        코로나19로 인한 비대면학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 학업성취도간의 관계 : 대학생활적응의 매개효과 중심으로

        Objectives The purposes of this study were to examine whether the link between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement would be mediated by college life adaptation among nursing students in a non-face to face learning environment during COVID-19. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with 122 nursing students. The data was collected in February 2021. College life adaptation was assessed by the college life adaptation scale, subdomains were social adaptation and academic adaptation. Academic self-efficacy was measured by an academic self-efficacy scale. Academic achievement was measured with an academic achievement scale. A multiple regression analysis and Sobel s test were performed. Results In the correlations among college life adaptation, academic self-efficacy, and academic achievement, social adaptation in college life adaptation indicated significant positive correlations with academic adaptation (ρ=.42, p<.001) and academic achievement (ρ=.29, p=.001); academic adaptation in college life adaptation indicated significant positive correlations with academic self-efficacy (ρ=.66, p<.001) and academic achievement (ρ=.58, p<.001). Academic self-efficacy and academic achievement displayed a significant positive correlation (ρ=.41, p<.001). The association between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement showed significantly full mediating effects by college life adaptation in the Sobel s test (z=5.86, p<.001). Conclusions Social adaptation in college life adaptation showed a significant positive correlation with academic achievement, and academic adaptation showed a significant positive correlation respectively with academic self-efficacy and academic achievement. Nursing students’ adaptation to college life, high academic self-efficacy, and excellent academic achievement are very likely to have a tremendous impact on their career or future after graduation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program that improves academic achievement through academic adaptation and academic self-efficacy in nursing students’ non-face-to-face learning environment. 목적 본 연구에서는 코로나19로 인해 변화된 비대면학습환경에서 간호대학생들의 학업적 자기효능감과 학업성취도간의 관계에서 대학생활적응의 역할을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계연구로 2021년 2월 25일부터 2월 26일까지 수집된 자료로 분석하였으며, 연구대상자는 간호대학생 122명이었다. 대학생활적응은 대학생활적응 도구로 측정하였고, 하위영역은 사회적응과 학업적응이며, 학업적 자기효능감은 학업적 자기효능감 척도로 측정하였으며, 학업성취도는 학업성취도 도구로 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 대학생활적응, 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도간의 상관관계에서 대학생활적응 중 사회적응은 학업적응(ρ=.42, p<.001), 학업성취도(ρ=.29, p=.001)와 유의한 양적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 대학생활적응 중 학업적응은 학업적 자기효능감(ρ=.66, p<.001), 학업성취도(ρ=.58, p<.001)와 유의한 양적 상관관계를 나타났다. 학업적 자기효능감과 학업성취도간은 유의한 양적 상관관계를 보였다(ρ=.41, p<.001). 학업적 자기효능감과 학업성취도간의 관계에서 대학생활적응 중 학업적응은 매개변수로 작용하였다(Z=5.86, p<.001). 결론 간호대학생의 원만한 대학생활의 적응과 높은 자기효능감, 그리고 우수한 학업성취도는 졸업 후의 자신의 진로나 미래에 큰 영향을 줄 가능성이 높다. 따라서 간호대학생의 비대면학습환경에서는 대학생활적응을 통한 학업성취도를 향상시키는 프로그램 개발이 필요하겠다.

        학생간호사의 윤리역량에 대한 개념분석

        본 연구는 Walker와 Avant의 방법을 이용한 학생간호사의 윤리역량에 대한 개념분석 연구이다. 최근 10년 간 윤리역량에 대한 국내 및 국외 선행연구 최종 11편을 선정하여 분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 학생간호사의 윤리역량의 개념은 윤리적 민감성, 윤리적 판단력, 윤리적 행위에 대한 실천의지, 윤리적 행위의 실행력이 속성으로 도출되었다. 선행요인은 자기이해, 지지적 환경, 윤리적 갈등 경험, 윤리교육 경험이었으며, 결과는 간호전문직관, 간호직에 대한 만족도, 환자안전으로 나타났다. 즉, 학생간호사의 윤리역량 향상을 위해서는 다차원 간 균형적인 성장과 발달이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 통해 학생간호사의 윤리적 민감성, 윤리적 판단력, 윤리적 행위에 대한 실천의지, 윤리적 행위의 실행력이 향상될 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 학생간호사 스스로 충분한 자기이해와 학생간호사를 지원해줄 수 있는 지지적 환경, 과거에 윤리적 갈등상황에 직면했던 경험 및 윤리역량을 향상시키기 위한 교육의 경험이 선행되어야 하며, 학생간호사의 윤리역량 향상은 결과적으로 간호전문직관을 확립하고, 간호직에 대한 만족도가 높아지며, 환자안전에 기여할 수 있다. 이를 기초로 학생간호사의 특성을 반영한 윤리역량의 속성이 잘 반영된 도구 개발 연구를 제언하며, 학생간호사의 윤리역량을 향상시키기 위한 전략 및 효과적인 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 추후 연구를 제언한다. This study examined the concept of nursing student"s ethical competence. The concept analysis process by Walker and Avant was used to clarify the meaning of nursing student"s ethical competence. As a result, the concept of nursing student"s ethical competence was defined in terms of ethical sensitivity, ethical judgement, willingness to implement ethical behavior, and execution power of ethical behavior. Self-understanding, supportive environment, experience of ethical conflict and experience of ethical education can be seen as antecedents for nursing student"s ethical competence. The nursing student"s ethical competence results in nursing professionalism, satisfaction with nursing, and patient safety. The results of the analysis establish a basis for an instrument to evaluate nursing student"s ethical competence. This will guide educators, as well as managers in healthcare, to develop an education program for improvement nursing student"s ethical competence.

        조직구성원의 고용가능성 인식과 조직과 직무에 대한 태도와의 관계에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 고용가능성과 조직몰입, 직무몰입 그리고 이직의도와의 관계를 실증적으로 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 고용가능성은 조직구성원들이 조직내부(내부유연성) 또는 조직외부(외부이동성)에서 타업무를 수행할 수 있는 가능성을 말하는 것으로서 조직 업무환경의 변화가 심하고, 평생직장의 개념이 사라지고 있는 상황에서 매우 중요한 개념으로 떠오르고 있다. 변화의 시대에 조직이 지속적으로 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 구성원들의 고용가능성을 높이는 노력을 해야 하고, 구성원들 역시 장기적인 경력관리를 위해서는 노동시장에서 자신의 가치(‘몸값’)를 높여야 한다. 그러나 고용가능성을 높이는 것이 조직에 부정적인 결과를 보일 수도 있다. 조직에 대한 몰입도를 떨어뜨리고 이직률을 높일 수도 있는 것이다. 본 연구는 실증연구를 통해 이 문제에 대한 현상을 파악하고자 하였다. 사무관리직 255명을 설문조사하여 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 볼 때, 조직구성원들이 고용 가능성이 높다고 인식할수록 조직에 대한 몰입은 낮아지는 경향이 있으나, 직무에 대한 몰입은 오히려 높아지는 경향이 있었다. 내부유연성보다는 외부이동성이 조직과 직무에 대한 태도와 더 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다는 것도 알았다. 특히 외부이동성은 이직의도를 높이는데 상당한 기여를 하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 고용가능성의 다중적 의미를 보이는 것이며 고용가능성 관리의 딜레마를 시사하고 있다. There have been dramatic changes in the employment relationship. organizations and employees may need to seriously consider new career management under boundaryless careers circumstance, so career is more important to each others, specially to employees. This research investigate the relationship between employability(internal flexibility, external mobility) and organizational commitment(affective, normative and continuance), job involvement, turnover intention. For an empirical research, questionnaires were distributed to different types of 13 business firms. 264 questionnaires were collected from 325 distributed ones, recording responding rate of 81.2%. Among the collected questionnaires, 255 were used in the analysis excluding 9 unreliable ones. The major findings obtained from statistical analysis are as follows: first, employability, internal flexibility, have statistically significant negative influence on normative commitment, and external mobility have significant negative influence on continuance commitment. second, external mobility have statistically significant positive influence on job involvement, also positive influence on turnover intention. third, collectivism have statistically significant positive influence on affective and normative commitment, also positive influence on job involvement, negative influence on turnover intention. fourth, based on type of employability, high on internal flexibility- external mobility group is more positive attitude for job than other groups. and low on internal flexibility-external mobility group is low level of affective commitment than other groups. All of results explain that employability, career based concept, is affect on employees' attitude for organizational and job. so that organization have strategic method for HR practice(eg, education for competency etc) implicate to increase employability for career management.

        시뮬레이션 간호교육에서 간호대학생의 상호작용특징, 수업몰입, 의사소통능력 및 문제해결능력의 관계: 사회연결망 분석을 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social network characteristics, flow in class, communication skills, and problem-solving skills of nursing students in simulation. Methods: For this study a descriptive survey design was used. Participants were 100 nursing students who attended in 2 university and completed the self-report questionnaire. Data were collected from October 14 to December 6, 2019 and were analyzed with SPSS 26.0, AMOS 21.0 and Netminer 4 evaluation version. Results: It was confirmed that the task advice network centrality of nursing students fully mediates their communication skills and affects their problem-solving skills and that friendship network centrality completely mediates flow in class and communication skills, and affects problem-solving skills. Task advice network centrality, friendship network centrality, flow in class, and communication skills were found to explain problem solving skills by 51.8%. Conclusion: In order to increase the problem-solving skills of nursing students in simulation nursing education, a strategy to improve their flow in class and communication skills is essential and it suggests the need to make it part of the curriculum. In addition, in order to increase the communication skills of nursing students, it is necessary to be careful when making a team to minimize the team members isolated within the team so that smooth interaction can occur.

        돼지에 있어 인공혈관으로 대정맥 재건을 통한 자가 부분 간이식 동물 실험 모델

        Purpose: Experimental animal models are useful training methods for liver transplantation, despite of ethical issues. The aims of this study are to examine the technical feasibility of living donor liver transplantation in pigs and to address the ethical problems. Methods: Eight pigs were used in this experiment. The pig liver was divided via a left hemi-hepatectomy without inflow occlusion. The GORE-TEX<SUP>R</SUP> Vascular Graft was used as a replacement for the inferior vena cava during the graft. After the bench technique, the remnant right lobe of the pig was removed. During the anhepatic phase, an abdominal aortic clamp in combination with general hypothermia was applied, instead of using a conventional bypass procedure. Results: Anhepatic time was 41.3±7.0 min and cold ischemic time was 200.3±29.4 min. The 1<SUP>st</SUP>, 4<SUP>th</SUP>, and 8<SUP>th</SUP> pig died because of declamping shock and arrhythmia on releasing the abdominal aortic clamp. Three pigs had five postoperative complications: pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, IVC thrombosis, portal vein thrombosis, and bile duct stricture. The 6th pig received a hepaticojejunostomy due to stricture of the anastomosis site at 37 days after transplantation. Conclusion: Pigs are economically and ethically more convenient compared to primate models. For auto-liver transplantation, no immunotherapy was needed. The pigs lived relatively long, allowing operative faults to be detected and studied. This experimental model will be useful training for living donor liver transplantation.

        병원간호사의 정보활용능력과 개인정보보호에 대한 인식이 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to elucidate clinical nurses’ ethics germane to information literacy and perception of patient data privacy and thus help nurses to develop more positive and consolidated ethical values. Methods: For this study a descriptive survey design was used. Participants were 142 nurses who worked in a hospital and completed self-report questionnaires. Data were collected from August 1 to 5, 2016 and were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 22.0. Results: Ethical value had a positive correlation with information needs (r=.25, p=.002) in information literacy as well as in direct patient care (r=.27, p=.001), shift work (r=.20, p=.016), patient information management (r=.39, p<.001), and communication (r=.24, p=.004) in perception of patient data privacy. Patient information management, educational background, and age were significant variables predicting the level of ethical values and accounted for 21% of the variance. Conclusion: Ethical values education with particular emphasize on managing patient information should be encouraged for nurses who are younger and have a lower education level. Findings indicate a need for education programs to guide clinical nurses to utilize appropriate information when solving ethical challenges in every day nursing practice.
