        중국의 부상에 따른 중국-이란 관계 회고와 발전 방향 연구

        중국의 부상은 기존 국제체계에 적지 않은 변화를 예고하고 있다. 그러나 상호 의존도가 높아지는 현대 국제사회에서 한 세력의 부상이 곧바로 세력균형의 붕괴로 인식되는 전통적 시각이 공감되지는 않는다. 현대 국제사회가 관심을 집중하는 것은 냉전해체 이후 미국 주도의 세계화가 진행되는 상황에서 중국이라는 새로운 세력의 부상이 어떻게 수용될 것이냐이다. 중동지역은 냉전 이후 미국의 패권적 영향력이 확립된 지역이라는 점에서 향후 중동의 정세 변화가 미래 국제체계의 현황을 직접적으로 보여줄 수 있다. 특히 중국은 제조업 중심의 무역대국으로 성장하면서 에너지와 자원에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 따라서 중국은 에너지 안보를 위한 전략적 접근을 시도하고 있으며 이는 필연적으로 기존 미국의 패권질서의 일부와 충돌 혹은 교차해야 할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 중동정책에 동조하지 않으며 중국과 일찍이 전략적 관계를 수립한 이란을 중심으로 중국의 중동전략을 분석한다. The rise of Chinese power will change shape of current international structure. However, most people do not agree traditional concept that one rising power must bring the end of current balance of power. In today’s world we are more interested in the shape of new international structure that included powerful China. Middle East would be best place that show us new shape of international structure. China as a huge trade nation demand constant supply of oil and resource. Thus, China is tactically approach Middle East and it will make some dispute between China and US. This study will analysis China’s policy toward Middle East by analysing China’s strategy toward Iran which is one of the biggest hostile nation against US in the region.

        M&A 市場의 環境變化와 對應戰略

        The domestic M&A's market has been sluggish because of the specific cooperate structure like 'Chae-bul' and immaturity of the capital market in Korea. But these days it gets kind of brisk due to the open-door policy in the capital market and liberalization of foreign investment with the difficulty of mutual investment among the affliated companies of Chae-bul and the occupancy of management such as holding stocks. The strategy of the Korean firms against dynamic change of the domestic M&A's market requires understanding the substance of M&A. First, that understanding is a problem in which M&A is a desirable economic action. M&A can be defined as the replacement of the company with the new company or management, or the competition among the managements. It's a positive game rather than a zero-sum game because it can produce added value, Second, that understanding is a question of the open foreign policy in M&A's market. M&A funds are profitable as they're long-term investments in Korea and we can import technological know-how from overseas. Meanwhile the management defensive regulatory system against hostile M&A should be placed properly by two methods. One is to enlarge the defensive function such as strengthening the authority of the board of directors & the creation of modification of the articles of incorporation, and to restructure the company such as restructuring, merging, division. and unifying companies. The other is to ease the regulation of issuing CB and acquiring our own company's stock, Above all things, company's transparency, however, must be promoted, and management authority should be enlarged such as reengineering and lay-offs, and merged companies should be competitive by achieving an advanced technology.

        1930년대 초 김규식의 국제정세 인식과 대내외 대응

        Kim Kyu-sic(1881-1950) was a leader in the Korean independence movement and the early history of South Korea. This paper aims to research his perceptions of the international situation in his the Far Eastern Situation, and to revaluate his status and role in Korean independence movement in the early 1930s. Kim Kyu-sic carefully grasped the changing international situation and political dynamics in the early 1930s. In accordance with his perceptions of international situation, he stepped up efforts to build up the united front and, to lead with-directing American and China propaganda activities for Korean independence at the same time. Therefore, he led to set up the Alliance of United Front toward Japan(對日戰線統一同盟) and the Sino-Korea People's League(中韓民衆大同盟, SKPL) nearly at the same time. First, if we look at his activities of setting up the united front, he efforted to strengthen the support base and the money security of the Alliance of United Front toward Japan in the Americas. Accordingly he developed the Alliance of United Front toward Japan into 'the advanced body of the united front'. Particularly, the fund for the independence movement that he collected was a great help not only to the Alliance of United Front toward Japan, but also to the Koran Provisional Government. It was also used to support the Chosun Revolutionary Army and the Korean Independence Army. Kim Kyu-sic' efforts to establish the foundation of the united front in the early 1930s established a foothold to the united front of the Kim Ku's nationalist faction and the Kim Won-bong national faction after the Sino-Japanese War and the Pacific War. Next, Kim Kyu-sic organized the Sino-Korea People's League in order to strengthen the ties between the Koreans and Chinese people and, formed the New York branch of the Sino-Korea People's League in the Americas in order to collect the fund for independence movement. His activities helped to establish the full scale mutual assistance of Korea and China after the Sino-Japanese War. He also was an executive director in China-Korea Cultural Association in 1942 and took the head for Korea-China ties. Kim Kyu-sic also developed the various toward-America propaganda activities for the independence movement. By his doing so, he informed the Americas of the actual circumstances in the Far Eastern and age- appropriately tried to arouse public opinion against Japanese colonial rule in the Americas. In conclusion, I think that Kim Kyu-sic's perceptions of the international situation and his intenal and extenal responses in the early 1930s sufficiently showed the possibilities of establishing the united front and building up a mutual assistance of Korea and China.

        중국의 G2 부상에 따른 주변국 전략변화 추이와 지역경제 영향 연구

        Since 1989 chairman Deng stand behind the real politics and unexpected candidate chairman Jiang was become to the power and form the collective leadership system. China has been expand her economy rapidly and appeared as G2 after year 2000. When chairman Xi came to the power china shows more influence in the international affairs. Especially, China’s new strategy “one road one belt project” make huge influence toward nearby nations. This study will focus on the change of Chinese power structure and their change of foreign policy since chairman Xi. 중국은 1989년 천안문 사태 이후 갑작스럽게 당시 최고지도자였던 덩샤오핑이 2선으로 물러나고 강택민을 중심으로 하는 집단지도체제가 형성 되었다. 이러한 권력구조 하에서 중국은 지속적인 경제발전을 거듭하였고 G2의 위치로 성장하였다. 시진핑 지도부의 출범이후 중국은 강력한 경제력을 기반으로 과거 도광양회와 같은 소극적인 대외정책을 버리고 보다 적극적으로 국제사회에서 중국의 영향력을 과시하고 있다. 특히 일대일로 프로젝트와 같은 과감한 정책을 통해 보다 적극적으로 주변국에 영향력 확대를 모색하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 권력구조의 변화를 분석하고 새로운 중국의 대외전략에서 주변국 정책이 가져온 변화와 기회를 분석할 것이다.

        2004년 한국 백내장굴절수술학회 회원 설문조사 한국에서의 백내장 수술의 최근 경향

        Purpose: This study investigates the current situation and future trends in the field of cataract and refractive surgery in Korea. Methods: Since 1995, the members of the Korean Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (KSCRS) have been surveyed annually on cataract and refractive surgery. The 2005 annual survey, consisting of 74 multiple-choice questions, was mailed in February 2005 to 364 KSCRS members. Seventy-six (20.8%) members answered. Current data were compared with those of previous annual surveys and with those of annual surveys of ASCRS (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) members. Results: The duration of hospitalization has decreased annually and the use of topical anesthesia (49%) has hemained stationary. Self sealing wound construction was the main wound closure technique in phacoemulsification (66%). Acrylic intraocular lenses are the most preferred (75%) for small incisioncataract surgery. The implantation of phakic IOL was performed by 30% of respondents and interests in the value added by IOL has increased annually. Conclusions: This survey summarized current trends and changes in cataract and refractive surgery in Korea.
