        기술스트레스가 조직원의 보안 인식과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Technological countermeasures have been chosen by many companies for information systems security. However, such countermeasures often proved unsatisfactory in mitigating security accidents since organizations failed to invest enough money for developing and maintaining those technologies or they wasted money on commercial security products that did not complement their organizations specific IT environments and requirements. Therefore, employees who use the information technology suffer from many stresses that are referred to as technostress. However, previous study has separately focused on technological and behavioral factors. Thus, the proposed study is to explain and examine empirically technological factors and behavioral factors together.

        韓ㆍ中 兩國 簡의 貿易ㆍ經營 硏究에 關한 文獻적 考察 - 1981年부터 2004年까지를 中心으로

          China is marking 9.4% annual growth rate in average since 1978. GDP reached $1090 in 2003 as the first time and China ranked at 4th with their economy size in 2006. One of the remarkable change in China is the extension of foreign open-door policy. China joined WTO in the end of 2001 and it strengthen the foundation of Chinese market economy structure and encouraged the inflow of foreign capital. While 400 of the 500 global corporations advanced into China, the economy trade has been rapidly increasing between Korea and China. The economy trade in both countries has been regularized since 1992 and the annual trade is tending upwards in last 15 years. Korean trade toward China reached 134,400 million which is increased 27 times compared with the total of 1982. In this period, Korean trade toward China marked 24.5% in Export increasing rate and 16.7% in import increasing rate. China became the 2nd biggest export country of Korea in 2001 and became the top in 2003. As the China foreign direct investment has been increasing rapidly, the number of Korean companies advanced into China has been remarkably increasing.<BR>  By focusing on a thorough review of the nationally published documents of Korean-Chinese business management research during more than two decades (1981-2004), the present paper has been systematically classified and analyzed the current status of Korean-Chinese business management research. The paper raised some important issues regarding Korean-Chinese business management research and predominantly, its future prospects are outlined. In the paper, the documents which are registered in the Korean Academic Processing Foundation registration of journals and candidate registration of journals have been classified by: research purpose, main subject, research method and the results. Careful analysis among the research clarified the active and inactive business management research fields. This clarification enables us to get a better understanding of the current research of Korean-Chinese business management, and more importantly, it pointed out to the direction of future development of research. In addition, the systematic classification made by this paper may contribute to the decision making of subject index of Korean-Chinese business management research since there has been no classification standard of it until now.

        소매업태의 발전에 따른 수산물 유통혁신에 관한 연구 : 기업형 슈퍼마켓을 중심으로

        What effects does market entry of SSM have on competitions between retail businesses? How does retail business development affect in fishery distribution innovation? The purpose of this study is to establish a discussable consumer selection model, and to discuss about SSM’s entry to the market and the following competitions between retail businesses. Analysis results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, when a new vacuum zone occurs in the local market, then SSM enters there. Second, when SSM enters the local market, small businesses spread out political activities to legally restrict entry of SSM. Third, if number of SSM in the local market increases then SSM changes the retail mix, and this develops competitions of same business between SSMs. Fourth, if SSM changes the retail mix then competition between SSM and small businesses is aroused, and an assimilation process between SSM and retail businesses is developed in this competition. Fifth, SSM will continuously spread a distribution innovation and other retail businesses will follow the distribution innovation of SSM. The fishery distribution innovation will go on in the same direction, and innovative retail business will come out.

        동아시아 무역네트워크의 발전에 따른 스미트로닉스의 SCM 구축에 관한 사례연구

        Neung Ho International trade environment is rapidly changing. Developing all economic activities included in the value chain of economy out of a particular country or region in the trends where globalization is spreading all over the world, 'a borderless world' has been created and become common throughout the world. Especially, in case of East Asian region, becoming the factory of the world, China has become a center of the world's economic activities in recent years; and the increase of regional investment among East Asian countries and trade expansion focused on China has been the factor of promoting the formulation of a regional trade network. SCM is an efficient way of adaptation to the complexity or uncertainty on the scene through the achievement of a sustainable competitive advantage by integrating the activities of improving the relationships in the supply chain. In this study, Sumitronics, a Japanese company, was studied as a case of the company who had implemented SCM effectively and efficiently utilizing the East Asian trade network. Not being engaged in the manufacturing processes in the headquarter, Sumitronics has implemented SCM which is capable of maximizing the responsiveness upon the requirements of customers by effective information sharing. In particular, the profits of the company have been maximized through SCM by its headquarter in Japan, which is capable of managing each base in East Asia as China and Southeast Asia, etc. Korean companies may also be able to create a new source of profit by dint of establishing SCM as such. The results of this case study has revealed that the implementation of an effective business model is the key of the successful implementation of SCM.

        한국화장품기업의 중국 시장 진출에 관한 연구

        한-중 수교 이래 양 국가는 지리적 근접성을 이용하여 경제, 문화, 무역 등의 방면에서 교류협력이 비약적으로 발전해왔다. 중국에서 청소년들을 중심으로 한국의 음악, 댄스, TV드라마 등 대중매체가 인기를 얻게된 '한류' 현상은 역사적으로 한국 문화를 수용해 본적이 없었던 중국인들에게 참신한 경험이었다. 중국 전체 인구의 90%를 차지하고 있는 한족과 기후조건 및 문화가 비슷한 한국이 서울 88 올림픽을 치르고 고성장하면서 한국의 TV드라마를 등을 통해 '한류' 열풍으로 무역 및 마케팅 활동의 교류가 본격적으로 시작되었다. 한국 기업들은 한-중 수교를 계기로 중국 시장의 직접 진출을 본격화하였다. 한-중 수교는 중국 시장 진출을 갈망하는 한국 기업에게 새로운 기회를 만들어 주었다. 한국의 기업들이 중국 시장에 성공적으로 진출하기 위해서는 한국과 교류가 빈번한 산동지역 시장에 대한 성공적 진출을 발판으로 삼아 다른 성, 시, 구, 지역으로 확대해 나가야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 시장 환경 변화와 더불어 국내외 기업의 대중국 진출의 사례분석을 통하여 한국 기업의 성공적인 대중국 진출 방안을 제시하는데 있다.

        A Study on the Development of Agricultural and Stockbreeding Products Information System Using IOT Based Connected System IOT

        This study perceived that there are limits to prompt and accurate monitoring when an accident occurs and the correct information of egg production stage, such as the date of spawning, cleaning, and refrigerating cannot be identified, since eggshell codes using barcode only show numbers identifying a city and province and the name of producers. To fix this problem, this study partially suggested the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology and IoT-based Connected System. The proposed system in this study shares data with related agencies as the system of agricultural and livestock product information runs as the main server, and the database information of the proposed system is provided by farmhouses, distributors, and sellers. Through various media such as a webpage or mobile application built to provide the relevant information, customers can search and obtain information about agricultural and livestock products they want. Since the information on an entire process is open to the public, information ranging from simple to clear, additional ones such as hazardous elements can be viewed.

        사삼주를 이용한 아펜젤러 치즈의 품질 특성

        This study was performed to develop a Korean natural cheese with traditional medical wine, making it different from foreign natural cheese. The effects of cheese with Sasam(Codonopsis lanceolate) wine(CLW) on the quality properties during the ripening period of natural cheese were investigated. The properties investigated weregrowth of lactic acid bacteria, characteristics of ripening, and sensory characteristics. Four vats of cheese were made on the same day from the same tank of fresh milk. Cheese samples were prepared with CLW at 2.0%, 4.0% and 6.0% of raw milk. Changes ingross composition, viable cell counts, pH, water soluble nitrogen(WSN), non casein nitrogen(NCN), non protein nitrogen(NPN), and proteolysis during maturation were measured. Polyacrylamidegel electro phoresis(PAGE) patterns were determined with control cheese. Viable cell counts of control and CLW cheese were not significantly different. The pH of CLW cheese increased gradually during maturation, and saponin levels and levels of NPN, NCN, and WSN were higher in CLW cheeses than control cheese. For most compositional data, the 4.0% CLW cheese was most similar to the control cheese. The PAGE pattern of cheese caseins indicated that the CLW cheeses degraded more rapidly than the control cheese. Control and 2.0% CLW cheese had good sensory scores, while scores for 4.0% and 6.0% CLW cheese were lower. However, sensory data depreciated with added levels of CLW, especially at a level of 4.0% or more. Further studies on levels of CLW and processing methods are required to improve sensory quality.

      • Analysis of Multicultural Education Counseling Influence in Multicultural Society

        It has become a request of the time that multicultural population and multicultural education have become an issue and a subject of interest in the Korean society. The numbers of foreigners and multicultural families such as international marriage families and foreign worker families living in Korea are increasing, which have resulted in a geometrical increase in the number of multicultural families’ children attending school. This leads an assumption that discrimination in terms of race, gender, religion, and culture can occur in school settings and the children of multicultural families are prone to become the targets of group bullying and school violence. This study first examined the current policy of multicultural education in Korea and reviewed the meanings and necessity of multicultural counseling above multicultural education. Second, this study classified and reviewed the applicability of the policy of multicultural education into multicultural education sites by groups. Third, this study selected and organized the increasing demands for multicultural counseling and assignments to effectively respond to them. Interest toward the children of multicultural families and counseling have increased with more researches on multicultural families. It will be thus necessary to accumulate more studies on multicultural counseling and ensure internal stability of multicultural-related businesses.

        수산식품의 지역 HACCP 추진과 생산지 브랜드화를 통한 제품차별화 전략에 관한 연구

        As the standard of living increased rapidly in recent years, the attention on food safety is growing. The introduction HACCP is now proceeding as the method of efficiency to manage the risks for the maintain food safety. HACCP is enforced to make sure the health safety from the ingredients production to processing and distribution process all over the world. In Korea, the legislation of HACCP regulations in Food Sanitation Act promoted in 2005. The purpose of this study is to examine the branding of origin and product differentiation by the building of HACCP system. For the purpose of this study, we evaluate the branding of origin to meet the customer’s needs that pursue the food safety. As a result, it’s possible to build HACCP system for seafood through every steps in supply chain such as the catch landing, transportation, auction, processing, and distribution. Customers could take the food certified by HACCP without any doubt. Also it’s possible to the promotion of brand image for the origin and differentiation advantage through the local HACCP system. The local HACCP system would be the motive of operating continued corporation and the main power for the reinvigoration of local economy.

      • A Study on Coexistence of Native and Foreign Shops for Vitalization of Eutteum-gil Food Alley District (Sujin 1-dong)

        Eutteum-gil Sujin 1-dong Food Alley Merchant is devoting its efforts into the project on vitalization of downtown commercial district with Seongnam-si and Seongnam-si Commercial District Vitalization Foundation. However, there are many problems. The number of foreign (Chinese) shops has been rapidly increasing in the past 2~3 years. This is resulting in many irrational problems. Major problems are aroused by differences in cultures and lifestyles. Due to such problems, this commercial district is recognized as dangerous crime-ridden area with disgusting odor, uncleanness, and discomfort. As native customers are turning their steps away from this district, native shop owners are suffering from serious damage. They are becoming mentally withered with the awareness that their livelihood is being devastated.
