre-service early childhood teachers who took the same course at the department of early childhood education in 3-year or 4-year colleges or universities located in D Metropolitan City and K city. Data collection was carried out by means of scales for the instructor’s emotional leadership and ones, respectively, for learning commitment and learning attitude. In order to answer research questions set in this study, then, the data were statistically processed through Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis and, according to the AMOS, the confirmatory factor analysis and the structural modeling analysis. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the instructor’s emotional leadership has correlations with pre-service early childhood teachers’ learning commitment and learning attitude. Second, some factors of the instructor’s emotional leadership, especially competence in social recognition and relation management, have significant effects on pre-service early childhood teachers’ learning commitment in the course of art education for young children. Third, competence in relation management as foresaid significantly influences those teachers’ learning attitude in the same course. And fourth, pre-service early childhood teachers’ learning commitment has a significant effect on their learning attitude.
