This Study examined the opinion survey of the experts on Tourists Hotels as introducing the traditional culture medium-low price hotel brand concepts. Using a Delphi technique, the study identified the need of the traditional culture medium -low price hotels brand concepts. A Delphi technique analysis was then applied to examine two factors. One is the operational departments and the other is the non-departments. A valid and reliable 35 items(1round) and 47 item of scale(2-4round) was developed using four round independent samples consisted of the experts on Tourists Hotels.

This study is to investigate whether on-site training in industries affects the satisfaction and career decision of field trainees, and a questionnaire was distributed to hotel experiences and trainees in Jeju and Gangwon in consideration of COVID-19. As a result of multiple regression analysis with three components of field training, field training satisfaction factors, and career determinants, H1 was adopted as it was found that among the field training components, the company program had a significant effect on the training satisfaction of hotel trainees. H2 was found to have a significant effect on career decision-making among the components of field practice, and H2 was adopted. In H3, it was found that the satisfaction of field trainees had a significant effect on career decision-making. Therefore, as a result of this study, it is found that the correlation between field practice and career decision is very high, so universities need to strengthen field practice more in the future.

This study aims to investigate whether the physical environment of resort hotels affects customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The following conclusions were drawn. The physical environment of the H1 resort hotel will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Although the research was conducted in the process of COVID-19 and was not compared to before COVID-19, it is very meaningful to conduct research in Jeju, which is in the spotlight as a domestic travel destination due to the ban on overseas travel due to COVID-19. Resort hotels need to focus on promoting by emphasizing the scenery, internal facilities, convenience and comfort of hotels in the process of attracting hotel customers in the future. In the past, if the employee's service served as an important variable in the hotel's human service sector, it is necessary to keep in mind that the importance of the physical environment has become more prominent in recent years. As a result of the study, resort hotels have a very high correlation between the physical environment, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention, so resort hotels need to promote by emphasizing the hotel's landscape, internal facilities, and convenience and comfort in hotels in the future.
의료관광의 활성화방안에 관한 연구: 대전․충청지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to revitalize the medical tourism of korea. The previous studies showed that medical tourism had some merits which gave cheap medical treatment as well as sightseeing or relaxation in the area. Through documentary records and making of models and hypothesis of this research, we used variables of quality of medical service relating to physical part and also we used SPSS/WIN12.0 as a statics program considering the whole characteristics of samples. The results of this study are as follows: The quality of medical service of physical service environment(hospital facilities, location, hospital medical equipment) may have a positive effect on medical customer satisfaction. And the medical customer satisfaction may have a positive effect on revitalizing medical tourism. Finally, The success of Medical Tourism is influenced by physical invironment in hospital. Therefore, The operator of hospital has to be investment on hospital facilities.
외식프랜차이즈 가맹점의 가맹본점에 대한 만족요인에 관한 연구

외식프랜차이즈 산업은 매년 급속하게 확산되고 있다. 특히 국내 외식분야관련 창업의 열기가 높아짐에 따라 경험이 없이도 쉽게 창업을 할 수 있는 외식업은 다른 업종에 비해 프랜차이즈가 인기를 끌고 있다. 그러나 가맹점의 중도탈퇴와 재계약취소 등 가맹본점에 대한 가맹점의 불만족으로 인해 문제가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수도권 중심의 외식프랜차이즈가맹점을 대상으로 가맹점주가 기대하고 실제로 가맹계약을 하면서 경험한 서비스품질이 가맹점주의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수에 대해 선행변수라고 가정하고 지각된 서비스품질, 가맹점만족, 재계약의도 등 사이의 관계를 규명하고자 연구되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가맹본점의 서비스품질요인에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석한 후 이들 각 요인들에 대해 독립변수로 인적서비스, 물리적서비스, 매뉴서비스, 편리성으로 종속변수로는 가맹점의 만족도를 회귀식으로 하는 상관관계분석을 하였다.

A closed ended questionnaire was used, and a systematic sampling approach was employed to survey a sample of customer in five Budget hotel in Seoul. This study what is customer satisfaction and what is the difference the between the determinants of Budget hotel customer satisfaction and the expection and perceived performance?
