This paper schemes to enable a learner to express already-learned「Giving andreceiving expressions」and「The voice」properlyin accordance with 'a point of view’in everyday writing, by making him or her attempt to summarize 「well-known Story」according to the 'Modified PBL' concept. In other words, by writing the story outlineof a familiar story well-comprehended, a learner not only can master variousvocabulary and expressions appeared in the Story but also may quote acquired「Giving and receiving expressions」and「The voice」with respect to ‘the point of view’. The purpose of this study is to show a learner correct expressions in writingas well as to see whether a learner uses properly his or her previous acquisitionconsidering the flow of the actual context. The previous acquisition in the studyis meant to be such as a causative verb, a passive voice, causative-passiveexpression, and giving and receiving expressions. In this study, it was observed that during the writing training of 'JanghwaHongryeon Jeon', the presentation of a specific and clear point of view to the learnerhas a considerable influence on the practical use of「The voice」and「Giving andreceiving expressions」acquired. Hence, it plans to deepen this study result furtherby evaluating the effectiveness of the story outlines in the writing training, throughthe analysis of more diverse learners’ story outlines obtained from applying the'Modified PBL' model and the comparison with even general writings.
