In this study, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were treated with nickel by electroless plating method for improvingelectromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance of MWCNT. The physical properties of electroless plated MWCNTwere analyzed by using ultra-high resolution scanning electron microscope (UHR-SEM), thermogravimetry (TGA), sheet resistanceanalyzer and EMI shielding analyzer. EMI shielding efficiencies of nickel electroless plated MWCNT were measured to be16 dB from 800 MHz band, which was 1.6 times increased compared to that of the activated MWCNT. Also, the averagesheet resistance of nickel electroless plated MWCNT was measured to be 70 Ω/sq, which was 56% decreased compared tothat of the activated MWCNT. This result could be attributed to the plating morphology on the surface of MWCNT. Thisresult could be attributed to uniformity of plating morphology on the surface, which has more effect on EMI shielding efficiencythan the amount of nickel plating.

본 논문에서는 CATV망을 통해 양안식 3DTV 콘텐츠를 전송하기 위한 송수신 정합 기술에 대해서 살펴보기로 한다. CATV망을 통해 3D를 전송하기 위해서는 3D 영상 포맷, 압축, 다중화, 시그널링, 전송 및 수신에 대한 기술 기준이 마련되어야 한다. 2D와 달리 3D는 부가 영상에 대한 전송이 대역폭 측면에서 부담으로 작용하고 또한 기존 2D 서비스와의 호환성 만족에 대한 요구사항이 있어 이를 잘 고려하여 설계되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내.외 3D 표준화 동향 및 국내 CATV망을 통해 3D 콘텐츠를 전송하기 위해 필요한 요구사항 및 시나리오에 대한 정의를 살펴보고 나아가 3DTV 시스템 및 콘텐츠 포맷, 부호화 및 복호화, 다중화 및 시그널링, 시스템 및 서비스 시그널링 및 전송 부분으로 나누어 관련 기술을 소개하고자 한다. This paper addresses the stereoscopic 3D broadcasting technology that delivers the 3DTV contents through the digital cable networks. In order to convey the 3D contents via DCA TV network, specifications of 3D video format, compression, multiplexing, signalling and transport are to be developed. Since 3D has some constraints unlike 2D, it is required to be well designed by considering the capacity of the additional view and the backward/forward compatibility. This paper goes with the latest trends of 3D standard, requirements and service scenarios and then covers the 3D format, compression, multiplexing and signaling, service information and transport/reception technologies.
암모니아수 처리된 그래핀 옥사이드의 전자파 차폐효율 특성

In this study, nitrogen doped graphene oxide (GO) was prepared using liquid phase ammonia treatment to improve its electrical properties. Also, the aminated GO was manufactured into a film format and the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency was measured to evaluate its electrical properties. The XPS result showed that the increase of liquid phase ammonia treatment concentration led to the increased nitrogen functional group on the GO surface. The measurement of EMI shielding efficiency reveals that EMI shielding efficiency of the liquid phase ammonia treated GO was better than that of non-treated GO. When GO was treated using the ammonia solution of 21% concentration, the EMI shielding efficiency increased by -5 dB at higher than 2950 MHz. These results were maybe due to the fact that nitrogen functional groups on GO help to improve the absorbance of electromagnetic waves via facile electron transfer.
