스테레오 화상을 통한 3차원 마이크로시스템의 깊이 계측

본 연구에서는 스테레오 이미지로부터 추출된 변위 히스토그램을 이용하여 마이크로 물질의 3차원 이미지 계측을 위한 모사 프로그램을 개발하였다. 스테레오 이미지에 대한 동일점 정합의 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 전처리 작업을 수행 하였으며, 동일점 정합단계에서 좌, 우 윈도우사이즈의 절대 크기, 평균화한 이미지들의 상관관계에 따른 동일점을 추적하여 최종적으로 마이크로크기 물질의 두께를 측정하였다.
전기화학적 중합으로 제조된 ABS/PPy 복합 박막의 전도특성

본 연구에서는 ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)을 주-고분자로 사용하여 산화안정성이 개선된 ABS/Polypyrrole 복합박막을 전기화학적 방법으로 합성하였다 우선 acetonitrile계의 용매로 주-고분자를 팽창시켰으며, pyrrole과 지지전해질이 백금전극에 미리 코팅된 ABS내부로 투과하여 백금 전극표면에 ABS/PPy복합체가 형성되도록 하였다. 결과적으로 전도성 ABS/PPy 복합박막은 polypyrrole과 비교하여 일정한 저항을 유지하였으며, 산화안정성도 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. ABS/Polypyrrole composite film has been synthesized by means of electrochemical polymerization in order to enhance the oxidant stability by using ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Strene) as a host-polymer. While the acetonitrile as a solvent swells the host-polymer ABS on Pt plate, and then the pyrrole in an electrolyte penetrates the Pre-coated ABS film during electrochemical Polymerization. Comparing with the sin91e-component Polypynole film, the resulting conducting ABS/PPy composite nim shows the good reliability for the uniform resistance and the enhancement of the oxidant stabilization.

Recently, Pb-free solder ball technology, which is getting more significant in miniaturization of electronic equipment, and resolution of recent environmental problems, is necessary to be developed. A plastic-core solder ball is much promising in those considerations. Plastic-core solder balls have the tendency to replace the usual metal-core solder ball from low material cost and superior mechanical properties. The thermal effects, however, are important in manufacturing process, such as deposing micro-sized metal thin film on the spherical polymer surface. Furthermore plastic-core solder balls are easy to be broken due to CTE and elastic coefficient of material property from heat transfer. We propose technical computational investigations for the manufacturing design and the reliability of plastic-core solder ball from thermal stress analysis.

Pure subunits of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) were obtained by chromatographic separation using DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex G-75 for the immunization. The spleen cells obtained after immunization of either w-hCG or β-subunits were fused with myeloma cells and twelve hybridoma cell lines were established. The results showed that the fusion efficiency and antibody producibility varied depending on the myeloma cell lines. The cell line P3×63-Ag8.653 was found to be a better fusion partner than SP2/0 for the production of antibodies from hybridoma cells. For the formation of ascitic fluid in mice, Incomplete Freund`s Adjuvant(IFA) was a better priming agent than pristane. The yield of specific monoclonal antibodies by the immuno-affinity purification method was 1.6-3.4 ㎎/㎖ ascitic fluid. Seven clones were studied for the specificity to w-hCG and its subunits using ^(125)I-labeled tracer and the clones were classified into 3 groups. The equilibrium affinity constants of the seven antibodies ranged from 5×10^7 M^(-1) to 8×10^8 M^(-1).

hCG subunit를 순수 분리정제하여 w-hCG와 ${\beta}$-subunit를 각각 Balb/c 생쥐에 면역 주사하여 얻은 비장세포를 myeloma 세포와 융합하여 12개의 하이브리도마 세포주를 얻었다. Myeloma 세포주에 따른 세포융합의 효율과 hCG 항체 생성율을 조사했을 때 $P3{\times}63$-Ag 8.653이 SP2/0 보다 우수했으며, priming agent에 따른 복수생성율을 조사했을 때 IFA가 pristane 보다 우수함을 알았다. 하이브라도마 클론에서 유발된 복수액을 immuno-affinity 정제했을 때 특이 항체의 양은 클론에 따라 복수 ml 당 1.6-3.4 mg을 얻을 수 있었으며 모두 $IgG_1$으로 나타났다. 이 중 7개의 단일클론 항체클론에 대해 w-hCG 및 ${\alpha}$와 ${\beta}$-subunit에 대한 친화항수를 조사했을 때 $5{\times}10^7/M$에서 $8{\times}10^8/M$로 나타났으며 이 특이 친화성에 의해 항체를 3개의 그룹으로 분류할 수 있었다.
