The main purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors on purchase intention of TV home shopping users in China. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from Shanghai residents who have the experience from Dong Fang CJ home shopping in China and the research hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling analysis. The empirical findings are as follows: of the four factors elicited as variables influencing use intention of TV home shopping except for perceived risk, convenience orientation, perceived value and innovativeness have a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. And perceived risk, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the purchase intention of TV home shopping. Based on the results, a few points from the relationship marketing view shall be suggested for significant implications for TV home shopping related companies in China. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational justice perception on supervisor trust, organizational commitment and their`s turnover intention of local employee from Korean firms in China.

Characteristics of lift-off propane flames diluted with nitrogen have been investigated experimentally to elucidate flame oscillations. Flame stability maps are compared for the fuel tube diameters of 0.3 and 1.0㎜ to clarify the flame oscillations. Flame oscillation modes are classified into three: a pure self-oscillation, a combined form of self-oscillation and buoyancy-induced oscillation, and a combined form of self-oscillation and diffusive-thermal instability. It is shown that the self-oscillation is not relevant to a diffusive-thermal instability and a hydrodynamic instability caused by buoyancy, and appears at all lifted flame conditions irrespective of fuel Lewis number. These experimental evidences are displayed through the analysis of power spectrum for temporal variation of lift-off height. The possible scenario of the self-excitation mechanism is also addressed.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus causes not only breeding disorder such as abortion, stillbirth and premature birth to pregnant sows but economic damage like high estrous return and low delivery rate. The presented study was conducted to confirm seroprevalence of PRRS in Jeju herds. PRRS positive rate was examined with pig serum from hog farms located in Jeju. Serum samples were extracted from the 11 of sow farms and 10 of hog farms, The groups were divided into 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and older than 120 days of age and pregnant sows in hog farms. Anti-PRRSV antibody titers in sera were analyzed by ELISA. All the breeding farms and hog farms (10/10) showed PRRS positive except one breeding farm (1/11). Serological patterns determined by ELISA did not show any difference regardless of whether pigs were vaccinated or not. Nevertheless, the farms unvaccinated pigs displayed low productivity in terms of piglet loss rate and prolonged period of shipment. Therefore, vaccination against PRRSV appears to be a crucial factor in sanitary management of hog farms. Taken together, since PRRSV was spread widely in Jeju already, stabilization of sows by PRRS vaccination after adapting PRRSV free sow by all-in-all-out method in farms is recommended for the control strategy for PRRS.
한국의 국가 및 기업 이미지가 중국 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 미치는 영향: 상하이 엑스포 참관 중국인을 대상으로

본 연구는 최근 상하이 엑스포 참가로 한국의 국가이미지와 기업이미지가 이전보다 개선되었을 것이라는 데 중점을 두고, ‘한국관’, ‘한국기업 연합관’, ‘서울관’ 등을 참관한 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 이러한 두 요인이 한국제품 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 데 주요 연구목적이 있다. 분석결과, 국가이미지와 기업이미지는 모두 부분적으로 중국 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업이미지의 영향이 국가이미지보다 상대적으로 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중국에 진출한 한국기업은 기업이미지 제고에 역점을 두어야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 한국 정부와 기업에 대하여 성공적인 중국 현지경영을 위한 국가 및 기업이미지 제고와 관련된 전략적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This thesis focused the Korean country image and cooperate image are assumed, due to the participation of Shanghai Expo, to have been much enhanced. The main purpose of this study is to analyze how the enhanced images so assumed can effect Chinese customers`-who visited Republic of Korea Pavilion, Republic of Korea business Pavilion and Seoul Pavilion-selection of Korean products. The analysis resulted in telling that the cooperate image worked better than the country image in influencing Chinese customer`s selection of Korean products although each image has its own influence. Therefore, Korean cooperates in the China have to place greater emphasis on improving their image. Finally, this may provide some strategic suggestions with regards to reconsidering Korean government and cooperates for Chinese local businesses in China to be successful.
E-GIS 데이타베이스를 활용한 도시녹화의 열환경 개선효과 정량화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to evaluate numerically the imporovement of urban climate by urban greenery as conducting Urban Climate Simulation System with E-GIS database and weather data. Results of the simulation are as follows. 1)4cases are set to the new town in Hae Un Dae area, Busan. CASE01 is senario which has only natural greens without additional greenery regulation but CASE02 take additional greens according to the governing law. CASE03 has as much amount of greens as possible and CASE04 has greens more than CASE03 by converting urban structures to accept more greens. 2)The temperature of CASE03 is 0.3℃ lower than CASE01 and CASE04 is 0.4℃ lower than CASE01. It means that it is possible to reduce the urban temperature up to 0.4℃ by converting urban structures. 3)The temperature of CASE02 is 0.2℃ lower than CASE01. It means that greenery regulation whose object is ground is effective to reduce urban temperature. Because sensible heat from the ground account for 54% of total. 4)When the temperature of the ground is approximately 0.8℃ lower, the temperature is approximately 0.2℃ lower.
기업이미지와 브랜드개성이 중국소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 미치는 영향

This thesis researches directly and indirectly how corporate image and brand personality, influence the Beijing consumer’s Korean Products selection. The analysis resulted in telling that the corporate image worked better than the brand personality in influencing Beijing consumer’s judgment although each image has its own influence. This may provide some strategic suggestions with regards to reconsidering Korean corporate image and brand personality for Chinese local business in China to be successful.

In this study, 5 types of PVS(Passive ventilation system) units are made and experimented its ventilation performance, thermal performance according to open rate and hole diameter of perforated aluminum plane. Results are as follows. 1) The ventilation performance increases approximately 50~70% according by the open rate of PVS increasing. Also, the ventilation performance increases about 2%~12% according by the hole diameter of PVS increasing. 2) In winter temperature/pressure condition(in:20℃, out:-2℃/△P:0.2~5.0Pa) the temperature of inflow air decreases according by the open rate of PVS increasing. Heat gain performance decreases 10.1%, 25.6% when open rate increases 3) In the same condition, Heat gain performance decreases 18.3%, 18.8% according by the hole diameter of PVS increasing.
