The formation processes of the retained sustenite(γ_R) in SHCP100 steel sheets were investigated in order to improve the transformation induced plasticity(TRIP) effect of γ_R. An excellent combination of elongation about 23% and high strength over 830 ㎫ was achieved by processing of intercritical annealing and isothermal holding. The mechanical properties of TRIP-aided dual phase steel was found to depend on the volume ratio of each phase and the volume fraction of γ_R. It was also noted that the proper mechanical stability of γ_R improved the mechanical properties. In this work, the best balance of strength-ductility was obtained by holding the steel at 420℃ for 500sec. after annealing at 730℃ for 300 sec.

This study was performed to provide the basic data for preservation and improvement of genetic resources according to finding genetic construction obtained from the analysis of genetic characteristics of α_(S2-) casein gene in Korean Native goat using PCR-RFLP. This study confirmed the amplified product of 1.3kb fragment obtained from the amplification of a α_(S2-)casein loci by PCR. The frequency of a α_(S2-)casein genotype in Korean Native goat was 100% for AA type and the frequencies of a α_(S2-)casein genotype in Saanen were 80 and 20% for AA and AB genotypes. The frequency of a α_(S2-)casein A allele was 1.000 in Korean Native goat, and the frequencies of a α_(S2-)casein A and B alleles were 0.900 and 0.100 in Saanen, respectively. The nucleotide sequence of a α_(S2-)casein gene of Korean Native goat was 99.0% homology with 12 nucleotide sequences difference of that of goat reported in GeneBank(AJ238965.1, AJ238967.1) and was 95.0% homology with 57 nucleotide sequences difference of that of Holstein reported in Gene Bank(M94327). Therefore, this study of molecular genetic characteristics by the analysis of genetic polymorphisms and sequences for a α_(S2-)casein gene should be used as basic data for preservation and improvement of genetic resources in Korean Native goat breeding.
저장벽 양자우물구조와 비태칭 패브리 - 페로 공명기 구조에 의한 고성능 2×4 S-SEED Array 구현

GaAs/Al_(0.04)Ga_(0.96)As 다중양자우물 구조를 이용한 반사형 PIN 다이오우드 S-SEED의 설계에 있어 낮은 동작전압, 높은 포화에너지 및 높은 반사율 on/off 강도비를 얻고자 저장벽 양자우물구조와 비대칭 페브리-페로 공명구조를 결합하였다. 2×4 array를 구성하는 S-SEED들은 역방향 동작전압 5V에서 평균적으로 13 이상의 반사율 on/off 강도비 (CR)와 약 24%의 반사율차 (ΔR) 및 91% 이상의 광쌍안정폭 (Δ)을 나타내었다. 공명구조를 이용함으로서 PIN 다이오우드 진성영역내의 양자우물의 주기수를 줄일 수 있어 외부동작전압 없이도 CR~4.7, R~9.2%, ~22%의 향상된 무전압 광쌍안정 동작특성을 얻었다. We designed and fabricated a 2×4 symmetric self electro-optic effect device array using GaAs/Al_(0.04)Ga_(0.96)As extremely shallow quantum wells grown by a molecular beam epitaxy. By employing ESQW and asymmetric Fabry-Perot cavity structure simultaneously, we improved the performances of S-SEED such as on/off contrast ratio (CR), reflectivity change (ΔR), and optical bistability loop width (Δ). The average values of the elements of the 2×4 S-SEED array were CR~13.1, R~24%, and Δ~91%. It was found that the AFP cavity structure enhances the self-biased optical bistability in ESQW-SEED under no external bias. That is due to the decreased intrisic region thickness in AFP-SEED structures, and which increases the built-in electric fields. The zero-biased S-SEED showed CR of ~4.7, R~9%, and Δ~22%.

It is well known that a discharge in oil is the source of various physical phenomena Ultrasonic-wave detection is a useful method to the diagnosis of the transformer-insulation condition. Conventionally, ultrasonic waves are detected by Piezo- electric transducer, and we use optical method that has many advantages. In this paper, we constructed a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with optical fiber and investigated the principle of operation. Test arrangement is based on the needle-plane electrode system in oil and applied AC high voltage Ultrasonic waves wire detected and showed signal- analysis results with wavelet transform.
