        ADS 최적화 프로그램을 이용한 사석 방파제의 경제성 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the method of determining the economically-optimal design section of rubble mound breakwater, using ADS program, was studied to supplement the deterministic approach. First of all, the design waves are computed, according to the return periods, using the Weibull distribution from the data of waves at the location of the breakwater. In order to take an optimal section, according to the return periods, the ADS program was used. The restriction conditions and objective functions are decided from the references of the specifications and standard manuals for Coastal and Harbor Construction Work. Results from this study support the ADS program as an appropriate method for determining the economically-optimal section of rubble mound breakwater, comparing the construction costs and the initial and damage repair costs for its life time.

        사석 방파제에서 내부사석의 적정규격에 관한 실험적 연구

        In general, core materials of rubble mound breakwater are used at a restricted range of 0.015㎥~0.03㎥. However, it is not satisfied with the standard design in over fifty percent of the cases. In this study, model tests and numerical analysis are employed to examine the range of core material that has no problem with capacity maintenance and stability of rubble mound breakwater. Model tests measure the porosities that are mixed in various ratios, to classify core materials by three parameters. The slope stability of rubble mound breakwater is investigated, using numerical analysis, with a friction angle and a unit weight. The change of unit weight, which is followed by the mixed rate of size core material, has no large affect on slope stability, and there is no problem with ensuring slope stability of the rubble mound breakwater.

        부분안전계수를 이용한 경사식 방파제의 최적설계기법

        As there are so many uncertainties associated with using the determinism analysis method in the design of rubble mound breakwater, it is impossible for a designed construction to provide ultimate stability. First of all, due to the uncertainty of Load and Resistance, a safety level concerning the destruction mode of construction must be given. Then, the optimization design should be processed. After all, we can say that it is a more reasonable design method than the design used by the stability rate. In this study, an established design process is accomplished using Hudson's equation and an economic analysis with the breakwater's section is also conducted. Hudson's equation is compared to Van der Meer's equation. These results are utilized to drop a damage rate, increase the stability of construction, and determine the optimization section of the breakwater.

      • 해수교환방파제의 항내 해수순환 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        항만에서 방파제의 역할은 항내정온도를 향상하기 위한 가장 중요한 외곽시설이다. 그러나 이같은 외곽시설은 항내·외의 해수유통 기능을 크게 저하하며 항내오염을 가중시켜 해양환경변화에 대한 자정능력이 감소하여 적은 오염부하에도 심각한 환경문제가 유발될 수 있다. 재인식되고 있다. 최근에는 이같은 인식에 따라 항만에서의 항내 정온도를 향상시킬 뿐 아니라 항내 해수순환을 원할히 하기위해 파에너지를 항내로 유입하기 위한 다양한 형식의 해수교환방파제의 개발이 이루어 지고 있는 실정이다. 이같은 해수교환방파제는 우리나라 동해안의 후포항에 계획되고 있는 도수형 해수교환방파재를 대상으로 수리모형실험을 통해 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 이같은 도수형 해수교환방파제의 항내 해수순환특성과 이를 통해 유입되는 유입도수량을 3차원 평면수리실험과 유입량실험을 통해 해석하였다. Establishing breakwater in ports have greatly improved the calmness in ports. However, the seawater exchange between landward and seaward areas in ports has greatly decreased. In ports near urban areas, the inflow of sewage or industrial wastewater and the accumulation of sludge are causing a variety of environmental problem. To realize a seawater exchange breakwater that will improve the calmness in ports and the seawater exchange, the tunneled caisson breakwater with intake holes was debeloped to allow fresh seawater into the port using wave energy. The seawater exchange breakwater composed of tunneled breakwater and submerged mound is under planned in Hupo fishing port on the East Sea. In this paper, the characteristics and circulation effects of seawater exchange and the inflow rate of this breakwater introduced based on the results of 3-dimensional hydraulic model tests.

      • 환경과 공생하는 WATERFRONT 개발에 관한 연구

        선진외국에서의 waterfron개발 기술은 국내의 현황보다 30여년정도 앞서있으며 기술 수준 또한 국내에 비하여 월등이 우세한 실정이다, 선진외국에서의 waterfron개발은 순수민간 단체가 주도가 되어서 새로운 개발보다는 기존의 용지를 최대한 활용하여서 재개발하는 형태가 우세하였다. 이러한 개발시 하나의 지표가 되는 것은 개발면적과 수변길이와의 관계에서 1.7∼2.1의 지수이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 환경보전 기술과 관련하여 일본의 해안waterfron개발과 그 운영을 주로 소개하였다. 최근 국내에서도 원호수로형 방파제 증 환경친화적 특수해안구조물에 관한 연구가 진행중에 있다. 정부에서는 전국 해안을 5대 권역으로 나누어서 각 권역의 특성에 맞는 waterfron개발을 계획하여 추진 중에 있다. 이러한 계획들은 보다 친환경적이며 일계절형이 아닌 다목적인 개발이 되어야한다. 또한 교통망 등의 효율화로 국민들의 해안 접근성이 개선되고 수변공간의 효율적인 시설 배치 등이 외국의 사례 등을 통하여 심도있게 연구된 개발이 되도록 해야할 것이다. This paper has discribed for development of waterfront in the domestic and foreign countries recently. The development techniques for waterfront in advanced countries are about thirty years ahead of our country, also the level of their techniques is superior to that of our country. There are much more cases of remodeling the existing sites than new developments. Those projects are leaded by private organizations. The index deduced from the development area and water edge length was 1.7∼2.1 when those development were progressed. For the special cases, examples concerning the environment preservation techniques are introduced to the development and management of the coastal waterfront in Hapan mostly. Some researches about special coastal structures such as circular channel type breakwater to which are familiar natural environment are carried out in our country recently. Our government classified the whole country coast into five ranges, and was driving to plan waterfront development conform to a characteristic of each range. Thses plans should not be a seasonal but be a multipurpose development and familiar to environment. These plans should be deeply studied like the examples of foreign countries to improve the accessibility to the coastal resort area in terms of the efficiency of traffic networks and arrangement of facilities in the seafront area.
