IT기술의 발달은 공급자가 되기 위한 벽을 허물면서 많은 소비자들을 소비와 동시에 생산을 하는 프로슈머화시켰다. 특히, 웹2.0시대를 주도한 UCC 열풍은 모바일2.0 시대와 더불어 팟캐스트로 이어지며, 방송 산업의 모든 진입 장벽을 허물고, 방송의 민주화 시대를 열었다. 최근 주류 미디어 또한 광고와 함께 파괴력 있는 재가공 콘텐츠를 팟캐스트에서 무료로 제공하게 되면서 사용자수가 대폭 늘어나고, 관련 광고 시장이 급속도로 팽창하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 우리나라에서도‘나는 꼼수다’와 같이 거침없고 직설적인 표현으로 무겁게만 여겨졌던 시사 이슈들을 일상 속의 대화형식으로 가볍게 다룸으로써 대중들의 관심과 참여를 이끌어내는데 성공한 팟캐스트도 등장하면서, 팟캐스트의 대중화가능성을 보여주기도 했다. 하지만, 팟캐스트는 방송심의에서 제외된 매체이기 때문에 자유로운 의사표현을 제재할 도구가 없고 사실과 왜곡된 정보들이 넘쳐날 가능성도 다분하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 팟캐스트의 등장배경 및 시장의 특징에 대해 살펴보고,‘나는 꼼수다’ 사례를 중심으로 팟캐스트의 발전가능성과 문제점을 진단해 보고자 한다. The advance of IT has broken down the wall of being producer so that many consumers could have the role of prosumer, by consuming and producing together. In this vein, the UCC of Web 2.0 turned to the Podcast of Mobile 2.0, which opened the democratization of broadcasting. Recently, mainstream media also started to join the Podcast market with the free version of influential contents and advertisement, which leads to the growth of customerbase and advertizing opportunity in Podcast services. In Korea, "I am ggomsu" showed the potentials of popularization of Podcast, by successfully getting the attention of customers via the outspoken expressions and interactive operation of the political topics. However, because Podcast is exceptional in broadcasting review, it also presented the limitation as a media in terms of both form and matters. In this paper, we investigate the background and market characteristics of Podcast first, then focus on the pros and cons of Podcast in order to measure the potential of Podcast service.

본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 현재 이루어지고 있는 미세먼지 관련 교육현황을 살펴보고, 이를 교육하는 교사의 미세먼지 교육에 대한 인식을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 7월에 예비조사를 하고 8~9월 두 달간 전라도에 소재한 유아교육기관 담임교사 302명을 연구대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 80% 이상의 유아교육기관에서 미세먼지로부터의 대응방법에 중점을 두고 교육을 실시하고 있었고 교육은 주로 미세먼지가 심한 날, 이야기 나누기 형식으로, 연관되는 단원에 따라 부분적으로 언급하며 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 체계적인 계획보다는 즉흥적이고 한정된 내용과 방법으로 교육이 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 교사들의 미세먼지 교육에 대한 인식을 살펴보았을 때, 교사들은 미세먼지에 대한 심각성을 인식하고 있었으며, 체계적인 미세먼지 관련 교육 또한 매우 필요하다고 느끼고 있다는 결과가 나타났다. 그러나 미세먼지 관련 교육에 대한 내용과 방법에 대한 지식의 부족과 관련 교재 교구의 부족으로 인해 미세먼지 교육에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 이에 앞으로의 효과적인 미세먼지 관련 교육을 위해서는 적절한 교사교육 실시와 관련 교재 교구의 개발 및 지원이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to find out the status of fine dust education in educational institutes for young children and the awareness of teachers about fine dust education. For this, 302 teachers of kindergarten and day cre centers were participated in this study. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the current status of education on fine dust has been found to focus on how to deal with fine dust, and to partially mention that way depending on the unit involved in a day with high dust level. Moreover, the detailed items of fine dust education are more biased toward one response, indicating that education is being conducted in more impromptu manner and content rather than systematic planning. Second, the results of recognizing fine dust related education show that teachers are aware of the seriousness of fine dust in Korea and feel that education related fine dust is very necessary. In addition, in response to difficulties in fine dust education, the respondents said they lacked knowledge of the contents, methods of effective education and the necessary teaching materials for fine dust education. In other words, the results showed that teachers education on fine dust and the development of teaching materials related to fine dust education are needed for the future education against fine dust.

본 연구는 립모션을 통해 피아노교육을 제공함과 동시에 알맞은 운지법을 제안한다. 기존의 피아노 교육 프로그램은 운지법을 제공하지 않아 피아노를 한 번도 접해보지 못한 사람들은 제대로 된 기초를 배우지 못했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 알맞은 운지법을 제안하고, 립모션과 컴퓨터가 실행되는 환경 어디에서든 프로그램을 실행 할 수 있도록 하였다.
