For the effective treatment of aphthous stomatitis, the matrix type mucoadhesive patches containing triamcinolone acetonide have been formulated. The drug layer was obtained by drying the polymer gel which was prepared with carbomer 934P, ammoniomethacrylate copolymer, titanium dioxide and polyethylene glycol 400. The effects of the content of additives on physical characteristics of the polymer gel and the drug layer were evaluated. The addition of carbomer increased the yield point and the zero-shear viscosity of polymer gel as well as the thickness, the water absorption ratio, the adhesive time and T_(50%) of drug layer. The adhesive time and the water absorption ratio of drug layer were also improved by the addition of ammoniomethacrylate copolymer, but the addition of titanium dioxide had decreased the zero-shear viscosity of polymer gel and the adhesive time of drug layer.

The Ministry of Construction-Transportation released a plan about EVMS in 1993 in order to prepare measures for an efficient public construction project, and prepared an enforcement proposal concretely in June for 2000 years, and have enforce a public project by an example with a target. Therefore, accurate analysis and evaluation about field progress are required for efficient management of a building construction, and must be established building construction management system for fast action about a problem However, unified management cannot be consisting because a work progress system is different from details estimate system within a country. and There is not still a definite standard in progress measurement for an application of EVMS. A purpose of this study is to present an improvement about a problem of progress measurement for an application of EVMS. The contents of a study, inquired into a progress measurement method and a standard to use in the field of a public construction and private construction and Checks a problem and presented an improvement item necessary for and is as follows. $\circled1$ must establishes a control account and progress measurement standard. $\circled2$ must manage progress in a activity viewpoint. $\circled3$ must use an accurate CPM process management technique.
진무탕(眞武湯)이 Gentamicin-유도 신독성에 미치는 영향

Aminoglycosides, including gentamicin, have been used as antibiotics for the various infections by gram-negative bacteria. However, there are some restrictions for using these drugs. Gentamicin, a typical aminoglycoside, has the side effect of nephrotoxicity, including polyuria, glycosuria, proteinuria, glomerulonephritis, and uremia. The aims of this study were to examine the prevention or reduction effects of Jinmootang on the gentamicin-induced nephrotoxicity and to investigate the possible mechanisms on the effect of Jinmootang. The subcutaneous injections of 60mg of gentamicin per kg of boby weight to Sprague-Dawley rats for 8 days induced typical symptoms of nephrotoxicity by aminoglycosides. 0.6ml of water extract Jinmootang (100ml/chup) was orally treated in the experimental animal. 24-hour urine was collected with the metabolic cage and plasma was sampled from the abdominal aorta. The plasma concentration of sodium was significantly decreased by the treatment of gentamicin but it was not-significantly changed by the treatment of Jinmootang to the animal. The concentration of potassium was greatly decreased in the gentamicin-treated animals. However. it was returned to the normal level in the Jinmootang-treated animals. The concentrations of creatinine and urea were increased by gentamicin treatment. But, Jinmootang reduced these concentrations. Nevertheless, the osmolalities of plasma in both group were not different from each other. Even though the plasma concentration of aldosterone was not significantly changed, the mean value was increased by the gentamicin intoxication. The concentration of aldosterone was decreased by the treatment of Jinmootang. The reduction of aldosterone level in plasma could be a factor to improve the hypokalemia. The fractional excretion of potassium was much higher than normal by the treatment of gentamicin and it was decreased by 50% in the Jinmootang-treated rats. Therefore, the reabsorption of potassium was significantly increased by the treatment of Jinmootang, even though the filtered load of potassium in the experimental group was much highter than control. Even though the concentration of plasma aldosterone was decreased by the treatment of Jinmootang, the fractional excretion of sodium was not increased, slightly lower. These data suggested that Na reabsorption was increased in the proximal tubule by Jinmootang. The filtered load of glucose in the Jinmootang-treated group was greater than in control. Nevertheless, the fractional excretion of glucose in the experimental group was not different from that in control. These results indicate that glucose reabsorption was increase in the proximal tubule by Jinmootang treatment. The results of this study suggest that Jinmootang could improve the some nephrotoxic symptoms induced by gentramicin treatment. Hypokalemia, the reduced glomerular filtration rate, and dysfunctions of renal proximal tubule and distal nephron were significantly recovered to normal level. The increase of glomerular filtration rate by Jinmootang might contribute to eliminate the waste product, including creatinine and urea, and/or gentamicin through the kidney.

We describe unusual manifestations of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (C.C.A.M.) of the lung, such as movable fungal ball-like intracystic blood clots and hemoptysis, which were detected in previously healthy 23 years-old woman. We identified blood clots only after left upper lobectomy and could not distinguish from fungal ball with radiographic methods. CCAM of the lung, rare and lethal form of congenital pulmonary cystic disease, was initially introduced by Ch, in and Tang in 1949. The histogenesis of this lesion is characterized by polypoid glandular tissue proliferation and overgrowth of mesenchymal elements due to cessation of bronchiolar maturation which occurred in after 16weeks intrauterine period. In 80-95% of reported cases, the lesion was confined to a single lobe and there was no lobe and right and left lung predilection The clinical presentation may be widely variable, ranging from intrauterine fetal death to late discovery in childhood with recurrent pulmonary infection. But there,s no reports which were misdiagnosed with intracystic fungal ball. The treatment choice is lobectomy of affected lobe. There,s a few case reports with rhabdomyosarcoma, bronchiolar cell carcinoma and myxosarcoma arising in CCAM patients. Therefore, early resection is recommended even if asymtomatic cases. We experienced a rare case of CCAM of the lung in 23 years old female, and there were intracystic fungal ball-like movable blood clots in lower portion of left lung. After left upper lobectomy was performed, now she is discharged and followed up without any complications.

This paper presents a discussion of the development of a viscous fan clutch with continuous linear variable speed control function for engine cooling system to improve cooling fan noise reduction and the overall fuel efficiency of the engine. It is well known generally that the operation of the engine cooling fan is one of the major noise. Vibration sourse in engine as well as the major power consumption device in engine. In the present study is has been shown that a viscous fluid fan driving clutch. For small and mediun diesel engine class(1 to 3.5 ton class). Having linear variable speed control function corresponding to cooling load and low temperature hysteresis has been developed. The results obtained has shown that the proposed design viscous fluid fan clutch can reduced the engine fan operational noise. Vibration as well as the cooling fan driving horsepower significantly.<br/>

A highly compact and thermally efficient water cooled oil cooler for automotive use without offset strip fin and casing is developed in this study. The study result has shown that by eliminating the fin and casing in the oil cooler the manufacturing process and cost and can be simplified and reduced greatly without sacrificing the thermal capacity. The oil cooler developed in the study uses the embossed pot type heat transfer core element design instead of offset strip fin and eliminates the outer casing for coolant water flow by applying specially made parallel loop flow design. In the study the thermal design program for the present oil cooler also was developed and validated experimentally.<br/>

When people speak in a loud voice, or give a long lecture, their throats get sore and their voices become hoarse. This phenomenon is due to the fatigue of the vocal cords that causes its disturbed function after using it too much or too long. When the voice becomes cracked or weaker, the frequency spectrum shows not only the high frequency range more narrowed but also the amplitude of the sound waveform lowered than usual. In this paper, we propose a new method to improve voice hoarseness by massaging the inner skin of the mouth by generating resonance of the vocal cords by using a sound-reflection cup in front of the mouth. The paper first examines the sound characteristics of hoarse voices and suggests how to use a sound-reflection cup to relieve the fatigue of vocal cords. In the experiment of applying the proposed method, we obtained about 94% of voice quality recovered when compared to the original voice. We also acquired a successful result that the clarity of voice after the elimination of hoarseness became more improved when compared to the voice quality even before the lecture. The result will be positively applied to those who are supposed to speak for a long time. 누구나 목소리를 크게 하여 장시간 말을 하거나 강의를 하게 되면 목이 쉰다. 목이 쉬는 것은 성대의 피로도로 인해 발성성대의 작동이 원활하지 못하여 기력이 없어지는 현상이다. 이때 목소리가 작아지거나 갈라지는 현상이 나타나면서 성문의 주파수스펙트럼 상에는 고음영역이 크게 저하되고, 소리파형의 진폭은 평소보다 낮아지는 특징이 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 쉰 목소리를 해소하기 위해 입 앞에 반사 컵을 대고 성대공명을 발생시켜, 입안의 내피를 마사지하여 피로를 회복시키는 방법을 새로이 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 쉰 목소리의 소리특성에 대해 알아보고, 평상시의 소리특성에 근거하여 성대의 피로도를 완화시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 강의발성의 쉰 목소리 해소방법을 적용하였을 때, 원래 목소리에 대해 약 94%의 회복력을 얻었다. 또한 강의 전 목소리에 비해서도 강의 후 쉰 목소리를 해소하고 난 다음의 목소리 명료성이 오히려 더 분명해졌음을 파악하였다. 이 연구결과는 앞으로 장시간 또는 큰 목소리로 발성을 해야 하는 직업군 화자들에게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
