The structural analysis is essential for the development of flexible metal-halide perovskite solar cell devices because its performance is critically influenced by the mechanical external stress. Here, we investigated the effect of mechanical stress on metal-halide perovskite films prepared by powder-based method different from conventional precursor solution method. Before studying the effect of the mechanical stress, we confirmed the MAPbI3 powder crystal structure through Rietveld refinement of powder x-ray diffraction data. We fabricated thin films with powder-based method and compared their crystal structures using Grazing Incidence Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (GIWAXS), which showed no significant differences from films based on conventional solution method. To investigate the mechanical stress effect on the perovskite film, we prepared MAPbI3 layer on PEN substrates and compared the crystalline structural changes after bending test. In the case of conventional MAPbI3 layer, intergranular crack was observed, while the transgranular crack was formed in the powder-based MAPbI3 layer after bending test. Finally, we fabricated a solar cell device on the polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) substrate and investigated changes of the J-V characteristics after mechanical stress.

This study aimed to investigate the importance of national competency standards and esthetician’s job competency that in the students of major in esthetic and estheticians who worked at the field and to analyze the differences between the two groups so as to provide. The results are as follows. First, the field while significant difference was found in the interpersonal skill and technical skill in national competency standards, by the students of major in esthetics and estheticians who worked at the field while significant difference was found in the skills and attitude in esthetician’s job competency. Second, knowledge importance in the student of major in esthetics showed positive correlations with the importance of interpersonal skill, communication skill, organization skill, technical skill, information skill, and problem-solving skill, while showed negative correlation with numeracy. Importance of technology showed positive correlations with interpersonal skill, technical skill, communication skill, job ethics skill, and problem-solving skill. Third, knowledge importance in the estheticians who worked at the field showed positive correlations with interpersonal skill, numeracy, and job ethics skill; importance of technology showed positive correlation with interpersonal skill, job ethics, and numeracy; and importance of attitude showed positive correlation with job ethics.

본 연구에서는 360 ◦ 파노라마의 깊이 영상을 추정하는 딥러닝 구조를 제안한다. 이전 연구들에서는 딥러닝 네트워크를 학습시키기 위해 렌더링된 360 ◦ 파노라마 데이터 셋을 사용했다. 하지만, 렌더링된 파노라마 데이터 셋은 실제로 촬영된 파노라마데이터 셋과 다르기 때문에, 이전 연구들의 네트워크는 실제로 촬영된 파노라마에 대해선 깊이 영상을 정확히 추정할 수가없었다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 도메인 적응을 사용해서 렌더링된 파노라마와 실제로 촬영된 파노라마가 공유하는 특징들을 네트워크가 학습하게 했다. 실험을 통해 우리의 방식이 렌더링된 파노라마에 대해선 우수한 성능을 유지하면서 실제로 촬영된 파노라마에 대해서도 정확한 깊이 영상을 추정하는 것을 볼 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a deep learning framework for predicting a depth map of a 360 ◦ panorama image. Previous works use synthetic 360 ◦ panorama datasets to train networks due to the lack of realistic datasets. However, the synthetic nature of the datasets induces features extracted by the networks to differ from those of real 360 ◦ panorama images, which inevitably leads previous methods to fail in depth prediction of real 360 ◦ panorama images. To address this gap, we use domain adaptation to learn features shared by real and synthetic panorama images. Experimental results show that our approach can greatly improve the accuracy of depth estimation on real panorama images while achieving the state-of-the-art performance on synthetic images.
