        토픽모델링 분석을 활용한 국내 자원순환 연구동향 분석

        Since the Wastes Control Act of 1987, Korea has laid the groundwork for proper waste management. The Framework Act on Resource Circulation was enacted in 2016 to manage and use waste throughout the entire lifecycle efficiently. Furthermore, “resource circulation” has recently become mainstream in domestic policies, such as establishing a digital-based resource circulation industrial complex as a part of the Korean New Deal 2.0. This study collected domestic studies on resource circulation, which has recently emerged as a major environmental issue, and analyzed research trends using topic modeling analysis. Relevant articles were collected from the Korea Citation Index using the keywords “resource circulation” and “circular economy,” and topic modeling analysis was performed on 207 papers and 712 keywords. Seven topics were drawn from the analysis: (1) energy-climate change policy, (2) eco-friendly design and systems, (3) waste electronics and plastic management, (4) revitalization of circular economy and local community, (5) environmental laws related to resource circulation, (6) concrete using recycled resources, and (7) matter flow analysis and management systems. In sum, it was found that many resource circulation studies have been conducted to address energy and climate change issues. In addition, resource circulation studies are not limited to policies and laws. Various studies are carried out across disciplines, such as engineering research on the management and utilization of specific resources and analytical research using tools, such as life cycle analysis (LCA). The findings of this study contributed to organizing major issues in recent resource circulationrelated research and guiding future resource circulation-related studies.

        물 공급을 위한 에너지 사용 요인분해 분석: Water-Energy Nexus 관점에서

        Water and energy are inextricably linked and referred to as ‘Water-Energy Nexus’. Recently, this topic has been drawing a lot of attention from various studies due to the exacerbated water availability. Korea’s water and energy consumption has been increasing consistently, which calls for better management. This paper aims to identify changes in electricity consumption in relation to water intake and purification processes. Using Log Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) Decomposition Analysis method, this study attributes the changes to major factorssuch as; Total population (population effect), household/population (structure effect), GDP/household (economic effect), and water-related energy use/GDP (unit effect). The population effect, structure effect, and economic effect contributed to an increase in water-related electricity consumption, while the unit effect contributed to a decrease. As of 2019, the economic effect increased the water supply sector’s electricity consumption by 534 GWh, the population effect increased by 73 GWh, and the structure effect increased by 243 GWh. In contrast, the unit effect decreased the electricity consumption by –461 GWh. We would like to make the following suggestions based on the findings of this study; first, the unit effect must be improved by increasing the energy efficiency of water intake and purification plants and installing renewable energy power generation facilities. Second, the structure effect is expected to increase over time, and to mitigate it, water consumption must be reduced through water conservation policies and the improvement of water facilities. Finally, the findings of this study are expected to be used as foundational data for integrated water and energy management.

        조기발견을 통한 보존적 치료가 척추 측만증에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe the effects of conservative treatment intervention for individual with scoliosis. Methods: Studies were selected through a search of computerized databases of the literature (KERIS, 2000-2010) using "early detection", "conservative treatment", "exercise", "physical therapy", "manipulation", "chiropractic", "therapy", "taping" and "orthosis" as keywords. Selected articles were classified by research design and statistical methods. Results: Application of the search strategy to the KERIS databases resulted in 132 articles. Based on titles and abstracts, 17 studies were selected, excluding articles of overlapping study, surgery, pharmacologic therapy and no correcting aim under conservative treatment. Among the 17 selected studies, the majorityof study design consisted of one group pretest-posttest design and additionally most of these studies were paired (or independent) t-test. The most frequently used intervention was exercise therapy. Conclusion: All articles showed that interventions were effective. Thus, early detection of scoliosis may be connected participation of early conservative treatment. It is important to reduce prevalence of scoliosis in adolescents using regular evaluation as an effective measure.

        Pure Varus Injury to the Knee Joint

        A 30-year-old male was involved in a car accident. Radiographs revealed a depressed marginal fracture of the medial tibial plateau and an avulsion fracture of the fibular head. Magnetic resonance imaging showed avulsion fracture of Gerdy’s tubercle, injury to the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), posterior horn of the medial meniscus, and the attachments of the lateral collateral ligament and the biceps femoris tendon. The depressed fracture of the medial tibial plateau was elevated and stabilized using a cannulated screw and washer. The injured lateral and posterolateral corner (PLC) structures were repaired and augmented by PLC reconstruction. However, the avulsion fracture of Gerdy’s tubercle was not fixed because it was minimally displaced and the torn PCL was also not repaired or reconstructed. We present a unique case of pure varus injury to the knee joint. This case contributes to our understanding of the mechanism of knee injury and provides insight regarding appropriate treatment plans for this type of injury.

        필라테스가 체지방률, 유산소능력, 그리고 하지 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of study was to investigate the effects of Pilates during 8 weeks on body fat rate, aerobic capacity and lower limb isokinetic strength. After we devided 40 subjects with randomized control, investigation group was participated Pilates during 8 weeks and we did body fat evaluation, graded exercise testing and knee isokinetic test before and after Pilates. After Pliates, Body weight, body fat rate, abdominal circumference were significantly reduced. maximal oxygen consumption, metabolic equivalent and aerobic threshold were significantly increased and left right knee extension and flexion peak torque were significantly reduced. In comparison with control group, Pilates group was significantly different in body weight, body fat rate, abdominal circumference difference before and after. Pilates group was significantly different in maximal oxygen consumption, metabolic equivalent ,aerobic threshold and left right knee extension and flexion peak torque difference before and after. In conclusion, Pilates was identified that had effect in beauty care angle and enhancing health conditions. 본 연구는 필라테스가 체지방률, 유산소능력 및 하지 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 40명의 대상자를 무작위로 실험군과 대조군으로 나누어 실험군은 8주간 필라테스에 참여하였고 사전, 사후에 체질량 측정, 운동부하 검사, 슬관절 등속성 검사를 시행하였다. 필라테스 운동 후 체중, 체지방률, 복부둘레는 유의하게 감소하였고 최대산소섭취량, 산소이용률, 무산소성 역치는 유의하게 증가하였으며 좌우측 슬관절 최대 신전과 굴곡 근력도 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 대조군과의 비교에서 필라테스는 체중, 체지방률, 복부둘레의 전후차에서 유의한 차이를 보였고 최대산소섭취량, 산소이용률, 무산소성 역치의 전후차는 유의한 차이를 보였으며 좌우측 슬관절 최대 신전과 굴곡 근력 전후차도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결과적으로 필라테스는 아름다운 몸매를 가꾸기 위한 미용적 측면과 건강 증진 측면에서 탁월한 효과가 있음이 검증되었다.
