In order to defend facilities from the threat of multiple short range high speed target of North Korea, the counter long-range artillery intercept system(CLRAIS) is in progress. It is similar with air defense operations, however there is a characteristic that three thousand rounds per minuter are concentrated. To provide protection against low-altitude and multi target, threat and the weapon must be decided quickly and accurately with the shortest time. In this paper, we propose a threat assessment and weapon-target assignment in multi-target and multi-weapon environments. According to the engagement distance, we study the effectiveness of the engagement. In order to figure out the factor, we define the variables to be used in the simulation. according to engagement scenario, the effectiveness analysis is verified the monte-carlo simulation. The results of this study, It can be used to predict and analyze for intercept probability.

마그네트론 스퍼터법으로 고온에서 증착된 Ti-silicide의 특성

C54-TiSi$_2$ has been fabricated on Si substrates at high temperatures by using a one--step annealing method after magnetron sputtering deposition, which can maintain the substrate temperature above room temperature during the Ti deposition. From the cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image, the films fabricated by high--temperature sputtering appear to show an enhancement in the formation of the silicide film compared with those fabricated by room--temperature sputtering. In the x-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, especially, the films fabricated by the high--temperature deposition have stronger peak intensities. The results suggest that due to an increase in the activation between Ti and Si near the interface, high--temperature deposition may reduce the diffusion energy required in post annealing and may accelerate the silicidation. \end{abstract} Ti 증착 시 기판의 온도를 상온 이상의 적정 고온으로 유지시키는 고온 스퍼터 증착법을 이용함으로써 전통적인 2단계 열처리법이 아닌 1단계 열처리법을 통하여 C54-TiSi$_2$를 형성하였다. 제작된 티타늄--실리사이드 박막을 주사전자현미경으로 촬영한 결과, 실온에서 증착된 경우보다 고온에서 증착된 경우에 실리사이드화의 진행이 매우 진척된 것이 관측되었다. x-선 회절 분석에서도 실온에서 증착된 경우보다 고온에서 증착된 경우에서 C54-TiSi$_2$의 피크가 크게 증가하는 것이 관측되었다. 이러한 결과는 증착 시 기판의 온도가 일정의 고온으로 유지될 경우 증착과정 중 계면에서 Ti과 Si 간의 활성화가 증가되고 그것이 후처리 과정에서 필요한 확산 에너지를 감소시키게 되어 결국 실리사이드화 과정을 빠르게 진행하기 때문인 것으로 예측된다.
Electrical and Optical Properties of (Zn0.93Mn0.07)O-Based Homojunction Diode

A $p$-(Zn$_{0.93}$Mn$_{0.07}$)O/$n$-(Zn$_{0.93}$Mn$_{0.07}$)O homojunction diode, which was fabricated using As$^+$ implantation in a semi-insulating-(Zn$_{0.93}$Mn$_{0.07}$)O/$n$-(Zn$_{0.93}$Mn$_{0.07}$)O layer, clearly showed a rectifying behavior. The values of $V_T$, $V_B$ and $I_S$ were 2.65 V, --8.12 V and 2.04 $\times$ 10$^{-8}$ A, respectively. For the electroluminescence measurements, the diode exhibited light emission at $\sim$425 nm. By confirming the luminescence properties at the depletion region, we confirmed that the observed light emission originated from transitions between carriers in the donor level and in the acceptor level. .

Esophageal leiomyoma derived from the muscularis mucosae (MM) is a rare condition, and the optimal modality for diagnosis and treatment is controversial. Endoscopic ultrasonography can provide an accurate image of esophageal layer structure, providing information on lesion suitability for potential endoscopic therapy. We attempted to investigate the diagnostic value of a transendoscopic balloon-tipped miniature ultrasonic endoprobe for small esophageal leiomyomas derived from MM. We resected 7 small esophageal leiomyomas derived from MM by endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), all of which were diagnosed by a balloon-tipped endoprobe. The endosonographic and pathologic features of 7 cases of small esophageal leiomyomas derived from MM were compared. The balloon-tipped endoprobe clearly showed all 7 small esophageal leiomyomas derived from MM, even those under 5mm in size (smallest lesion, 3.0mm). The endosonographic characteristics of small esophageal leiomyomas derived from MM were a hypoechoic mass with smooth, regular, and a well-defined outer margin and homogenous inner echogram arising from the second hypoechoic layer. Complete resections were possible in all 7 cases by EMR without any complications. Tumor size was 3.0-13.5mm (mean 7.8mm) in maximum diameter. In all cases, endosonographic findings by endoprobe were exactly concordant with pathologic finding in determining the tumors depth in the esophageal wall, tissue origin and characteristics, growth pattern, and size. We detail the balloon-tipped endoprobe is a simple, convenient, and very useful in making accurate diagnosis of small esophageal leiomyomas derived from the MM and the appropriate applications of EMR.
