체육 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동 척도의 타당화 검증

이 연구는 교수학습 상황에서 교수자의 자율성지지 행동을 다차원적으로 진단 및 측정할 수 있도록 Tilga, Hein과 Koka(2017)가 개발한 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동 척도가 국내 체육교육 상황에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는지를 검증하였다. 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동 척도는 인지적 자율성지지 행동(5문항), 절차적 자율성지지 행동(5문항), 조직적 자율성지지 행동(5문항) 세 요인 15문항으로 구성되어 있다. 수도권과 부산 지역에 재학하고 있는 고등학생 981명을 대상으로 학생들이 인식하고 있는 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동을 조사하였다. 척도의 타당성 검증은 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 진행되었다. 부가적으로 심리적 욕구 만족을 준거 변수로 설정하여 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 통해 준거 타당도와 예측 타당도를 검증하였다. 척도의 타당성 검증 결과, 탐색적 요인분석에서 삭제되는 문항 없이 세 요인 15문항에 대한 타당도가 검증되었다. 확인적 요인분석에서도 세 요인 모델에 대한 적합도 지수가 모두 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 준거 타당도 검증에서도 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동은 심리적 욕구 만족과 정적 상관을 보였다. 예측 타당도 검사에서도 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동은 심리적 욕구 만족을 유의하게 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 국내 교수학습 상황에서도 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동 척도가 보편성을 지니고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 향후 이척도는 학습자가 인식하는 교사의 다차원적 자율성지지 행동을 구체적으로 파악하는 데 도움을 주고, 교수학습 상황에서 교사들이 자율성지지를 보다 효과적으로 적용하여, 교사 학생의 관계 향상뿐 아니라 교수학습 효과를 높이는 데 유용한 도구가 될 것이다. Purpose of this study was to test the reliability and validity of Korean version derived from a multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale for physical education, which was developed specifically by Tilga, Hein, & Koka (2017). Multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale consisted of three factors with 15 items—namely, cognitive autonomy support (5 items), procedural autonomy support (5 items), organizational autonomy support (5 items). Nine hundred eighty-one students (high school) participated in this study and completed the questionnaire in order to validate 15-item three-factor Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale for physical education. To test the validity of the Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale, the factorial structure of the scale was tested using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale demonstrated good internal validity, and then confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the measurement model of Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale as well as factorial and predictive validity. As results, in the EFA and CFA model fit of Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale was excellent by structuring three dimensions—that is, cognitive autonomy support, procedural autonomy support, organizational autonomy support. Overall, the Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale demonstrated good internal, factorial, and validity, as well as internal consistency. The conceptualization on the multi-dimensional teachers’ autonomy support behavior was discussed, and recommendations and suggestions for future study and directions were made concerning the usage of the Korean version of multi-dimensional perceived autonomy support scale in physical education.

체육수업에 대한 초등학생의 과제지향목표, 내적동기 및 상황적 흥미의 관계

The purpose of this study was to verify structural relationship among students' task??orientation, intrinsic motivation, and situational interests in elementary school. The subjects of this study??was the group that 6grade of elementary school samples of 254 questionnaires by convenience sampling is used??as final research materials. For those sheet, judged to be insincere and to be unsuitable for the purpose of this??study, and were missing questions excluded. SPSS 18.0 for window statistics package and AMOS 5.0 for window??statistics package were used for data analysis. The goodness of the model was confirmed by data analysis and then the??hypotheses testing were conducted. The findings are as follows: First, the task orientation has influence on??the interest effort. Second, the task orientation has influence on the competence. Third, interest effort has influence??on the situational interests. Fourth, competence has influence on the situational interests.

이 연구는 사회복지사들의 노인생활체육프로그램 운영 경험을 조사하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 사회복지사 5명이며, 자료수집및 분석은 비참여관찰, 면담을 실시한 자료를 바탕으로 주제별 약호화, 의미범주화, 의미개념화의 3단계로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인체육지도자의 채용에 대한 제한적 요소와 대안은 노인 이해를 전제로 하는 채용, 지도자에 대한 정보공유 및 추천 채용, 전문성 검증 채용으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인생활체육프로그램의 운영의 제한적 요소와 대안은 복지관 환경에 따른 선호프로그램, 수준별 프로그램, 사회 참여기회 확대 프로그램으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인생활체육시설 운영의 제한적 요소와 대안은 공간과 재정확충, 지역사회의 자원 활용으로 나타났다. 노인체육의 활성화를 위해서는 시설, 지도자, 프로그램의 복합적인 연계가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is social workers' managing experiences for senior life sports program.??study participants are consist of five social workers and data collection and analysis was executed as??steps of subject encoding, meaning categorization and meaning conceptualization with based on??results for non-participant observation and interview. As the result of study, at first,limited factors and??alternative for senior sports instructor’s recruitment was appeared as recruitment with assumption of??understanding on seniors and sharing information on instructors and recommendation recruitment,??recruitment with insufficient verification. At second, limited factors and alternative for managing of life??sports program for seniors was resulted as preferred program according to environment of welfare??center, program by level and program with expanded opportunity for social activity. Thirdly, limited factors and alternative for managing for senior sports facilities was resulted as??circumstance of facility according to financial base and use of resource from regional community. To??activate senior sports, complex connection of facility,instructor and program should be accomplished.
