In this study, the antitumor activities were investigated using β-Immunan, a proteoglycan obtained from cultured mycelia of the IYO09 strain of Ganoderma lucidum IY009belonging to basidiomycetes. The result showed the significant effect of cytotoxicity test against murine sarcoma 180 and murine Iymphocytic leukemia L1210 using immunized macrophage cultures by β-Immunan. When intraperitoneally injected at 40 mg/kg/day daily for 10 days, β-Immunan inhibited the growth of sarcoma 180 solid tumor in ICR mice by 88.8% (p<0.05). It was also observed that β-Immunan increased life span by 85.2% (p<0.01) after treatment of 100 mg/kg/day in BDFI mice bearing Iymphocytic leukemia L1210. And combination therapy with cisplatin (dosage: 4 mg/kg) increased life span by 140.4% (p<0.05) after treatment of 100 kg/mg/day in BDFI mice bearing Iymphocytic leukemia L1210.

본 논문은 WebRTC(Web Real-Time Communication) 기반의 화상회의 솔루션에 이기종 단말을 연동 시킬 수 있는 시스템의 구조에 관한 연구이다. 본 시스템은 WebRTC 기반의 단말과 미디어 협상에 필요한 시그널을 중계 해 주는 시그널 서버, 이기종 단말과의 연동 인터페이스를 제공하는 MCU, MCU에 연동되는 이기종 단말들로 구성 된다. 본 기술을 사용하면 WebRTC 기반의 화상회의 솔루션과 레거시 장비들간의 상호 호환성을 확보할 수 있게 해 준다. 또한, 새로운 기술로 개발 된 솔루션으로의 대체로 인해 발생되는 비용의 낭비를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 레거시 장비들도 다자간 회의 참여를 가능하게 해 주기 때문에 회의 시스템의 사용성 증대를 기대할 수 있게 해 준다. This paper presents a study regarding a systemic structure that forms a link between heterogeneous terminals and the WebRTC (Web real-time communication) based video-conferencing systems. This system consists of a WebRTC-based terminal, a signal server for the relaying of the necessary signals for media negotiations, an MCU provides an interworking interface for the heterogeneous terminal, and the heterogeneous terminals that interwork with the MCU. This technology enables the interoperability between the WebRTC-based video-conferencing solutions and the legacy devices. In addition to reducing the replacement costs regarding new-technology-based solutions, the existing legacy equipment enables the use of multiparty-conference, thereby increasing the use ability of the conferencing systems.

In this study, adiabatic temperature rise of concrete depending on binder compositions and CGS contents is studied to provide informations for CGS low-heating aggregate and mixture designs for upper and lower placement lifts. Test nresults indicate that it is desirable to apply the combination of binders between top and bottom lift. For top lift, SESC or ESC is recommended, and for bottom lift, FAC+CGS 50 % is good for material composition.

In this study, the setting characteristics of the high range water reducing agent to minimize the retardation of UHPC were confirmed to minimize the setting time in the hardening of UHPC. As a result of the study, there was a slight change depending on the difference in the type of Superplasticizer, K > P > D = S > E in the order of condensation promotion, and E > S = D = K > P on the 28th day.

Steel ordinary moment frame(steel OMF) has been used as a seismic force resisting system in regions of low and moderate seismicity. In this study, the seismic performance of the steel OMFs with various heights in SDC Cmax was evaluated. For this purpose, nine steel OMFs were designed according to seismic design codes(ASCE/SEI 7-10, ANSI/AISC 341-10), and the collapse probability of these steel OMFs were estimated using FEMA P-695. The collapse probability of steel OMFs became larger with an increase in the height of frames. Some of steel OMFs designed according to current design codes did not satisfy the acceptance criteria specified in FEMA P-695.

This study proposed the optimal mixing time for pre-mixed cement and post mixed cement using the statistical analysis method of box plots. Pre-mixed cement can prevent material seegregation, strength loss, and quality variation if mixed for at least 60 seconds, and the data median is shown to be within the box range. Post-mixed cement should be mixed for at least 180 seconds to prevent material segregation, strength loss, and quality variation, and compressive strength tends to increase with longer vibrating times. Therefore, it is suggested that using pre-mixed cement can shorten the vibrating time and increase the productivity of the concrete.

온톨로지는 특정 영역에서 정보 공유를 필요로 하는 개발자를 위한 공통의 어휘를 정의하고, 그 영역에서의 기본 개념의 정의와 개념들 사이의 관계를 포함한다. 따라서 이런 온톨로지를 사용함으로써 소프트웨어 에이전트들 사이의 정보 구조의 이해를 공유할 수 있고 영역 지식의 재사용이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 Protégé를 사용하여 유사한 에이전트 온톨로지들을 생성하고 이들을 이용하는 JADE 에이전트들을 구현한 다음에, 특정 어휘가 주어지면 다른 온톨로지들을 가진 에이전트들과 통신하여 어떤 온톨로지에 포함된 어휘를 결정하는가를 보이고, 온톨로지 저장소에 관한 연구를 서술하였다.

β-Immunan, a proteoglycan, was isolated from the mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum which belongs to a medicinal mushroom. The effects of β-Immunan on cell- cell and cell-matrix interactions mediated by carbohydrate-recognition and the mechanism responsible for the inhibition of experimental metastasis of Bl6-FIO and B16/BL6 murine melanoma were studied. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum-Immunan inhibited Bl6-Fl melanoma cell's adhesion to laminin and asialofetuin-induced homotypic aggregation and reduced invasion against Bl6-FIO murine melanoma cells through matrigel in vitro assay: When β-Immunan was intraperitoneally administrated to C57BL/6 mice bearing B16/BL6 murine melanoma cells, it was decreased the number of pulmonary metastatic colony by the dose dependent manner ranging from 20 to 100 mg/kg/day, The results indirectly indicate that clinical treatment with β-Immunan might be expected to exhibit anti-metastatic effect. In the put-monary metastasis, the number of pulmonary metastatic colony of melanoma when β-Immunan was intraperitoneally aduunistrated to C57BL/6 mice bearing Bla/BL6 murine melanoma cells by intravenous injection were decreased by the dose dependent manner ranging from 20 to 100 mg/kg/day.
