Comparison of Structural Types of Proline Pentamer by Quantum Chemical Calculation (QCC)

In this study, Proline pentamer model was used to investigate change in the dihedral angle, intramolecular hydrogen bonding and formation energies during structural optimization. L-Proline (LP, as an imino acid residue) pentamers having four conformation types [β: φ/ψ=t−/t+, α: φ/ψ=g−/g−, PPII: φ/ψ=g−/t+ and P-like: φ/ψ= g−/g+] were carried out by QCC [B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)]. The optimized structure and formation energy were examined for designated structure. In LP, P-like and PPII types did not change by optimization, and β types were transformed into PPII having no H-bond independently of the designated ψ values. PPII was more stable than P-like by about 2.2 kcal/mol/mu. The hydrogen bond distances of d2(4-6) type H-bonds were 1.94 - 2.00Å. In order to understand the processes of the transformations, the changes of φ/ψ, distances of NH-OC (dNH/CO) and formation energies (ΔE, kcal/mol/mu) were examined.

This study analyzes the present situation and a problem of social welfare facilities, and in order to administer social welfare facilities rationally, I propose what kind of change the government and social welfare facilities must practice. As the problem of social welfare facilities, at first facilities operation is closed, secondly accounting irrationality appears, thirdly services cannot be various, and finally human rights in facilities are receiving infringement. As the problem of government, governmental director and supervision function cannot be performed well. And because governmental assistance for social welfare facilities is shot, facilities operation is hard. In order to solve these problems, facilities improve service for clients. Secondly human rights of clients must be ensured in facilities. Thirdly manager must operate facilities justly with a democracy. Finally the government expand subsidy, and must exercises director and supervision authority more positively. For this, it is necessary to make a team taking charge of social welfare facilities only in the local government.
멘토링을 통한 예비 생물 교사의 ‘호흡’에 대한 교수학적 내용 지식의 변화

The purpose of this study is to investigate how pre-service biology teachers' pedagogical content knowledge (PCK, hereafter) changes when they receive mentoring while creating concept maps and V-diagram about the subject of 'respiration' included in middle school science. To this end, eight pre-service biology teachers taking 'Science Teaching and Learning Theory' were asked to draw up a concept map and V-diagram of 'respiration' and mentored, and interviews were also conducted. All interview data were transcribed, and PCK components found in their concept maps and V maps were analyzed. The study results are as follows. The 'intention, purpose, and goal knowledge' for the topic of 'respiration' were not expressed in the initial concept maps, and the 'principles of respiratory movements' was not clearly presented. After mentoring, the 'purpose of respiration' and 'principles of respiration movement' clearly appeared in their concept maps and V-diagrams, and the 'knowledge of the curriculum' on 'respiration' was also refined. In addition, it was confirmed that in their final concept maps, the perception of their own misconceptions or 'the knowledge of the students understanding' was generated. From these research results, it can be seen that mentoring can enhance the PCK of pre-service biology teachers, and the concept map and V diagram can be excellent tools to check the PCK.
