학교 밖 청소년의 진로장애가 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감, 우울의 매개효과

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년이 지각한 진로장애와 진로탐색행동의 관계에서 자아존중감과 우울의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 「학업중단 청소년 패널 조사 및 지원방안 연구」의 데이터를 활용하였다. 그 중 5차년도 조사(2017)에 참여한 318명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 활용하였으며 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 Baron와 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 분석단계에 따라 순차적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로장애, 자아존중감, 우울, 진로탐색행동은 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장애와 진로탐색행동의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로장애와 진로탐색행동의 관계에서 우울은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 연구의 논의와 결론을 제시하였으며, 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. This study is empirical research intended to test a mediated effect of Self-esteem and depression between career barrier and career exploration behavior of out-of-school youth’ This study utilized data from the 「A Study on the Survey for drop out of school」conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. The subjects of this study were 318 people who participated in the fifth year survey(2017). SPSS 21.0 was used for the analysis and to find out the mediating effect, sequential regression analysis was conducted according to the mediating effect analysis stage proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). Based on the results of this study; First, there were statistically significant correlation among in career barrier, Self-esteem, depression, career exploration behavior. Second, there were a partial mediation effect of out-of-school youth Self-esteem in the relationship between career barrier and career exploration behavior. Third, there were a partial mediation effect of out-of-school youth depression in the relationship between career barrier and career exploration behavior. Based on the results, implications and limitations were presented for future studies.

Steap4에 의한 지방세포분화 촉진 기전

Six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 4 (Steap4)는 철과 구리를 환원하여 철과 구리의 세포내 유입에 관여하는 금속 환원효소로, 구리 철의 항상성 뿐만 아니라 염증, 포도당 대사, 지질 대사에도 중요한 역할을 한다. 최근에 Steap4가 지방세포의 분화를 촉진한다는 보고가 발표되었으나, 이에 관련된 분자적 기전에 대해서는 알려지지 않았다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 Steap4에 의한 지방세포분화 촉진에 관련된 기전을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 3T3-L1 백색지방세포, 불멸화된 갈색지방세포(iBA) 및 생쥐의 배아 섬유아 세포인 C3H10T1/3 세포에서 Steap4을 감소시킨 후 지방세포분화 초기단계에 관련된 신호들을 분석하였다. Steap4을 shRNA로 감소시켰을 때 지방세포분화 초기 단계에서 3종류 지방세포의 세포 증식이 억제되었으며, 세포주기 관련 단백질인 cyclin A, cyclinD 그리고 cdk2의 발현은 감소하는 반면 세포주기 저해 단백질인 p21과 p27의 발현은 증가하였다. 또한 세포주기 관련 신호인 p38, ERK 그리고 Akt의 활성화는 억제되었다. 한편 지방세포분화 초기 단계에 관여하는 지방세포분화 전사인자들을 분석하였을 때, Steap4의 감소는 지방세포분화 활성 전사 인자인 C/EBPβ, KLF4의 발현을 저해하는 반면, 지방세포분화 억제 전사 인자인 KLF2, KLF3 그리고 GATA2의 발현은 증가시켰다. 또한 Steap4의 과발현은 C/EBPβ promoter에 존재하는 전사억제 히스톤 표지자인 H3K9me2과 H3K27me3을 감소시켰다. 따라서, 이상의 결과를 종합하면 Steap4는 지방세포분화 초기단계인 mitotic clonal expansion을 촉진하고 지방세포분화 전사인자들의 발현을 조절함으로써, 지방세포분화를 촉진시킴을 알 수 있었다. The six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 4 (Steap4) is a metalloreductase that plays a role in intracellular iron and cupper homeostasis, inflammatory response, and glucose and lipid metabolism. Previously, Steap4 has been reported to stimulate adipocyte differentiation; however, the underlying mechanisms of this action remain unexplored. In the present study, we investigated the molecular mechanisms involved in Steap4-induced adipocyte differentiation using 3T3-L1 cells, immortalized brown adipocyte (iBA) cells, and mouse embryonic fibroblast C3H10T1/2 cells. The knockdown of Steap4 using adenovirus-containing shRNA attenuated mitotic clonal expansion (MCE), as evidenced by the impaired proliferation of 3T3-L1 cells, iBA cells, and C3H10T1/2 cells within 48 hr after adding the differentiation medium. Steap4 knockdown downregulated G1/S phase transition-related cell cycle regulators (including cyclin A and cyclin D) and upregulated cell cycle inhibitors (including p21 and p27). Furthermore, Steap4 knockdown inhibited the phosphorylation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase, extracellular signal-regulated kinase, and Akt. Moreover, Steap4 knockdown repressed the expression of early adipogenic activators, such as CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein β (C/EBPβ) and Kruppel-like factor family factor 4 (KLF4). On the other hand, Steap4 knockdown stimulated the expression of adipogenic inhibitors, including KLF2, KLF3, and GATA2. The overexpression of Steap4 using an adenovirus removed the repressive histone marks H3K9me2 and H3K9me3 on the promoter of C/EBPβ. These results indicate that Stepa4 stimulates adipocyte differentiation through the induction of MCE and the modulation of early adipogenic transcription factors, including C/EBPβ, during the early phase of adipocyte differentiation.

배우 위치기반 인터랙티브 프로젝션 매핑을 위한 실감공연 통합제어시스템 개발

본 논문에서는 피사체의 위치를 실시간 추적하여 조명, 영상기기 등의 장치에 연동하여 공연무대에서 활용함으로써 실감나는 공연을 연출하기 위한 통합제어시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 프로젝션 매핑 S/W, 쇼 컨트롤 시스템, 동적피사체 추적시스템, 영상 무빙요크 등 네 가지의 요소기술을 구현하고, 각 요소 기술들의 통합 테스트 및 실제 공연에 적용함으로써 활용성을 검증하였다.

『향약집성방(鄕藥集成方)』「침구목록(鍼灸目錄)」에 대한 고찰(考察)

Acupuncture list of 『Hangyakjipseongbang』 had written based on 『Zhenjiuzishengjing』. However, there are only 258 acupuncture points instead of 364 full points. In the text, there are 8 prohibited points for moxibustion and 7 prohibited points for acupuncture. Also there are rules about depth & period of acupuncturing, about careful selecting of points for children and the pregnants and about the methods of acupuncturing by using supplementation and draining.

『화타현문내조도(華陀玄門內照圖)』의 약물포제(藥物포製)에 대한 고찰(考察)

Objective: Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu(華陀玄門內照圖) is a Huatuo`s book in two volumes, The second volume classifies poisonous and nonpoisonous medicines with explaining processing of medicinals. We, authors have concern on processing of medicinals in Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu. Methods: Through Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu text translation, we will try to categorize four ways: classifying 1) poisonous and nonpoisonous medicines, 2) methods of making medicines, 3) processing of medicinals using weter and fire and 4) methods of supplements in processing of medicinals. Result: There are some miss-matching in poisonous and nonpoisonous medicines category in Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotucomparing with Bencaogangmu. There are several methods in making medicines, processing of medicinals and supplements in processing of medicinals. Conclusion: These results explain that processing of medicinals in Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotuwere really diverse and various.

『의문보감(醫門寶鑑)』 「요통문(腰痛門)」에 대한 고찰

Objectives : "Euimoonbogam" is well known as similar as "Dongeuibogam" in some aspects. However, "Euimoonbogam" has its particular points comparing with "Dongeuibogam". Methods : We try to analyze "Low Back Pain" part by comparison "Euimoonbogam" and "Dongeuibogam". Results : "Euimoonbogam" intended to make contents clear. Causes, ways of classification, treatments and prescriptions of disease are simplified. There are no mention for pulse, massage and acupuncture methods. However, "Euimoonbogam" has author(Ju Myungsin)'s experiences and more. Conclusions : "Euimoonbogam" is similar to "Dongeuibogam" but it has author's opinion in various fields.

『신찬벽온방(新纂辟瘟方)』의 편제(編制)와 내용(內容)에 대한 고찰(考察)

Objective : "Shinchanbyeokonbang"(printed in 1613) was written by Heo Joon, who is an author of "Dongeuibogam"(also printed in 1613). Even though "Dongeuibogam" has "Onyeok"(chapter for pestilence), Heo Joon wrote technical book for pestilence as name as "Shinchanbyeokonbang". Therefore, we try to compare "Shinchanbyeokonbang" with "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok". Method : We compared formation and contents of "Shinchanbyeokonbang" with "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok". Result : "Shinchanbyeokonbang" has entirely new contents than "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok" in somehow, almost contents of "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok" are in "Shinchanbyeokonbang" though. Also "Shinchanbyeokonbang" reorganized prescrptions for pestilence not only in "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok" but also in "Dongeuibogam" ; "Han", "Hwangdal", "Hwa", "Yinhoo", "Hyeol", "Seup" and "Sasoo" Conclusion : "Shinchanbyeokonbang" was printed by Heo Joon at the same time when "Dongeuibogam" was printed in 1613. However, "Shinchanbyeokonbang" has newly formation and contents is some aspects comparing to "Dongeuibogam" "Onyeok", which is the similar chapter for pestilence because this book is the technical book for pestilence.

『소문(素問)』왕빙주(王氷註) 중(中)『영추경(靈樞經)』인용(引用)에 관한 고찰(考察)

Objective: Wangbing annotated『Suwen』through the method of book-quotation.『Lingshu』is the one in quotation. It is objective that『Lingshu』quotated by Wangbing and existing『Lingshu』are identical. Method:『Lingshu』quotated by Wangbing and existing『Lingshu』are compared. Result: 5 quotations out of 94 quotations of『Lingshu』are not in existing『Lingshu』, 11 quotations are different and 5 quotations are from『Suwen』. Conclusion: It is supposed that several types of『Lingshu』could be existed when Wangbing wrote annotated『Suwen』

『식료찬요(食療纂要)』중(中) 오채(五菜)를 이용한 식치(食治) 연구(硏究)

Objective: 『Sikryochanyo』written by Jeon Soonyi is the first food-Therapy book at Korea. In 『Sikryochanyo』, there are many kinds of food-Therapy including Five-Vegetable therapy. Method: We will try to find out cases of food-therapy with Five-Vegetable in 『Sikryochanyo』. Result: In 『Sikryochanyo』, Five-Vegetable were treated as materia medica widely. Green onion, one of Five-Vegetable as materia medica was the major in use and porridge or soup were the major in frquency. Conclusion: On several types of Five-Vegetable, such as parts or whole, methods to make, the prescription shape etc., there are plenty of usage with its own effectiveness.

『目科一覽』의 編制와 內容에 대한 考察

Objective : The field of specialty in medicine origins from general or comprehensive theories of medicine. 『Mokgwaillam』 is a book of ophthalmology. However, its contents are from 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」. We need to compare 『Mokgwaillam』 with 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」 and find out how they are different or similar. Method : Contents comparison between 『Mokgwaillam』 and 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」 was conducted in contents movement, deletion, transformation and so on. Result : The most content of 『Mokgwaillam』 derived from 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」 even though 『Mokgwaillam』 adjusted several parts of 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」 as a book of ophthalmology. Conclusion : Because 『Mokgwaillam』 contents are not outright and remarkable in ophthalmology field, 『Mokgwaillam』 has its limit. On the contrast, we suggest that 『Mokgwaillam』 could represents speciating ophthalmology field in Traditional Korean Medicine. The reason is that 『Mokgwaillam』 tried to remake 『Dongeuibogam』 「Ahn」 contents as a ophthalmologic book in some aspects ; contents movement, deletion, transformation and so on.
