In this study, the designed and the measured gear profile using the laser displacement sensor are compared for inspecting the accuracy of manufactured gear. To easy a gear tooth profile measurement, a gear tooth measuring tester is designed and implemented. A gear tooth measuring tester is composed of the rotation and sensor moving axis. When measuring flank of tooth form, the laser sensor is installed to flank vertically by the laser sensor characteristics, so the one side of the gear tooth surface is inspected. Gear tooth profile measurement using the laser displacement sensor shows that this method is able to inspect gear in the mass production line required the rapid decision of manufacturing fault.

A 16-year-old girl developed pyoderma gangrenosum without underlying disease at first. She was treated with local cutaneous dressing and systemic oral prednisolone and minocycline for 10 months, imtermittently. After that, acute leukemia, which was undeterminated type, was developed 4 years after first onset. Since pyoderma gangrenosum may be a preindication of underlying disease, continual follow up check for systemic disease is required.

Any type of urticaria may affect as many as 20% person during their lifetimes, yet the causes of this disorder is established in no more than 20% of cases. So, 308 patients with urticaria(acute ; 73, factitial; 120, chronic;115) were evaluated for results of historical and laboratory tests. The results were summerized as follows,' 1. The disesse primarily affected 2nd % 3rd decade(46.2%) with predominance of woman than man (M: F=1: 1.4). 2. Ninety-seven(31.5%) had at least one abnormal finding in the laboratory tests but, may be twenty-three(7.5%) would have causal relationship. 3. We sought serologic markers of Hepatitis B virus infection in serum from 8(14%) of 57 patients with urticaria. Of these, 4 were found to have abnormal liver function. 4. Sixty-five had taken at least one sort of drug previously or just before urticaria developed, but, may be forty-six(14.9%) would have a causal relationship and the predisposing drugs were analgesics, antibiotics, common cold medication & vitamin etc. 5. The predisposing conditions were as follows ; pulmory tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, hyperthyroidism, tonsillitis & ascariasis, etc. Of these, eleven(3.6%) of this patients were newly found to have underlying diseases. 6. This study showed inciting factors of urticaria in 27.2%(84/308).

We report a case of idiopathic progressive atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini in which the characteristics atrophic paches developed on the lumbar area and new lesions have a zosteriform distribution in lumbar area, scapular area and heels. This 32-year-old male patient who has had above lesions for 15 yeara, was first seen in September 1985. Histologic findings of this patient are atrophy in epidermis, tightly packed collagen bundles and moderatly decreased elastic fibers in the dermis. We observed this patient without treatment and 5 month later, lesions did not progress.

오발 유량계의 회전자로는 타원형 기어가 사용된다. 타원형 기어를 사용하는 이유는 타원형 기어로 인해 생긴 공간을 통해 물을 계측하기 때문이다. 현재 타원형 기어는 일본에서 호브를 수입해 가공하고 있으며 그마저도 일본 회사와의 계약이 끝나면 가공할 수 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 타원형 기어에 대한 수입 대체 효과 및 국내기술의 개발을 통해 해외 의존력을 탈피 할 수 있도록 타원형 기어 설계에 연구 목적을 두고 있다. 보통의 압력각을 타원형 기어에 사용하였을 경우 이의 간섭이 생겨 회전을 하지 못한다. 압력각이 증가하게 되면 이뿌리 부분이 두꺼워지고 이끝 부분이 좁아진다는 것을 이용하여 타원형 기어의 치형을 설계하였으며 이를 2D 및 3D로 검증하였다. Elliptical gear is used as a rotor of oval flowmeter. The elliptical gear can assist water flow-rate measurement by the space of the elliptical shape. Presently, elliptical gears have been processed using hob tool imported from Japan. But if it were not for the technical cooperation with Japan company, the Elliptical gears can"t be processed. The purpose of this study is developing a domestic technology for elliptical gears and overcoming the dependence of foreign technical skills. It will bring the import substitution effect. In case of pressure angle 20°, the elliptical gears have an interference of tooth. The increase of pressure angle makes the root of a tooth thick and the top of tooth thin. By results of this study, tooth of elliptical gear was designed and verified through the 2D and 3D simulation.
머신비전을 이용한 타원형 기어 검사 시스템에 관한 연구

타원형 기어는 오발 유량계에 사용되는 특수기어로써 타원형 모양에 의해 생긴 공간으로 물을 흘려보내 계측한다. 본 연구의 목적은 타원형 기어의 가공정도를 판단하고 불량을 가려내는 시스템을 머신비전을 이용하여 개발하는 것이다. 각종 산업분야에서 자동화가 확산되면서 머신미전의 수요는 늘고 있으며 업계전반의 생산공정 중 검사 공정에서 빼놓을 수 없는 인자가 되었다. 하지만 머신비전을 이용한 기어측정은 기어의 형상이 복잡하다는 이유로 잘 사용되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 머신비전을 이용한 검사 프로그램으로 타원형 기어의 측정이 가능함을 보였으며 본 연구에서 설계한 타원형 기어의 가공정도를 판단할 수 있었다. Elliptical gears are used in the oval flowmeter and oval flow meter inspects volume of water thanks to space by the elliptical shape. The purpose of this study is to judge accuracy of processing of the elliptical gear and develop inspection system using machine vision. Demand of machine vision is increasing while the factory automation is spreading and principle factor in-process inspection. But, gear inspection using the machine vision rarely used because of complex shape of gear. In this study, it seems possible that elliptical gear is inspected by inspection software using machine vision and inspection program can judge accuracy of processing of the elliptical gear designed this study.
심부전 환자에서 기계적 순환 보조 장치의 임상적인 역할

Patients with end-stage heart failure or cardiogenic shock experience unacceptably high mortality despite advances in treatment made over the past 50 years. The effects of vasoactive drugs used to manage cardiogenic shock may be limited, being highly dependent on “remaining” heart function. Mechanical circulatory support improves cardiac output independent of heart function. Intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABPs) and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) are the devices most commonly used in Korea. Despite frequent use, the utility of IABPs in acute myocardial patients remains controversial, whereas ECMO affords sufficient systemic perfusion pressure to reverse end-organ dysfunction. Both can only be used as acute treatments, thus as a bridge-to-recovery or a bridge-to-transplantation. Percutaneous left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) such as TandemHeart® and Impella are not in use in Korea. Implanted LVADs improve long-term outcomes and may also serve as destination therapies. In the present manuscript, we briefly review percutaneous and implantable devices currently used in Korea for the management of advanced heart failure. (Korean J Med 2015;88:142-149)

Machine tools of Gantry type have been performing machine work as a moving machinery. In a large machine tools, the machinery is moving with bed and it is structurally unstable. When the objects are processed, machine tools gets loads in the direction of Z-axis. In other words, the machine tools which become bigger was performed by the trend of complexation. It made that the increased machine weight can't be passed over. In order to enhance manufacturing precision, it needs to compensate Z-axis deflection of weight for machine tools.
