국내 호수에서 Microcystins의 생합성에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열 다양성 분석

국내에서 분리된 독소생산 Microcystis 속과 조류 대발생 시기에 대청호, 충주호, 용담호, 소양호, 및 의암호에서 채취한 시료에서 조류 독소인 microcystins의 생합성에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열 다양성을 분석하였다. GenBank에 등록된 mcyA 염기서열과 비교한 결과, 국내 호소에서 분리된 Microcystis 속의 mcyA 유전자 염기서열은 매우 낮은 다양성을 나타내었다. 환경 시료 분석 결과, 2-3종류의 clone이 전체의 87-100%를 차지하였으며, Anabaena 속이나 Planktothrix 속의 mcyA 유전자와 유사한 염기서열은 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 대상 호소에서 microcystins는 주로 Microcystis 속에 의해 생산되며, 독소 생산에 관여하는 mcyA 유전자의 염기서열은 보존되어 있는 것으로 판단된다. The sequence diversity of mcyA gene involved in synthesis of microcystins was analyzed in Microcystis spp. isolated from the Korean reservoirs and in the environmental samples taken from the Daechung, Chungju, Yongdam, Soyang, and Euam Reservoirs at the cyanobacterial blooming season. It was estimated that the sequences of mcyA gene in the isolated Microcystis spp. were much conserved when compared with those in GenBank database. A few kinds of clones were dominant in the investigated environmental samples, occupying 87 to 100% of total clones. No mcyA sequences originated from Anabaena spp. or Planktothrix spp. was found. These results indicated that microcystins are produced mainly by Microcystis spp. and the sequences of mcyA genes are much conserved in the investigated Korean reservoirs.
제주해협 HFR 자료의 유효 범위 산정과 M<sub>2</sub> 조류 특성 분석

The effective range of surface current data observed by high-frequency radar (HFR) operated in the northern coastal area of Jeju Island by Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology was estimated and the distribution and variability of the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current of the Jeju Strait was analyzed. To evaluate the HFR data, the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current corrected from 25 hours current data observed by the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA) was compared with the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current in the Jeju Strait analyzed from the surface currents of HFR. The reliability of HFR data was confirmed by analyzing the characteristics of the tide components of these two data sets, and the effective range of HFR data was estimated through temporal and spatial analysis. The observation periods of HFR used in the analysis were from 2012 to 2014, and it was confirmed that there is a difference in the effective range of HFR data according to the observation time. During the analysis periods, the difference between the M<sub>2</sub> current ellipses from the data of KHOA and the HFR was greater in the eastern than in the western part of the Jeju Strait, and represented a high reliability in the western and central parts of the Jeju Strait. The tidal current of the Jeju Strait analyzed using the HFR data revealed a seasonal variability a relatively weak in summer and a strong in winter, about a 17% fluctuations between the summer and winter based on the length of the semi-major axis of tidal ellipse. Appraisals and results of regarding the characteristics and seasonal variability of the M<sub>2</sub> tidal current in the Jeju Strait using HFR data have not been previously reported, so the results of this study are considered meaningful.

상상력과 미메시스의 창조적 특성에 근거한 유아 상상력의 재개념화에 관한 탐색

본 연구에서는 그동안 주목받지 못하고 지식의 주변에 머물러 있던 유아 상상력이 창조적 지식으로서 재개념화 될 필요가 있음을 강조하였다. 특히, Adorno의 미메시스의 재현적 특성을 동원하여 유아 상상력이 가지는 창조적 특성을 강조하며, 유아 상상력이 새로운 사회를 형성할 수 있는 창조적지식으로서 다루어져야 할 필요성을 강조하였다. 이에 다음과 같이 논의를 전개해 나갔다. 먼저, 유아 상상력과 미메시스가 지닌 창조적 특성을 중심으로 살펴보았으며 다음으로, 유아 상상력의 재개념화에 대한 것으로, 창조적 지식으로서 유아 상상력이 유아교육에서 교육적 활동으로 재개념화 되어야할 필요성에 대해 이론적으로 제시하였다. This study paid attention to infant imagination. In the meantime, it has stayed on the periphery of knowledge. Thus, infant imagination may need to be re-conceptualized as creative knowledge. In particular, this paper emphasized creative characteristics of infant imagination by using the representational characteristics of Adorno`s Mimesis. Moreover, the infant imagination has been highlighted as a creative knowledge to form a new society. The results of the study were as follows: First, the creative characteristic of infant imagination and Mimesis characteristics was discussed. Next, related with re-conceptualization of the infant imagination, this paper proposed the theoretical ground that why the infant imagination as creative knowledge should be re-conceptualized as educational activities in the early childhood education.
