        단삼(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)으로 부터 Tanshinone IIA의 분리 및 함량분석

        The rhizomes of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge(Labiatae) has been used in Chinese traditional medicine for the treatment of coronary heart diseases and myocardial infarction. As a part of a research for standardization of crude oriental drugs, we have determined the content of tanshinone IIA in Salvia miltiorrhiza purchased from various regions of Korea. The HPLC method by which quantitative analysis was conducted, showed reproducible results and chromatographic isolation of tanshinone IIA was accomplished successively.

        4차 산업혁명을 대비한 고등학교 가정과 선택 교육과정 편성 방안 탐색

        This study explored the organization of high school Home Economics (HE) selective curriculum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We critically review the change process of HE curriculum as well as problems based on the understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The results were as follows. First, regarding the characteristic consistently shown in the revision process of high school curriculum, the huge increase of the number of subject organized resulted from the intensification of the selective-centered curriculum strengthening the choice for school and students. However, HE was reduced to some 'Technology-Home Economics' subject and a single subject 'HE Science' as a selective subject was subsequently combined with Technology after the $7^{th}$ curriculum period. Consequently, HE hard to organize the career-focused curriculum, emphasized by the revised 2015 curriculum due to the insufficient number of subjects. Second, the choice of HE in high school curriculum should be expanded as measures to organize the HE curriculum of high school to cope with changes that result from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For the operation of the career-focused curriculum, career selective subjects and specialized subjects should be more diversely established. In accordance with changes in a future society that results from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the HE education community should be prepared in advance to be organized as a selective subject when revising a subsequent curriculum, by newly establishing subjects necessary to students through collective intelligence and deliberation with pedagogists and scholars for subject content as well as by producing/getting approval from government-recognized textbooks.

        선착장 안전 모니터링을 위한 이동 객체 추적 시스템

        어촌계를 중심으로 부두나 해안가에는 인양기가 설치되어 있다. 인양기는 어구 및 해산물의 하역작업에 사용되거나, 태풍이나 악천후에 어선을 방파제 또는 육상으로 인양하기 위한 장치이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 선착장 안전 모니터링을 위한 이동 객체 추적 시스템은 이러한 기본 역할에 선착장에서 발생하는 선박의 파손, 도난 및 침입 탐지 등의 안전을 수행할 수 있는 영상 감지 및 이동 객체 추적을 위한 시스템이다. 모션템플릿을 활용하여 광역감시에서 움직임을 실시간으로 감지하고 이동하는 객체(사람, 선박 등)에 대해 PTZ 카메라를 이용하여 집중 감시하는 객체 추적 시스템이다. Hoist have been installed at wharfs or seashore in the center of fishing village fraternities. A Hoist is used in harbor loading and unloading fishing gear or seafoods and is a device to refloat fishing boats into a breakwater or land in case of typhoon or bad weather. In this paper, we propose image perception and moving objects tracking system that detects boat's damage, theft and trespassing occurred at the wharf. This system detects objects' motion in real time by using the motion templet and tracks to concentrate on a moving object(person, boat, etc.) by using a PTZ camera.

        Purpose: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is frequently yet little understood disease. Review was performed to promote understanding on the characteristics, pathophysiology, and risk factors of IBS. Content: IBS is characterized by abdominal discomfort associated with pain and altered bowel function; structural and biochemical abnormalities are absent. Generally IBS is more prevalent in women and people with higher educational and social background, but there are some controversies. IBS is diagnosed by the Rome II or Manning criteria after excluding organic gastrointestinal diseases. The pathophysioloy is explained by abnormal control mechanism of central and enteric nervous system. Mucosal immunity, secretions, and neurotransmitter are also associated with the hypersensitivity and motility change of bowel function. Stress is known as a major triggering factor and contributed to symptoms. Other risk factors are genetic elements, childhood experiences, inflammation, anxiety, depression, diet, and sleep disorders.

        독성미량원소의 작물흡수에 대한 토양인자의 영향

        Soil trace elements and their bioaccumulation in agricultural products have attracted widespread concerns, yet the crop uptake characteristics of trace elements in different soil-plants systems have been rarely investigated. Experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of soil properties on trace element concentrations in cabbage and radish. Soil pH and total organic matter were major factors influencing trace elements transfer from soil to vegetables. Inclusion of other soil properties in the stepwise regression analysis improved the regression models for predicting trace element concentrations. Consideration of other soil properties should be taken into account for more precise prediction of trace element concentrations in the two vegetables, which could help quantitatively evaluate the ecologic risk of toxic trace elements accumulation in crops.

        표고 담자포자 유래 단핵균사의 A 교배형과 생장 속도 상관관계

        표고는 사극성의 교배계를 갖는 담자균의 일종으로, 표고의 교배형은 A와B라 불리는 서로 독립된 두 유전자좌에 의해 결정된다. 이론적으로 하나의 이핵균주는 네 개의 서로 다른 교배형을 갖는 담자포자를 1:1:1:1의 비율로 만들 수 있다. 과거 연구 결과에 따르면, 표고 담자포자에서 교배형이 편향된 분리비로 나타남이 보고되었다. 하지만 이러한 결과들은 꺽쇠연결과 같은 형태학적 특성만을 기반으로 교배형을 결정했다는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교배형의 편향된 분리비가 표고에서 일반적인 현상인지 보다 명확하게 알아보기 위해서 최근에 보고된 DNA 마커를 활용하여 세 가지 표고 품종들의 담자포자에 대한 교배형 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 교배형의 편향된 분리비가 과거 보고와 일치하게 균주 특이적인 특성임을 확인하였다. 분석한 세 품종 중 한 품종을 제외하고 나머지 두 품종에서 편향된 분리비가 관찰된 것이다. 다음으로는 각 담자포자 유래 단핵균사들의 생장 속도와 교배형의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 표고 단핵균사의 생장 속도는B 교배형과는 관계가 없고, A 교배형과 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서A 교배형 유전자좌에 존재하는 호메오도메인 전사인자 혹은A 교배형 유전자좌와 연관된 유전자들이 단핵균사의 생장에 영향을 줄 것으로 보인다. 버섯 신품종 육성에서 교배형의 중요성을 고려할 때, 본 연구는 효율적인 신품종 육성 전략을 세우거나 단핵균사 생장 기작을 이해하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. Lentinula edodes is a tetrapolar basidiomycete and its mating type is determined by two unlinked genetic loci, A and B. Theoretically, one dikaryotic strain could produce basidiospores with four different mating types in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. Previous studies have described the skewed segregation ratio of mating types among basidiospores of L. edodes. However, they were based only on morphological characteristics, such as clamp connection, to determine mating types. To clarify whether the segregation distortion of mating types is a general phenomenon in L. edodes, we analyzed the mating types of basidiospores obtained from three cultivars of L. edodes using recently developed DNA markers. We found that the skewed segregation of mating types was strain-specific, as reported previously. Among the three cultivars, one cultivar showed balanced segregation, while the other two displayed distorted segregation. We also examined the relationship between mating type and mycelial growth rate of monokaryons derived from each basidiospore. It was found that the monokaryotic mycelial growth rate was related to the A mating type but not to the B mating type. Therefore, homeodomain transcription factor genes that reside on the A locus or other genes linked to the A locus affect the growth rate of monokaryotic mycelia. Considering the importance of mating types in mushroom breeding, this study is informative for establishing an efficient breeding strategy as well as for understanding the mechanism of monokaryotic mycelial growth.

        보건의료 학생들을 위한 자기조절 자세교정 운동프로그램 개발: Intervention mapping protocol 활용

        The purpose of this study is to develop a posture correction exercise program based self-regulation using the intervention mapping protocol (IMP) in healthcare professional students. Participants of this study were healthcare professional students at a university in Korea. To develop a posture correction exercise program based self-regulation, literature review and focus group interview for 10 university students majoring in healthcare were conducted in 2016. Then, the program was developed based on IMP. The 6 stages of the IMP, consisting of 1) needs assessment, 2) creation of objectives, 3) selection of theory-based methods and practical strategies, 4) development of the program, 5) development of an adoption and implementation plan, and 6) development of an evaluation design, were utilized in this methodological study to develop the exercise program. For application of the theory-based strategies such as self-regulation, including self-observation, goal-setting, social support, environmental aids, reinforcement, and prevention of recurrence, the intervention program included health education, posture correction exercises, setting long- and short-term goals, and self-help groups. Additionally, group education and one-on-one counselling, and a mobile application were used as methods to implement this exercise program. It is expected that these posture correction exercise program based on self-regulation would be widely available as an intervention tool to improve the musculoskeletal health. 본 연구의 목적은 보건의료 학생들을 대상으로 Intervention mapping protocol (IMP)을 적용한 자기조절 전략 기반의 자세교정 운동 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 한국 일개 대학교의 보건의료 대학생이다. 자세교정 운동 프로그램 개발을 위해 문헌분석및 10명 학생의 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 2016년에 시행하였다. 자세교정 운동 프로그램은 IMP의 6단계를 적용하여 개발되었다. IMP의 6단계는 1) 요구도 사정, 2) 목표 설정, 3) 이론 기반 중재방법 및 수행전략 결정 4) 프로그램 개발 5) 적용 및 수행계획 개발 6) 평가 디자인 개발로 시행되었다. 운동 자기조절 전략의 하위 개념인 ‘자기관찰’, ‘목표설정’, ‘사회 적지지’, ‘환경적 도움’, ‘강화’, ‘재발방지’ 전략에 따라 건강교육, 자세교정운동, 장단기목표 설정, 자조모임 등을 중재방법으로 선택하고, 집단교육, 1:1상담, 모바일 앱을 수행전략으로 하여 중재 프로그램을 구현하였다. 자기조절 전략 기반의 자세교정 운동 프로그램이 근골 격계 건강 증진을 위한 중재 도구로서 다양한 영역에서 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
