해체에의 권리와 '새로운 인문학':자크 데리다의 『조건 없는 대학』읽기

In The University Without Condition, Jacques Derrida intends to reconstruct 'academic freedom,' the idea that represents the tradition of the modern university in terms of some conditions called 'the right to say everything publicly' and 'the unconditionality.' Derrida emphasizes 'the right to deconstruction', a full scrutiny and unconditional question about various thoughts and ideas that have laid the foundations of the university and humanities, and proposes it as a central principle of 'New Humanities' to come. 'New Humanities' try to explore possibilities that the unconditional promise and affirmation of 'the impossible' and the event could produce the power to bring meaningful changes to established universities and humanities. For Derrida, the university without condition, 'that can say everything' is not a greedy system that captures all the existing spheres and objects, but a open institution that affirms and welcomes uncalculable and unpredictable things, or 'the impossible.' The continuation of the university and its 'sur-vival' will only be possible so far as we affirm the unconditionality and the right to deconstruction as its own condition. 데리다는『조건 없는 대학』에서 근대 대학의 전통을 대표하는 이념인 학문의 자유를 '모든 것을 공적으로 말할 권리'와 '무조건성'이라는 조건에 따라 재구성하고자 한다. 데리다는 대학과 인문학의 기반을 다져 왔던 다양한 사유 및 개념들에 대한 전면적인 재검토와 무조건적 질문의 권리를 '해체에의 권리'라고 명명하고, 이를 도래할 '새로운 인문학'의 핵심 원리로서 제시한다. '새로운 인문학'은 '불가능한 것'과 사건에 대한 해체의 무조건적인 약속과 책임에서 기존 대학과 인문학에 의미 있는 변화를 불러올 가능성과 동력을 확보하려 한다. 결국 데리다가 말하는 '모든 것을 말할 수 있는' 조건 없는 대학이란 기존에 알려진 온갖 영역과 대상들을 자기 것으로 포획하는 탐욕적 제도가 아니라, 계획하고 예측할 수 없는 것, 곧 '불가능한 것'을 긍정하고 환대함으로써 제 자신의 변형과 그에 따른 위험까지 장래에 내맡기는 열린 제도라고 할 수 있다. 대학의 지속과 '계속 살아감'은 이 같은 무조건성과 해체에의 권리를 자신의 조건으로서 긍정할 때 비로소 가능할 것이다.

GIS 및 QUAL2E 모델을 이용한 안양천 유역의 수질관리

Anyang stream is a representative urban stream to be located in the middle of Korea. The water quality of this stream is improving, but the water quality standard in this drainage area can not be achieved by the several factors. The QUAL2E running for water quality control and management using GIS was conducted in this study. Sensitivity analysis was done to find the impact of parameters on each water quality constituent. The running results of BOD and DO were revealed that Kl was the most sensitive to these items and p and u were the most sensitive to Chl-a. Org-P and Dis-P were influenced by β₄ and σ_(5). The model parameter was calibrated with the water quality and flow measuring data of September 2002 by the optimization model incorporated with the influence factor, which is fast and objective approach.

Non-Hodgkins lymphoma is a heterogenous group of neoplasm affecting the lymphoid system. About 10% of Non-Hodgkins and neck area involves the Waldeyers ring. Localization in the oral cavity is rare. We experienced one rare case of Non-Hodgkins lymphoma in the oral cavity, with trismus and persistent ulcerated swelling in the right-side chek as the chief complaint. ‘대학 비판’으로서의 글쓰기 수업 연구 -칸트, 푸코, 마르크스의 ‘비판’ 개념 검토를 중심으로-

본 연구는 대학 글쓰기 수업의 목표가 무엇보다 ‘비판’ 개념에 대한 폭넓고 깊이 있는 이해여야 함을 강조하고자 한다. 이를 위해 임마누엘 칸트와 미셸 푸코, 그리고 카를 마르크스가 제시한 ‘비판’ 개념들의 의미를 검토함으로써 글쓰기 수업시간에 ‘비판’과 글쓰기의 문제를 함께 고민할 이론적 근거를 마련하고, 그러한 ‘비판’의 구체적인 실천으로서 학생들에게 ‘대학 비판 글쓰기’를 독려하고 활용할 가능성을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 주요 목적이다. 먼저, 칸트의 『순수이성비판』 머리말(1787)의 일부를 읽으며 ‘비판’이란 이성의 근거와 조건, 기준, 원천, 범위, 한계 등을 철저하게 묻는 탐구임을 이해한다. 다음으로, 푸코가 「비판이란 무엇인가」(1978)에서 역설하는 “이런 식으로 통치받지 않으려는 기술”으로서의 비판 개념에 주목하며 그가 어떻게 칸트의 ‘비판’ 개념을 계승하고 또 심화하는지 살펴본다. 마지막으로, 『『독불연보』(1844)에 수록된 마르크스의 서한을 발췌해 읽으며 현실에 밀착한 실천적 비판, 곧 ‘가차 없는 비판’이란 어떤 것인지 파악한다. 이로써 본 연구는 대학 글쓰기 교육의 전문성이 ‘비판’ 개념에 대한 충실한 이해를 토대로 ‘대학 비판’을 적극적으로 수행하는 데 있으며, 대학 글쓰기 수업은 ‘대학 비판’ 작업을 통해 대학의 본질과 목적, 역할과 책임을 학생들 스스로 탐구하고 발명하도록 이끌어야 한다는 것을 결론으로서 제시하려 한다.

사회과학에의 물음과 문학연구의 갱신 가능성 - 가야트리 스피박의 논의를 중심으로

본 연구는 가야트리 스피박의 저서와 개념들, 특히 ‘비판적 지역주의’, ‘초국가적 읽기능력’, ‘새로운 교수법’ 등의 개념들을 중심으로 문학연구와사회과학, 그중에서도 비교문학과 지역학의 상호 협력 가능성을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 문학연구의 고유한 역할과 잠재력을 탐색하는 것을 목표로삼는다. 먼저, ‘비판적 지역주의’란 비교문학과 지역학이 의지해 왔던 기존지역 개념의 근거와 조건, 한계, 사용 맥락들을 재검토하는 지적 실천이다. 스피박은 전통적인 지역 분류법이 갖는 본질주의적 속성과 한계를 지적하면서도 그 분류에 따라 생산된 지식들을 활용하여 더욱 새롭고 다양한 지역 범주를 만들어낼 가능성을 모색한다. 다음으로, ‘초국가적 읽기능력’은 이미 주어진 개념이나 범주로 온전히 환원될 수 없는 개별 텍스트들의 차이 또는 잔여물들을 전 지구적 자본주의라는 특수한 조건과 연결 지어 의미화하는 역량이다. 스피박에 따르면 초국가적 읽기능력은 상상력을 기반으로 삼는데, 상상력은 예측 불가능한 타자성과의 만남에 따른 새로운 관계와 연대를 창안하고 발명하는 힘으로서, 아무런 연관성과 유사성에도 기대지 않고 전혀 다른 지역들 사이의 접점을 생성하는 동력이 된다. ‘새로운 교수법’은 스피박이 제시하고자 하는 ‘타자에게서 배우기’와 관련된다. 그 핵심은 ‘아래로부터 배우기’와 ‘배우는 법을 배우는 것’이다. 이는 배움이 오직 알려지지 않은 타자를 통해서만 가능하고, 우리가 배움의 대상과그 결과를 미리 알 수 없을 때에만 배움의 책임이 생겨날 것임을 배운다는 뜻이다. 이러한 배움은 현실이나 제도의 검증과 객관적 보편화를 외면하지 않고 오히려 그런 것과의 대면 속에서 타자에의 책임을 되묻는다는점에서 ‘이중구속’과 연루된 것이기도 하다. 스피박은 이처럼 이중구속과관계하는 타자성과 책임이 문학 교육과 연구를 아우르는 텍스트 읽기에서발견된다고 주장하며, 타자와 배우고 가르치는 읽기가 문학연구와 사회과학의 호혜적 갱신 가능성을 촉진하는 특유의 역량이 되리라 기대한다.

This study is not to present explanatory or conclusive study results, but exploratory study. The purpose of this study is establish a theory framework for the interrelations between travel agencies and hotels in tourism system, and to suggest proposals for cooperative relations between travel agencies and hotels. As empirical study results, ① there is no difference in the type of relations between travel agencies and hotels, ② interaction items(dependency, request, price, review of relational activities) are different by group(travel agencies and hotels), and ③ evaluation of relations between travel agencies and hotels as a whole could be explained by 5 interaction items(dependency, reliability, review of relational activities, cooperative sales, price). Futhermore in the future research, the study should be oriented to the exact of emirical research and in-depth research for interorganizational relations in tourism sector.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 설명적 혹은 결론적 결과를 제시하려는 것이 아니라 관광품질분야에서 미래 연구의 관심사항 및 문제점 등을 제안하려는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행의 문헌연구를 통한 탐색적 연구로서 관광품질에 대한 개념검토와 아울러 고려해야 할 제측면을 제시하였으며, 관광분야에서 품질을 어떻게 모니터할 수 있는가에 대한 이해를 증진시키기 위해 광범위한 연구활동이 필요하다는 것을 제시하고 있다. 앞으로 우리는 관광의 경제적, 사회ㆍ문화적, 생태적인 이 모든 세 가지와 관련하여 고단계 지향의 관광개발에 상당부분 공헌해야만 할 것이다.

This study is focused on the financial analysis of the tourist hotel in seoul. One is founded the superior hotel in seoul, Korea, and the inproved financial options to operate effectively the tourist hotel. To attain the objective, this study approached analysis techniques such as Cost Analysis, Capacibility Analysis to get out of debt, and Profits Analysis. Lotte hotel is founded the most effective operation. The hotel is operating at the high of level in cost controll, capacibility to get out of debt. Also, Renaissance hotel can be the most efective operation though the adjustion of cost controll, capacibility to get out of debt. In this regard, the results of this study are important at the improved hotel management of the other remaining hotels.
