폐합형수계 모형에 의한 부정류 해석

Loopnet은 폐합형수계에서 물의 흐름에 관한 시간적 공간적 변화를 계산할 수 있는 부정류 해석프로그램이다. 본 연구에서는 이 모형이 적용하고 있는 Looped Solution 알고리듬을 유도하고, 폐합형수계의 시험하도를 구성하여 이 모형의 안정성 및 정확성을 시험해 보았다. 또한 굴포천 유역을 대상으로 이 모형을 적용하여 수공 구조물, 서해측의 조위와 유역의 홍수 유입 등을 고려한 홍수위를 산정하였다. 그 결과 모형의 안정성 및 정확성 시험에서 신뢰할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 운하의 운영수위는 굴포천 본류와 방수로구간 모두 홍수위 변화에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 조도계수는 홍수위 변화에 중요한 물리적 요소 중 하나로 분석되었다. Loopnet model was developed to simulate unsteady flow in the looped network channel, considering change of the time and space. In this study, the looped solution algorithm was derived and the accuracy and stability of the model was tested. The Gulpo river system was used to calculate the flood water levels considering the hydraulic structures, tidal effect and inflow hydrographs. The result of the simulation showed that the accuracy and stability of this model was reliable. The change of flood water level of the Gulpo River system and the spillway section were not greatly affected by the operation water level of the navigation channel. But this analysis showed that roughness was one of the very important physical factor in changing flood water level.

Fe(Ⅱ)촉매하에서 O_2에 의한 기질의 산화는 햄(heme)에 의해 이루어진 가역산화 때문에 생물학적 흥미가 대단해서, 본 연구는 리간드로써 pyridine이나 amide같은 염기의 존재하에서 착체하는 리간드인 ferrous-perchlorate와 전해질로써 혼합 lithium-perchlorate에 의해 형성된 Fe(Ⅱ)-acetylacetone과 Fe(Ⅱ)-salicylaldehyde에 의하여 야기된 산화반응의 증거를 나타내고, 비수용매를 포함한 폭넓은 용매범위 및 Fe(Ⅱ)의 각각 다른 농도들에서 과량인 리간드의 적당한 조건들하에서 산화를 살펴본다. 그 반응은 비라디칼 메카니즘으로 일어나는 것을 알았다. Oxidation of a substrate by molecular oxygen in the presence of Fe(Ⅱ) catalysts is of great biological interest in view of the reversible oxidation effected by heme. We report here the evidence of an oxidation reaction that formed Fe(Ⅱ)-acetylacetone and Fe(Ⅱ)-salicylaldehyde. The oxidation reaction was caused by the ligands, ferrous-perchlorate, that exists in the presence of a base, pyridine or amide, with mixed lithium-perchlorate as the supporting electrolyte. In this study, under optimal conditions, a wide range of solvents (DMA, DMF, acetonitrile, acetone, and ethanol), which included non-aqueous solvents, and various concentrations of Fe(Ⅱ) were used to investigate the oxidation of excess ligand. The oxidation reaction appeared to take place by a nonradical mechanism.

警察官에 대한 公務執行妨害罪에 관한 考察

The policeman so far has had a more partiality for arrestment of criminals, collection of evidences, and discovery of substantial truth. That is, it is impossible to deny that the police has neglected human rights due to the pursuit of achievements with excessive emphasis on the arrest rate. The policeman in its administrative point of view is a powerful government agency that can use strong authorized public power by means of protecting public security and maintaining order. Here the policeman investigation means the police's action which is a preparatory and supplementary means that can be counted on if they need to use physical public power. And one of the most representative ways is the questioning by a patrolling policeman. There are two ideas in the police investigation. One is the public good in which it main purpose is police work, the other one is the private good which is protected by reason of defending rights. Between these ideas some conflicts arise and it's not a matter of higher good but the question of how to harmonize these two issues. The Instant Compulsion in Interference crime of exercise public official duties by the policeman is the operation that the police officer realizes a required condition without ordering its partner a notice in advance, and that it is opposite to legal stability and predictability. We tried to find out the method of protecting the human right, as possible, in the Instant Compulsion in Interference crime of exercise public official duties by the policeman. Of course, it is certain that laying out the possibility of the unlawful and unreasonable infringement is the best way. Because of that elements and means of Instant Compulsion in The Law of Police need to be legislated. And it is prohibited to interpret and apply elements and means arbitrarily in substantive enactment.

공무원뇌물범죄와 대응방안

한국의 공무원사회는 부정부패가 만연하여 공무원들이 자신의 행위가 범죄사실이라는 정을 잘 알면서도 관행상 또는 축재할 목적 등으로 뇌물범죄행위를 저지르고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 공무원에게 뇌물수뢰죄의 기회를 제공하는 국민들 역시 불법이라는 사실을 알면서도 자신의 반사이익 때문에 공무원에게 계속 뇌물을 공여하고 있어 정부의 강력한 단속정책에도 공무원범죄는 좀처럼 감소되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 공무원범죄는 전반적으로 특정업무분야와 특정직급의 공직자에 의해 일어나고 있으며 고위공직자일수록 수뢰의 규모가 크고 하위직일지라도 평균적인 비리규모가 결코 생계유지차원이라고 단정할 수 없을 정도로 큰 편이라는 점이 지적되며 대외적인 업무수행과정에서 발생하고 있다는 점이다. 공무원범죄는 좀처럼 쉽게 척결되지 않고 있다. 공무원범죄를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안으로는 공직기강을 확립하고 각종 행정규제를 대폭완화하며 감찰기관이 지속적인 감시와 예방활동을 주력하고 공무원의 공정한 인사와 처우를 보장해주고 정부의 강력한 의지와 국민의 신뢰를 바탕으로 하는 정책만이 공무원범죄를 해결할 수 있다. It is not simple to define what is civil servent bribe crimes and what they mean. Although civil servent bribe crime has been regarded as significant social problem through all the time and space. The regulation on bribery crime was gradually reinforced so that criminal methods of the crime tended to be advanced and specialized. Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic countermeasure against the crime was required. In particular, in the Korean society having dual structure on bribery, the one who gave bribe voluntarily was thought to be the one who made causes of corruption, so that not only the one giving bribe but also the one taking bribe was responsible for bribery crime. Bribery is criminalized to protect the people’s trust in the integrity of the civil servent. Continuing efforts have been made to eradicate bribery in the dimension of corruption prevention. Corruption is one of the oldest and most difficult problems to solve. And the Anti-Corruption Act is established to serve to create the clean climate of the civil service and society by preventing and regulating the acts of corruption efficiently. Corruption deepened a vicious circle of a business-politics relation, speculation and privilege, expansion of unearned income, etc. that have been habituated in the Korean society. Conclusively, countermeasures to the corruption crime should help the civil servent to perform their job responsibly in a healthy environment by changing the policies that cause the corruption instead of the negative regulations focused in punishment.

건설 현장 관리 자율 및 무인화 시스템을 위한 SPOT 로봇 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 성능 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the applicability and limitations of SPOT robots in the construction industry. The SPOT robot, which is being introduced to construction sites for smart construction with the progress of the 4th industrial revolution, is shaped like a four-legged dog and is equipped with various sensors for data collection and autonomous driving. In this study, hardware and software were analyzed, such as the size of the SPOT robot, mobility on slopes and heights, operating environment, and software functions that can collect data with a sensor weighing up to 14 kg. In addition, while the SPOT robot operates in a construction environment, performance such as stability, accuracy, signal connection distance, and obstacle avoidance are evaluated, and the applicability and limitations of the SPOT robot in the construction industry are analyzed. Based on this analysis, the purpose of this study is to evaluate when and how SPOT robots can be effectively used at construction sites, identify limitations, and derive contributions and improvements for the construction industry.

일본의 폭력단에 관한 연구

The means of committing the crimes, it is becoming more skillfull and concerned in order to extend the business, and the means are more vicious when it comes to smaller organized crime groups. Crimes regarding illict traffic of drugs, firearms and cash forgery are evolving in link with international crime groups. The first treaty to fight organized crimininal groups around the world is now a part of international law. It is called the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. The UN Office on Drugs and Crime says about 150 nations have signed the treaty. So far, 48 of the countries have gone the next step and approved the treaty. They are now expected to include the rules of the agreement in their local laws. The treaty requires countries to approve a series of measures. One measure is to make it illegal to take part in an organized criminal group. Such groups are defined in the agreement as at least three people working togather to carry out serious crimes for profit. The treaty also includes agreements for protection against trafficking in people. The UN says criminal groups are using new transportation and communication technologies to make huge profits from their activities, these include moving immigrants illegally across borders. They also include transporting women and children for use in the sex trade or as servants. The new UN treaty also requires that countries approve measures to fight dishonesty by public officials. And nations will have to cooperate against money laundering. They will have to work togather to find hidden money earned through criminal activities. The treaty also sets new rules for countries to surrender suspects for trial and to carry out joint investigations, in addition, countries must work to fight illegall trafficking in firearms.

결손가정의 청소년비행 원인분석과 대책

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of structural and functional of the broken home and juvenile delinquency on corelation. A family is a community which is initially affiliated itself along with the birth of human beings and the place of the first education. In the growth and development of human beings, the initial environment is essential and among the variety of environmental factors, the family environment can be considered to be the most important one in order to form individual actions. Juvenile Delinquency has gone beyond the dangerous level and become a serious social problem. The actual conditions of juvenile delinquency recently reported on the media are so hideous as to make us shudder. Recent cases show that juvenile delinquency has reached the stage of ‘homicide’, not just mere violence or extortion. It is getting organized and brutalized beyond accidental conditions. Now it is time to prepare and effective measure. For this purpose, what are the causes and actual conditions of juvenile delinquency should be grasped. The seriousness arises as juvenile delinquency has become ordinary like a kind of peer culture. Juvenile Delinquency is appear because our children mature early and their psychological aggressiveness grow larger. That is to say, juvenile delinquency is not a simple problem in educational sites but has turned into a common task for society to undertake.

외국인범죄 실태와 대응방안

In Korea, there is growing trend of the foreign population and the foreign illegal immigrants. The characteristic of the foreigner crime is systematize, internationalize, and wider. The organized violence or gangsterism are formed in and around a concentration areas of the foreigner. In following the mass media, foreign laborer commit felony, we tried example analysis and confrontation. It was studied the type of felony is that murder, sexual violence, narcotics crimes, human trafficking, vishing, and organized crimes. Foreign organized crime groups play an active part in Korea, they showed criminal behavior such as violence and extortion with target to their native country's people, but recently korean are targeted from foreign organized crime groups. A foreign tourist or business stay in a temporary increase in the influx of foreign workers, as well as an increase in international marriages. All the agencies that related to foreigner’s crime act jointly, foreign close cooperation system. As increasing crime done by international crime organization, cooperation with foreign investigative agencies should be established, and regular law education targeting foreigners has not yet been in operation, but to maintain stable social order, regular law education for prevention of foreign crimes and damages is urgently required at the present time when Korea is being proceeded rapidly into immigration country.
