Among semi-quantitative or fully quantitative lateral flow assay readers, an image sensor-based instrument has been widely used because of its simple setup, cheap sensor price, and compact equipment size. For all previous approaches, monochrome CCD or CMOS cameras were used for lateral flow assay imaging in which the overall intensities of all colors were taken into consideration to estimate the analyte content, although the analyte related color information is only limited to a narrow wavelength range. In the present work, we introduced a color CCD camera as a sensor and a color decomposition method to improve the sensitivity of the quantitative biosensor system which utilizes the lateral flow assay successfully. The proposed setup and image processing method were applied to achieve the quantification of imitatively dispensed particles on the surface of a porous membrane first, and the measurement result was then compared with that using a monochrome CCD. The compensation method was proposed in different illumination conditions. Eventually, the color decomposition method was introduced to the commercially available lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. The measurement sensitivity utilizing the color image sensor is significantly improved since the slopes of the linear curve fit are enhanced from 0.0026 to 0.0040 and from 0.0802 to 0.1141 for myoglobin and creatine kinase (CK)-MB detection, respectively.
항만 컨테이너 X선 자동 영상검색 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

항만 컨테이너 X선 영상검색 시스템은 고에너지의 X선을 이용하여 컨테이너 내부에 적재된 화물을 영상으로 제공하여 컨테이너를 개장하지 않고도 컨테이너 내부를 검사하는 시스템으로 국내에서는 주로 밀수화물을 검사하는 용도로 사용되고 있다. 컨테이너 X선 영상검색 시스템은 크게 투과영상방식과 산란영상방식으로 운영되며, 투과영상방식은 검사대상을 통과한 X선을 수신하여 물질별 신호크기를 영상화하는 방식으로 대부분의 컨테이너 영상검색기가 사용하는 방식으로 고해상도의 영상을 제공한다. 산란영상방식은 검사대상에서 산란되는 X선을 이용하여 영상화하는 방식으로 전방산란방식과 후방산란방식으로 구분되며 보다 낮은 에너지의 X선을 이용한 후방산란방식이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 최근 항만물류 효율화를 위해 스마트 자동화 항만이 선진국을 중심으로 적용되고 있음에 따라 고해상도의 정밀한 검색영상을 제공하면서 마약, 폭발물과 같은 낮은 원자번호를 갖는 화물을 검색할 수 있도록 투과영상검색과 후방산란영상검색을 동시에 지원하면서 자동으로 컨테이너 X선 영상을 획득할 수 있는 자동검색 시스템 개발에 대한 연구내용을 소개하고 있다.

This paper presents the new 2.5-liter in-line six cylinder engine which GMDAT(GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology) has developed for use in L6 MAGNUS vehicle since 1995. It has been developed to meet the markers high demands on comfort, performance, reliability. economy and environmental firiendliness. By applying new technology of aluminum liner it has been possible to create an extremely compact and light weight engine. Therefore it has been achieved to install inline six cylinder engine transversely in the medium sized vehicle such as MAGNUS world firstly. Also the engine has been designed and manufactured with the help of advanced CAE technology. The new engine can comply with ULEV II and EURO IV.<br/> This papcr will introduce various technologies. engine construction. principal component Pats and test results, used in this engine.

Reconnaissance robots can reduce the danger of hazardous places by providing information before human personnel take action. For the usage, robot platform should be small and light. However, this fact leads to a scaling issue with terrain that landscape poses a huge obstacle for the vehicle. The problem can be solved by the inspiration of nature. This paper presents design of the locomotive mechanism inspired by Pill bugs. The mechanism was designed by the principles of a pill bug"s locomotion and experiments were conducted to validate the mechanism.

Hybrid rocket had many advantage with compared to solid and liquid rockets. In this study, swirl flow hybrid motor was designed and manufactured. And the methods of regression rate improvement were considered. Thrust was calculated with pressure of the combustion chamber and the regression rate was measured by using ultrasonic sensor technique in entire firing conditions. In this study, PMMA fuel and HTPB solid fuel were used in firing test.
