We conducted investigation on the hybridization of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT : PSS) with graphene derivative (G-PSS), which has been prepared by wrapping reduced graphene oxide (RGO) with PSS. In situ polymerization of PEDOT/PSS in the presence of G-PSS afforded the PEDOT/PSS and graphene hybrid (GP). The analysis of XPS, IR and Raman spectroscopies for GP showed that PEDOT/PSS was successfully synthesized and hybridized with graphene. Compared to the G-PSS, GP showed an enhanced electrical conductivity of 4.46 × 102 S/m with a good wter-dispersity.

We conducted reduction reactions of graphene oxide (GO) using three selected reductants. The conductivity and solubility of three kinds of the reduced graphene oxides (RGOs) were examined based on the degree of reduction. When the ethylene glycol (EG) was used as a reductant, the reduction reaction did not sufficiently progress and as a result the conductivity of RGOs was observed to be relatively low. For RGOs made by hydrazine (HZ) and thiourea dioxide (TU), we observed no significant differences in the degree of the reduction, conductivity and dispersity in water. However, RGO prepared by TU showed an exceptionally good solubility in N-methylpyrrolidone, and the solution was stable for more than 4 months.

The aim of regulations on the corporation in the present day is deterrence role to an enterprise`s unlawful act and improvement of corporate governance. If the enterprise don`t fulfill his duties, administrative authorities can`t achieve the goal of acts. Administrative authorities have prepared variety administrative regulations for achievement the goal of acts and overcoming problems of an enterprise`s unlawful act. However It is ineffective to deterrence role to an enterprise`s unlawful act, because corporation have been observed the regulations on it`s own initiative. Internal control system lead that corporation observe law on it`s own hook. In other words, internal control system is the paradigm shift of regulations on corporations. Internal control system is broadly defined as a process, effected by an entity`s board of directors, management and other personnel, designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in the following categories: (1) Effectiveness and efficiency of operations. (2) Reliability of financial reporting. (3) Compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Internal control can help an entity achieve its performance and profitability targets, and prevent loss of resources. It can help ensure reliable financial reporting. And it can help ensure that the enterprise complies with laws and regulations, avoiding damage to its reputation and other consequences. In this article, with these issues in mind, I will take a look at the problems of internal control system in our nation. And then I would like to explore how to improve the internal control system.
착용자의 실시간 정보 전송에 기반한 사고 예방 스마트 안전모 개발

착용자의 정보를 실시간으로 전송하여 사고 예방 및 빠른 대처가 가능한 스마트 안전모를 개발한다. 전모 내부에는 라즈베리파이와 아두이노, 보조배터리, 각종 센서 모듈들이 내장되어 있다. 라즈베리파이는 카메라 모듈과 통신 모듈을 갖고 있다. 아두이노에는 소리센서와 도어락센서, 충격센서가 장착되어 있다. 카메라 모듈을 통해 작업자의 주변 상황에 대해 실시간으로 촬영하고 관리자 서버로 전송한다. 또한 각 센서들은 여러 정보를 수집하고 관리자 서버로 전송한다. 관리자 서버는 수집된 정보를 용하여 작업자의 상황을 파악하고 분석하여 위험 상황에 대해 적절한 대처를 수행한다. 이러한 여러기능을 통해 스마트 안전모는 무선통신 환경에서 상황에 따른 센서들의 동작에 의해 착용자의 안전을 모할 수 있다.

In the presence of poly(4-styrene sulfonate) (PSS) and excess amount of graphene oxide (GO), we conducted in-situ polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) without an oxidant. XPS and IR spectroscopies of the product (GO-P) showed that PEDOT/PSS was successfully synthesized by oxidative polymerization of EDOT and hybridized with GO. GO-P displayed a stable aqueous suspension, however, the high content (42%) of GO in GO-P diminished electrical conductivity down to 15 S·m-1. Annealing of GO-P films at 200 ℃ for 8 hr induced partial reduction of GO and finally enhanced electrical conductivity up to 212 S·m-1.
