The primary goal of this study is to develop proper performance indicators for evaluating the results of industrial R&D program. We define R&D results include output, transfer, outcome, and impact in the performance of R&D program. Performance indicators are focused on the results of R&D commercialization, building the industrial foundations as performance proxy of R&D program of Ministry of Knowledge Economy. And we first try to design the coupled structure as logical model between R&D program goals and performance indicators. The coupled structure is represented with objectives of group unit of R&D program, implementation process, R&D practical stage, and the ultimate goal of R&D program.

The results of the analysis can be summarized at the following: First, the influence of job satisfaction varies factors in job stress expect participation in decision-making at full-time employees, but only two factors `task characteristic, role conflict` at part-time employees. Second, factors in job stress with role conflict, leadership style showed significant difference depending on employment mode. Therefore, full-time employment showed the increase task level and trust in organization and part-time employment showed increase task and participation in decision-making implying the decrease of job stress through the endowment organizational involvement. Third, the influence of job stress depending on the employment mode showed no significant difference.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership and work attitude through both the literature research and the empirical research using questionaries to the university working in and around the city of Seoul and Chungnam. A total of 274 questionnaires were collected from the 300 distributed. The responding rate was 92.7%. There are two kinds of leadership patterns; directive leadership and supportive leadership. The major findings obtained from this study; as follows. First of all, in the relationship between leadership patterns and work attitude, it is found that they show relatively the deep relationship. especially. In the Organizational commitment, it is found that directive leadership is relatively the higher than supportive leadership. The above results show that supportive leadership positively influences on the organizational work attitude than derictive leadership It is recommended that further studies are needed to decide how do the leader solve the conflict of the relations between labor and management?
