        The objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship of hopelessness and suicidal lethality of suicide attempters. The subjects were 72 persons who attempted suicide and came to the emergency room of Chungbuk National University Hospital from April 1st, 1995 to March 31st, 1996. The hopelessness of suicide attempter was assessed by Beck Hopelessness Scale(BHS), and the suicidal lethality was assessed by Risk-Rescue score. The Risk-Rescue Scores exhibited no significant differences in demographic characteristics (sex, age, education, religion, marital status, socioeconomic class, occupation) and psychiatric diagnoses. But the Risk-Rescue scores were significantly higher in high BHS group(BHS score ${\geq}$ 9) than in low BHS group(BHS score <9) and positive correlation was observed between the BHS and the Risk-Rescue score(Rs=0.77 : p<0.05). These results suggest that level of hopelessness be a major risk factor for suicidal lethality.

        인터포저의 디자인 변화에 따른 삽입손실 해석

        본 연구에서는 실험 설계법을 통해 인터포저에서 Through Silicon Via (TSV) 및 Redistributed Layer (RDL)의 구조적 변형에 따른 삽입 손실 특성 변화를 확인하였다. 이때 3-요인으로 TSV depth, TSV diameter, RDL width를 선정하여, 구조적 변형을 일으켰을 때 400 MHz~20 GHz에서의 삽입 손실을 EM (Electromagnetic) tool Ansys HFSS(High Frequency Simulation Software)를 통해 확인하였다. 반응 표면법을 고려하였다. 그 결과 주파수가 높아질수록 RDL width의 영향이 감소하고 TSV depth와 TSV diameter의 영향이 증가하는 것을 확인했다. 또한 분석 범위 내에서 RDL width를 증가시키면서 TSV depth를 감소시키고 TSV diameter를 약 10.7 ㎛ 고정하는 것이 삽입 손실을 가장 최적화 시키는 결과가 관찰되었다. In this study, Insertion loss according to the structural variant of interposer to Through Silicon Via (TSV) and Redistributed Layer (RDL) was studied through design of experiment. 3-Factors was considered as a variant, TSV depth, TSV diameter, RDL width with factor arrangement method and the response surface method from 400 MHz to 20 GHz. As a result, it was confirmed that as the frequency increased, the effect of RDL width was decreased and the effect of TSV depth and TSV diameter was increased. Also within the analysis range, to increasing RDL width, decreasing TSV depth, and fixing TSV diameter about 10.7 ㎛ was observed optimal result of Insertion loss

        As meters become digital and smart, energy data such as electricity, gas, heat, and water can be accurately and efficiently measured with a smart meter, providing consumers with data on energy used, so that real-time demand response and energy management services can be utilized. Although it is developing from a simple metering system to a smart metering industry to create a high value-added industry fused with ICT, illegal counterfeiting of electronic meters is causing problems in intelligent crimes such as manipulation and hacking of SW. The meter not only allows forgery of the meter data through arbitrary manipulation of the SW, but also leaves a fatal error in the metering performance, so that the OIML requires the validation of the SW from the authorized institution. In order to solve this problem, a quantitative confirmation device was developed in order to eradicate the act of cheating the fuel oil quantity through encoder pulse operation and program modulation, etc. In order to prevent the act of deceiving the lubricator, a device capable of checking pulse forgery was developed, manufactured, and verified. In addition, the performance of the device was verified by conducting an experiment on the meter being used in the actual field. It is judged that the developed quantitative confirmation device can be applied to other flow meters other than lubricators, and in this case, accurate measurement can be induced.

        Preparation of YBa₂CU₃O7-y Superconducting Thin Films by on - axis Sputtering

        각기 다른 스퍼터링 기체 압력과 타켓-기판 사이 거리하에서 on-axis 스퍼터링 방법으로 MgO(100) 기판 위에 YBa₂CU₃O_(7-y) 초전도 박막을 제조하였다. 적정하게 높은 스퍼터링 기체 압력을 사용할 경우 on-axis 방법으로도 off-axis 방법으로 제조한 박막에 비해 전기적, 구조적으로 우수한 양질의 박막을 c축으로 성장시킬 수 있었다. 스퍼터링 기체 압력 증가에 의한 resputtering 감소 효과가 타켓과 기판 사이의 거리 증가에 의한 resputtering 감소 효과보다 성장되는 박막의 초전도성 향상에 더욱 효과적이였다. 박막의 성장 속도가 빠를 경우 MgO 위에 YBCO 박막이 c축보다는 α축으로 성장하려는 경향을 보였다. 스퍼터링 기체 압력과 타켓-기판 사이의 거리가 성장되는 박막에 미치는 영향에 대해 임계온도, 100 K와 300 K에서의 저항비, X선 회절분석 등을 통하여 고찰해 본다. YBa₂Cu₃O_(7-y) thin films have been prepared on MgO(100) substrates placed on-axis to the target by de magnetron sputtering in a variety of oxygen/argon gas pressures with different substrate-target distances. We found that films with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate deposited in an optimally high gas pressure with on-axis substrate-target configuration exhibit such good electrical and structural properties as those deposited with off-axis configuration do. Increasing the substrate-target distance was found to be effective in reducing the resputtering effect and enhancing superconductivity of films, but not so much as increasing the gas pressure was. We also found that high deposition rates may promote mixed α- and c-axis growth of YBCO films on MgO substrates. Dependences of the T_c, the ratio of resistances at 300 K and 100 K, and the X-ray diffraction pattern on the gas pressure and the substrate-target distance are described.

        In the drug delivery system industry, the technology with even split injection becomes important for maximizing efficiency and minimizing the side effects. In conventional drug delivery system, infection can occur due to pain and splashing. Also, various applications are impossible due to disposable use, and it is the reason to avoid to use this system because of the complexity of the driving method. Therefore, in this study, a painless drug delivery device is developed for non-pain with electrical insulation breakdown method. Finite elements analysis was used to evaluate the ejection characteristics of drugs according to the shape of the micro ejection nozzle. The effect of the number of holes in the micro nozzle, the length of the nozzle and the inner shape of the nozzle on the drug discharge characteristics were analyzed.

        In general, auto parts production assembly line is assembled and produced by automatic mounting by an automated robot. In such a production site, quality problems such as misalignment of parts (doors, trunks, roofs, etc.) to be assembled with the vehicle body or collision between assembly robots and components are often caused. In order to solve such a problem, the quality of parts is manually inspected by using mechanical jig devices outside the automated production line. Automotive inspection technology is the most commonly used field of vision, which includes surface inspection such as mounting hole spacing and defect detection, body panel dents and bends. It is used for guiding, providing location information to the robot controller to adjust the robot's path to improve process productivity and manufacturing flexibility. The most difficult weighing and measuring technology is to calibrate the surface analysis and position and characteristics between parts by storing images of the part to be measured that enters the camera's field of view mounted on the side or top of the part. The problem of the machine vision device applied to the automobile production line is that the lighting conditions inside the factory are severely changed due to various weather changes such as morning-evening, rainy days and sunny days through the exterior window of the assembly production plant. In addition, since the material of the vehicle body parts is a steel sheet, the reflection of light is very severe, which causes a problem in that the quality of the captured image is greatly changed even with a small light change. In this study, the distance between the car body and the door part and the door are acquired by the measuring device combining the laser slit light source and the LED pattern light source. The result is transferred to the joint robot for assembling parts at the optimum position between parts, and the assembly is done at the optimal position by changing the angle and step.

        Titanium alloy has been in the spotlight as a core material in high-tech industries that require high strength and light weight because it has excellent strength and corrosion resistance and strength is higher than that of steel. Therefore, in various industries, existing steel products are intended to be replaced with titanium alloys. Titanium alloys can cause cutting tool breakage during cutting, and heat generated during cutting does not dissipate, accumulates in tools and workpieces, resulting in large wear and tear on thin workpieces. In addition, since titanium alloy is a metal with high chemical activity, the wear of the tool becomes more severe when the cutting speed is high, so machining of titanium bolt through cutting is very disadvantageous in terms of productivity. Therefore, the production of bolts using titanium alloys is being produced through a forging process to improve productivity and product quality. In this paper, hot forging molding analysis was performed on bolts used for fastening automobile parts using Ti-6Al-4V alloy, which is the most commonly used titanium alloy.

        진폐진행정도에 따른 혈청내 구리와 아연 농도의 변동

        목 적 : 진폐증은 분진으로 인해 인체의 면역기전이 작용하여 폐섬유화가 진행되는 질환으로, 인체의 면역기전에 작용하는 구리와 아연은 진폐증의 병리적인 진행과정인 폐섬유화에 관여한다. 본 연구의 목적은 초기진폐증 유소견자와 진행된 진폐증 환자의 혈청 구리와 아연의 농도를 정상인과 비교함으로써 체내 구리와 아연의 농도가 진폐증의 섬유화의 진행정도에 따라 변동함을 밝히고, 이를 이용하여 폐섬유화의 진행정도를 추정할 수 있는 지표를 제시하고자 한다. 방 법 : 진폐정밀기관에 내원한 초진내 원자 100명과 진폐요양기관에 입원한 진폐증 환자 100명을 선정한 후 흥부사진소견을 ILO 분류법의 진폐진행정도에 따라 각각 세 군(Stage Vl, V2, V3 & Stage Pl, P2, P3)으로 구분한 후 각 군의 혈청구리와 아연의 농도를 비교분석하였다. 대조군으로는 폐결핵, 심근경색, 뇌경색을 경험한 적이 없는 일반인 100명을 선정하였다. 결 과 : 초진내 원자군의 혈청 구리농도는 섬유화의 진행단계에 따른 유의한 차이를 보였으며, Stage V3에서 가장 높았다. 입원환자군에서는 혈청 구리농도가 대조군과 유의한 차이를 보이지 않는데 (p=0, 152), 이는 입원환자의 불량한 영양상태와 건강상태 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 초진내원자군과 입원환자군의 혈청 아연농도는 섬유화의 진행에 따라 통계적인 차이를 보였으며, Stage V2와 Stage P2, P3에서 각각 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 혈청 아연과 구리농도의 비또한 양군에서 섬유화의 진행에 따라 의미있게 높았는데, 섬유화가 현저히 진행된 단계 (Stage V3, Stage P2, P3)에서 대조군과 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 결 론 : 초진내 원자와 입원환자의 혈청 Cu/zrl 비는 섬유화의 진행정도가 현저할수록 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 진폐증 환자들의 혈청 Cu/zn 비는 진폐증의 폐섬유화의 진행정도를 추정함에 있어 상당히 유용한 지표로 이용될 수 있으며, 폐섬유화의 진행과정에서의 혈청 구리와 아연의 작용기전을 이용한 치료방법의 마련에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단한다. Objectives : Copper and Zinc, the trace elements of a living body, take a part in immunologic mechanism and induce the pulmonary fibrosis which is the pathologic progress of pneumoconiosis. This study was performed to assist the identification of the pathologic process of pulmonary fibrosis in pneumoconiosis. Methods : The subjects of thls study was 200 diagnosed persons as pneumoconiosis, of whom 700 persons was the visitors in the outpatients departments of pneumoconiosis and 100 admissive pneumoconiosis patients. The serum copper and zinc are measured and compared. Results : The mean serum copper concentration of visitor group was significantly higher than that of control group, and that of stage V3 subgroup of visitor group was highest because of their advanced fibrosis. But, there was not the difference of serum copper concentration between patient and control group. We thought that the reason was poor nutritional and health status of the patient. The mean of serum zinc concentration of visitor and patient control was lower than that of control group. As the degree of pulmonary fibrosis was more severe from stage Vl, V2, V3 of visitor to stage Pl, P2, P3 of patient, the mean of serum zinc concentration was lower. The ratio of serum copper/zinc of visitor and patient was higher than that of control, and that of patient was higher than that of visitor. Those results showed that the ratio of serum copper/zlnc ratio more greatly expressed the degree of progression of pneumoconiosis than only copper or zinc concentration by adjustment of nutritional and health status of the patient. Conclusions : As above study results, the degree of pulmonary fibrosis of pneumoconiosis could be estimated by means of serum copper/zinc ratio.

      • 배드민턴경기의 기능향상을 위한 단식경기내용 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the gap of achievement frequency of basic skills and affection to the match ability according to success and failure of basic skills, and to find the gap of the achievement frequency in basic skills in each aged group in a single match of badminton games. The examiner surveyed the achievement frequency of basic skills shown in semifinal games and final games of each aged group - male high school, male college, and male adult during 81st National Athletic Meet. The gap of achievement frequency in each game is performed by t-verification and One-way ANOVA utilized a subordinate position program of SPSS/PC+ 8.0, and when the gap happens, after the fact analysis is operated by Tukey's HSD. The conclusions of this study are the following. First, elite badminton players in a single match have a point of difference in achievement frequency of basic skills. Second, in elite badminton players, achievement failure of basic ability affects in match ability, but success of that doesn't affect in match ability. Third, elite badminton players in each aged group have a difference in achievement frequency of basic ability.
