하수슬러지 BIO-SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) 생산을 위한 NIR (Near Infrared Ray) 건조시 응집제 주입비율이 미치는 영향

This study executed evaluation of drying characteristics based on the polymer injection rate (8%, 10% and 12%) and the drying method[NIF(near-infrared ray). According to this study analyzed VS, VS/TS, and calorific value compared with 'the auxiliary fuel standard of the thermoelectric power plant and the combined heat & power plant'. The results are as follows. In the case of NIR, the VS was slightly changed at the early stage of the material preheating period and the constant drying rate period with low moisture evaporation. But VS reduction was shown higher as moisture was dried. In the case of non-digested sludge with high VS content, the VS reduction rate by drying was shown lower than that of digested sludge. As the flocculant injection rate increased, the VS loss due th drying was found to be small. Also, the higher the flocculant injection rate was the longer the drying time. Especially, in the case of the NIR drying equipment, as the moisture content of sewage sludge decreased(moisture content 20~40%), the loss of net VS also showed a tendency to increase sharply. It is shown that the high calorific value according to the drying time of the non-digested sludge was changed from 590 kcaℓ/kg to 3,005 kcaℓ/kg and from 539 kcaℓ/kg to 2,796 kcaℓ/kg.

브라켓 및 WUF-B 형식 철골모멘트골조 약축접합부 내진성능평가

1994년 노스리지 지진 이후, 철골모멘트골조 강축방향 접합부의 내진성능 평가에 관한 연구가 국내 외에서 활발하게 진행되어온 반면, 국내 철골모멘트골조 내진설계 및 시공의 실무에 관행적으로 적용되고 있는 철골모멘트골조 약축방향 접합부의 내진성능 평가 연구가 국내는 물론 국외에서도 그 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내에서 내진성능 확보 여부가 확인되지 않은 상태에서 내진설계 실무에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 브라켓 형식 및 WUF-B 형식의 접합상세를 갖는 철골모멘트골조 약축접합부의 실물대(Full scale) 실험체를 제작 및 실험하여 이와 같은 형상의 접합부에 대한 내진성능을 평가하여 향후 이와 같은 형상을 갖는 철골모멘트골조 약축접합부의 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 현장조사 및 설계도서등의 기존 자료를 통해 총 2개의 실험체를 제작하여 내진성능을 평가 실험연구를 수행하였다. 실험결과로부터 최대내력 비교, 하중-변위 이력 및 응력도 등에 대한 거동을 비교 분석 하였다. 실험결과 층간변위각 5%의 BR-W 실험체가 층간변위각 4%를 갖는 WUF-B 실험체에 비해 우수한 구조적 거동을 보여주었으며, 설계 내력을 상회하는 내력을 보유하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 브라켓 형식의 실험체는 최대내력 도달 이후 완만한 강도 저하를 나타내었으나, WUF-B 형식의 실험체는 최대내력 도달 이후 급격한 하중 저하를 나타내며 취성적인 거동을 보였다. There has been much focus on the strong axis steel moment connections after the Northridge earthquake in 1994. However, research studieson the seismic behavior of weak axis moment connections could be hardly found despite the fact that these connection details have been frequently used as seismic details of MRF in Korea. Therefore, the objective of this research is to provide better knowledge on the seismic behavior of weak-axis steel moment connections, which can be widely applicable to many structures with similar characteristics. For this purpose, an experimental program was designed and performed with twotypes of weak-axis steel moment connections, namely the bracket type and WUF-B type, based on the survey of existing field data and literatures. Using the experimental results obtained from the quasi-static cyclic testing of these specimens, structural performances of the joints such as hysteretic curves, maximum strength capacities and the strain of reinforced bars were investigated. From the test results, the bracket-type connection was shown to have more than a 5% story drift capacity, compared with the WUF-B type connection's 4%. These specimens were also shown to have higher strength capacities than the nominal design strength. The bracket-type connection showed a slow strength degradation after maximum strength was researched. However,the WUF-B type connection showed a rapid strength degradation that caused brittle behavior.

서지학적 분석을 통한 임원경제지 섬용지 영조기사의 구성과 특징 연구

Imwongyeongjeji, Administration of Our Daily Life in Woods and Fields, is a sort of encyclopedia compiled by Seo, Yoo Goo in Joseon Dynasty in the 19th century. This voluminous work is made up of 16 chapters with various references including many articles dealing with architecture. The chapter Seomyongji covering the daily necessities contains a number of methods and materials of building construction. The distinctive feature of these articles is that they are mostly from Joseon's books. It is not similar to other chapters which are made of quotations from Chinese books. Especially, he quoted many of articles about architecture from his own work Geumhwagyeongdokgi, Record of Plowing and Reading in Geumhwa. In addition, He selected only empirical knowledge, put it in the book, and commented on it in his judgment. These articles provide valuable information on architectural knowledge in late Joseon period.

전기자극에 의한 알콜 산화효소의 활성도와 안정도연구

전기자극에서 알콜 산화효소의 활성도와 안정도를 연구하였다. 알콜 산화효소의 활성도와 안정도는 전기출력전압, 자극시간, 자극기간, 자극간격에 따라 달라진다. 전기자극에 의하여 비활성화 효소 활성도는 당, 중합체, 히드로젤과 같은 안정화 첨가제에 의하여 회복되었다. 이 효소에 전기자극을 40 V, 10분 주었을 때 완충용액에서는 활성도가 전혀 없었지만 10% 트레할로스 용액에서는 52%의 활성도를 유지하였다. 전기자극하에서 효소를 안정화시킬 수 있음은 효소를 생물공학과 의료공학에 널리 이용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다. We investigated the activity and stability of alcohol oxidase from Hansenula sp. under the electric stimulation. The activity and stability of alcohol oxidase depended on electric output voltage, stimulation time, pulse duration and pulse interval. This inactivation of the enzyme under electric stimulation could be recovered by stabilizing additives such as sugars, polymers and hydrogels. The enzyme activity retained about 52% in 10% trehalose solution under electric stimulation with 40 V and 10 min. The stabilizing of enzymes against electric stimulation showed a great potential use of enzymes in biotechnology and medical engineering fields.

격자화 효소결정;전자이동 중개체에 대한 알콜 탈수소격자화 효소결정의 안정도

효소결정을 격자화하여 안정화한 CLEC은 생촉매제로써 뿐아니라 효소센서로 이용할 수 있다. 전자이동 중개체로 사용되고 있는 PMS는 HLADH에 대하여 가장 효율적인 전자이동 활성도를 가졌다. NQS는 PMS에 비하여 52%, phenothiazine은 37%, ferrocene aldehyde는 3 5%의 전자 이동 활성도를 가졌다. HLADH는 용액상태에서 PMS, NQS에 대하여 매우 불안정하였다. 반면에 HLADH-CLEC은 용액상태에서 불안정했던 PMS, NQS, ferrocene aldehyde에 대하여 매우 안정하였다. Stabilized Cross-linking Enzyme Crystals(CLEC) can be used as not only biocatalysts but also as enzyme sensors. PMS(Phenylmethyl Sulfate)was shown more efficience than any other electron mediator transfers toward HLADH(Horse Liver Alcohol Dehydrogenase)that were examined. NQS(naphtoquinonesulphonate), phenothiazine and ferrocene aldehyde had respectively just 52%, 37%, 35% electron transfer efficiency as compared to PMS . HLADH-CLEC was very stable toward elctron transfer mediators such as PMS, NQS and ferrocene aldehyde in which HLADH-solution was unstable.

조선후기 건축의 표준척도 운용에 관한 기초연구

This study deals with 8-cheok(ch”), equivalent to 2.4m as the standard scale of architectural module in Korea. 8ch” of Korean module was a unique dimensions compared to other East-Asian architecture. It is inferred that it spread in Joseon Dynasty by the effects of the law which limited the size of buildings and materials according to social rank. 8ch” module was applied to the Palace architecture and the highest grade mansions rather than common and small houses. The application of 8ch” module changed the process of architectural planning, and bred the essential characteristics of Korean architecture in terms of appearance and techniques. In addition, it developed to gain multiformity of composition by combination of other modules.

Purpose: To report a two cases of bleeding tendency in patient with long-term taking onion-juice undergoing elective ophthalmic surgery. Case summary: (Case 1) A 56-year-old male visited our clinic due to blepharoptosis of both upper eyelid for 2 years. Marginal reflex distance1 was 1.5 mm in the both eyes. According to levator function test, the distance was 10 mm and 11 mm, respectively. In diagnosis blepharoptosis of both eyes, levator advancement operation was performed. During surgery, massive hemorrhage without hemostatsis occurred and took twice the usual operation time. In medical history, physical examination and laboratorial blood test performed prior to surgery, there were no underlying medical disease, including hypertension and diabetes mellitus and abnormal specific findings, but history of long-term taking onion-juice was confirmed through additional medical history taking. (Case 2) A 65-year-old male diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma 10 years ago, visited our clinic due to uncontrolled intraocular pressure (IOP) of his left eye. IOP was 29 mmHg in his left eye and uncontrolled by glaucoma eyedrops. There were no underlying medical disease and abnormal laboratorial findings. He underwent trabeculectomy after one week of discontinuation of aspirin. During surgery, hemorrhage without hemostatsis and massive subconjunctival hemorrhage occurred. As in the first case, the history of long-term taking onion-juice was confirmed through additional medical history taking. Conclusions: We should pay attention for the bleeding tendency in patient with long-term taking onion-juice, and physicians may consider careful history taking of foods, such as onion-juice.
