본 논문은 뉴미디어 시리즈 게임을 연구대상으로 하여 프로이드의 정신분석학과 매슬로우의 심리학을 주요 방법론으로 삼아 뉴미디어 시리즈게임의 심리적 기능을 논의하였다. 아울러 현대사회에서 후현대사회로의 변화에 따라, 또한 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 갱신으로 뉴미디어 시리즈게임을 포함한 게임류가 매우 용이하게 심리적 기능에 영향을 준다는 것이다. 즉 억압, 해방, 팽창이다. 여기에는 후현대사회의 파편화와 욕망화의 특징이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 동시에 컴퓨터 기술의 갱신에 따른 더 나은 게임 체험을 할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 모든 것들은 게임 체험자의 심리적 기능에 영향을 주는 매우 중요한 요인이다. This paper considers new media serious games as the study object, and Freudian psychology and Maslow``s psychics theory as methodology. Research purpose of this paper is study psychological function for new media serious games, especially with the post-modern society is gradually into the modern society and updating of computer technology, the games which including new media serious games is extremely to cause depression, release and swelling. Fragmentation and desire are the feature of post-modern society, while also updating computer technology brings a powerful gaming experience features, these are important factors which formed the psychological function of gaming experiencer.
새로운 플루오라이트 구조 강유전체의 Electrocaloric Effect

The electrocaloric effect can be observed in pyroelectric materials based on conversion between electrical and thermal energy, and can be utilized for the future environment-friendly refrigeration technology. Especially, a strong electrocaloric effect is expected in materials in which field-induced phase transition can be achieved. Emerging fluorite-structure ferroelectrics such as doped hafnia and zirconia, first discovered in 2011, are considered the most promising materials for next-generation semiconductor devices. Besides application of fluorite-structure ferroelectrics for semiconductor devices based on their scalability and CMOS-compatibility, field-induced phase transition has been suggested as another interesting phenomenon for various energy-related applications such as solid-state cooling with electrocaloric effect as well as energy conversion/storage and IR/piezoelectric sensors. Especially, their giant electrocaloric effect is considered promising for solid-state-cooling. However, the electrocaloric effect of fluorite-structure oxides based on field-induced phase transition has not been reviewed to date. In this review, therefore, the electrocaloric effect accompanied by field-induced phase transition in fluorite-structure ferroelectrics is comprehensively reviewed from fundamentals to potential applications.
간장 및 담도 : 만성간질환 및 간외담도폐쇄 환자에서 99mTc - DISIDA 간담도스캔을 통한 간세포기능의 평가

N/A Scintigraphic studies were performed in 15 normal subjecte, and 33 patients suffering from chronic parenchymal liver disease(liver cirrhosis 7, chronic hepatitis 5, hepatocellular carcinoma 1), and extrahepatic biliary obstruction(CBD stone 8, postoperative CBD stricture 4, pancreatic head ca 4, CBD ca 3, ampullary ca 1) using 99mc-DISIDA. Extraction and excretory functions of hepatocytes were evaluated with respect to liver-to-cardiac blood pool ratio(LCBPR) and washout index(WI). And relationships between these indexs and SGOT, total bilirubin levels were evaluated also. LCBPR was reduced in both patients groups(p< VVI was reduced only in those with extrahepatic biliary obstruction. LCBPR and WI were inversely correlated with total bilirubin levels(r=-0.49,-0 33, respectively).

Idiopathic membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava (MOVC) is the most common cause of hepatic outflow obstruction world-wide, especially among Orientals, and this lesion at its hepatic portion might be one of the common cause of portal hypertension in Korea, though having not been reported till now. Most of the symptoms and signs of the MOVC are those referable to portal hypertension, collateral circulation being the most prominent feature. Distribution and direction of collaterals of MOVC are, however, different from those observed in other causes of portal hypertension in that the collateral veins channels carry blood up-words to reach the superior vena caval system. So, large truncal collateral vessels, particulary on the back, strongly suggest MOVC. Final cliagnosis of MOVC comes from inferior vena caval catheterization and angiography using two catheters simultaneously inserted through the basilic and femoral vein by demonstrating web-like membranous structure in the IVC. The classical therapeutic approach has been transcardiac membranotomy by means of finger fracture technique, but percutaneous translumina1 angioplasty using balloon catheter has recently been recommended before proceeding to operative treatment because of its simplicity and safety. We have recently been confronted by one case of idiopathic membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava (MOVC) that was successfully managed by percutaneous balloon membranotomy, which has prompted this report with a review of this relatively rare condition.
